Our stay was just ok. To much noise from people outside drunk when leaving. Motorcycles very loud train screaming by. And loud cars driving in parking lot. Slept 4hrs. The restaurant was pretty good I will say. No direction once off hwy. Im not going back.

This was my first stay at Win-River Resort & Casino, and overall, I had a good time. The staff were excellent—friendly and welcoming across the board, from the table dealers and bartenders to the kitchen team and hotel front desk. I’d give the staff five stars. The property itself could use some updates. My biggest concern was cigarette smoke drifting from the casino into the hotel. Improving the ventilation is probably expensive and challenging, but in my opinion, it’s time to address it. The restaurant and other interior areas could also benefit from a refresh. Reinvesting some casino profits into the property’s appearance, design, and facilities would make a real difference. Overall, an enjoyable first visit with outstanding staff, but some facility upgrades would make the experience even better.
