The room was clean and the bed was fine. It was quiet at night. The shower handle was loose, but the water was hot. The location was good for our needs, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, but the seating was limited and it was very crowded. Our biggest concern was that the exterior doors to the parking lot were intentionally propped open. This is a security issue! Also, there were people barbecuing in the parking lot and sitting on the curb drinking beer from a 12-pack. While they didn’t bother anyone, it wasn’t very appealing.

This hotel is the worst La Quinta. I have ever stayed at after 23 years of traveling for the department of military and for business purposes. As well as leisure, I've always trusted the name La Quinta. However, this La Quinta is the worst one outright absolutely filthy. The doors don't open some doors, don't even have handles on

Hot water was not running. Bathroom door's paint chipping, dirty and water damaged. Faulty smoke detector going off in the middle of the night. No tissues in the room. The general condition of the property is in need of refurbishing.

Friendly check in, plenty of good sized rooms and plenty of parking with a free buffet breakfast. Convenient just off I5, nice pool in the courtyard. Things have been painted over but lots of broken or missing fittings, no do not disturb signs, empty shower gel dispensers in shower, no policing of disabled parking outside being abused. Overall good value.
