Best Bed & Breakfast experience of my life. I spoke to Linda prior to our stay and had a great feeling about her. So down to Earth. Sure enough, Linda and her staff welcomed us like family. We enjoyed our stay at Meadows Inn! Communication was easy, the property is clean and pretty, breakfast was yummy, and the location can't be beat. We were able to walk and ride our bikes to all of the local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Thank you, Linda and staff, for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon.

One of the most beautiful Inns I have stayed at. Linda was amazing, the breakfast was fresh ingredients, home cooked. The king bed had 2,483 pillows, or there-abouts... There are hardwood floors throughout and the rooms are very spacious. The inn is walking distance from several great restaurants and the water. I highly recommend it.

We met family here and stayed three nights. Our room was spacious and very comfortable in every way! The breakfast every morning was chef level awesome, delicious and plentiful with all the extras you could imagine. Linda(owner) even left out freshly baked cookies or other baked items to enjoy throughout the day and made special foods for guests with food issues. Loved the care and will definitely recommend staying here!

The bed and breakfast was amazing. We had a room on the 2nd floor that was comfortable. Every morning you are served an amazing breakfast made from scratch. On our departure day I told Linda the innkeeper we would be leaving early before breakfast she made us a sit down breakfast early before we left. I also heard here talking to other guests that had to leave and she prepared the guests with a togo breakfast. Linda went above and beyond.

Linda was super accommodating. She adjusted breakfast times for me and was always cooking something in the kitchen. The smells inside were so welcoming; who can resist fresh baked chocolate cookies. Friendly and inviting. I would recommend this inn to anyone coming to New Bern.

Beautiful B & B, so convenient to walk everywhere around the town! Linda was the BEST hostess! Very delicious breakfasts each morning, she also kept the fridge stocked with waters, Pepsi’s and even wine! Such great hospitality!! Cleaning staff was top notch also. Meadows Inn is a fantastic, quaint and relaxing Bed & Breakfast! My husband and I went for a short getaway for our anniversary! The Inn is within walking distance from some fantastic restaurants and shopping. Ms. Linda was a wonderful host! She was so friendly, accommodating and truly made you feel at home in her Inn. Breakfast each morning was also fantastic! Something new and exciting each day. The homemade cookies in the afternoon were also a delicious treat! We really enjoyed staying in Meadows Inn in historic part of New Bern. The location is very convenient, walkable to shops an restaurants and to Tryon Palace. Linda the innkeeper makes this place extra special. She cooks amazing breakfast for her guests. Linda gave us great recommendations for places to see. During happy hour we met other guests and had great conversations. Overall this place felt like home.

Staying a the Meadows Inn was a very pleasing experience. It is close to the Riverwalk and to downtown shops and restaurants. Linda, the proprietor, is an awesome person and made sure we were happy with the room and the food. The inn's refrigerator was stocked with water and various soft drinks for our use. In the afternoon, she made cookies, muffins and cakes for a snack. If I visit New Bern again, I would be sure to stay there.

Meadows Inn Bed & Breakfast is an amazing piece of history with the luxury of today. Linda makes you feel at home. Everyone here is so helpful. My wife and I stayed for two nights. I wish I had time to stay longer. We will definitely be back. Oh, and the breakfasts were delicious. I had to ask for the recipes. If you are looking for a special experience this is the place.
