After a 10 hour drive we were looking forward to a relaxing evening. We choose this hotel and were willing to pay 40$ more than the Hotel next to it because it has a pool and spa. as well as a Restaurant. The disappointment was great when we learned that it was not working, the pool was closed, and the Restaurant was just a bar with some snacks. When we asked for some kind of compensation, they declined because we had booked through hotels.com. If they wanted, they could have offered at least a drink or freeeb breakfast. We later learned that the Holiday Inn next to the Hilton had a working Spa, breakfast included and was much cheaper too.

Chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub. She said it has been out of order. This should have been disclosed because the property was more expensive than all the other ones but I paid it for the hot tub.

Prior to my arrival, I received an email from the hotel indicating that the pool was closed for renovations. Turns out this was incorrect but their communication system hasn't been updated and almost led to us canceling the hotel because we booked because my son wanted to swim. As it turned out, the pool was unusable due to the temperature of the water. The hot tub was also unheated and unusable. Very poor value for the experience you will have staying at this hotel. They charge 10-20 dollars for the same breakfast you receive for free at other hotels.I was told I would be emailed the receipt from my stay and I haven't received anything. Would not stay again.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel, with very kind staff. The rooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that they are pretty stingy with amenities such as breakfast and parking. I was not aware that they charge for parking on top of your booking until we checked in. Breakfast is available, but not complimentary. For these reasons I just can’t leave a higher rating and will most likely not stay here when we come to visit family again in the future. They charge you for parking but do not give you a parking pass or anything so technically anyone can park there for free… just not the guests.

I book this hotel every time I come to Bryan/ College Station for work. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The coffee is strong and the staff is wonderful. The front desk receptionist during this most recent stay was phenomenal at check in- incredibly patient and accommodating. I always recommend this to colleagues.

This hotel is clean and since it just opened lately everything’s is still in good condition. There were 2 main issues I noticed. One was the fact that it seems like who ever build this property saved money on the quality of the materials and mainly on insulation. You could literally hear every step from the room above you and every word and sneeze from the rooms around you. You can also see that things start to fall apart like the chalking around the bath counter, cracks above the door and bathroom door that get stuck when you try to open is all the way. The second thing was the fact that the cleaning staff was very loud and made no effort to keep it quiet for the guests that are still sleeping, slamming the doors over and over again.

Never have I experienced this thin walls in a hotel, and my co-worker had the same in their room on diffrent floors. This gave me a 1-star experience, as I could participate in the conversations of the neighbours next to me, and hear their television all the time. The heating system was extreme, it blew out strong hot air, and added even more noise. This hotel didn't offer any peace and quiet at all, and I was exhausting to stay here during a businesstrip, or really any travel. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here, and I would not like to go again.

The room seemed clean and the front desk was welcoming. Unfortunately none of the tv stations worked. The room was very dark, with only a light between the beds and a lamp in the corner. It needs a few more lights or brighter bulbs!

The mattress was terrible. Had a huge flat spot on the right side. Definitely time for new mattresses. Also, check out is already early at 11am. Why was housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am.

Stayed two nights for graduation ‘24. It’s east of highway 6 in a cluster of newer hotels. Because it was graduation the rate was over $300/night which otherwise would be ridiculous for a garden inn in Texas. Was a little put out that that on top of that they charged $12 for a modest buffet breakfast although I must have dodged the check the first day. Room was ok although the bathroom fixtures could use some help. The faucet in the sink was loose and the bathtub drain had to be unscrewed to drain. Not what I would expect for $300+/night.

Our stay was very nice! Danielle (evening) at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. The bartender, Tina was so friendly and nice we loved coming down and sitting at the bar visiting with others and Tina! Definitely recommend your hotel!

The property was very pleasant and welcoming. The staff on the other hand, the check in young lady was very pleasant. Although, when a I wen to ask later that evening for the location of the ice a specific male individual did not want to assist, but wanted the short younger male to attend me. I felt offended and later that evening when I had an issue, I spoke with that same individual with a concern about the cooling in the room also felt there was nothing he could do to assist. He made no effort to at least say, let me see what I can do and I will get back with you". It was just that one tall male person who made me feel I was not worth the trouble of helping, he sure was willing to help everyone else while I was downstairs in the lobby and waiting for someone else to assist me.

Excellent brand new property. Beautiful rooms nice size. breakfast is good. However, we thought it was included, but it turned out. It wasn’t. Still a reasonable price 999 for basic and 1299 for hot food. very tasty. Nice lobby nice surroundings and very convenient fully stocked gas station across the street.
