At check-in, we called the front desk to let them know that the television was not working. They said they were going to send someone and they never did. We went out for the evening and came back late after a concert. After a few minutes in the room, we noticed a roach walking across the floor and killed it. After further inspection, we found many insects crawling up the walls, around the baseboard and in all areas of the room. We contacted the front desk who did nothing. I’m not sure if she didn’t have a good grasp of the English language or just chose not to say a single word. We packed our items and left the hotel as there was no way we could sleep in a room with that many insects. Highly disappointed. We were exhausted but chose to drive how many hours away. I have stayed here before and did not have this experience. For solo travelers please be aware that there is a larger than normal homeless population in the area that are comfortable approaching people in the hotel parking lot. The parking lot is not secure.
