What guests think

At Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa Wesley Chapel, travelers highlight clean, modern, spacious suites with well equipped kitchens, friendly staff, and a convenient location near shopping and the sports complex, plus a generally well liked complimentary breakfast.

Many guests dislike the paid parking managed through a third-party app, and a few report limited spaces. Cleanliness and housekeeping can be inconsistent, with reports of hair in showers, ants, odors in elevators or carpets, and occasional noise from pets or kids along with sporadic hot-water or minor maintenance issues. A practical choice if you want apartment-style space; those averse to extra charges or occasional service lapses should weigh the tradeoffs.

The staff was wonderful, we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on the top floor where the bartender was friendly and very accommodating. The room had a very good layout and was very clean. The shower however gave water that was very hot and we could not reduce the temperature. We did not appreciate the parking charge. We stayed here before and will not go back again.

From the time I checked-in to checkout, everyone was welcoming amd professional. The entire facility and room were clean. The rooms were we’ll appointed with all the amenities. The skybox was a plus to hsve onsite. It was nice to hsve a place were adults can hangout. The commentary breakfast was fresh and hot. The kids loved the fresh hot waffles. Our entire family is looking forward in community back.

Property is great. Nice location, friendly staff. But I paid $1500 total for a 5 night stay and then had to use an app for parking. I feel like parking should be free for guest. Not $8 a day through a 3rd party app.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! Parking was not good at all. We got back to the hotel late one night and had to park along the curb. We had a room with a kitchenette. No hot water in the kitchen sink. That made it hard for washing dishes.
