We have stayed at this hotel a few times when taking our daughters back-and-forth from ECU The hotel is five minutes from the campus and they have a nice staff. The pool area is clean and they have a nice sitting area outside. They have a very nice complementary breakfast in the morning

The suite was very clean, lots of room, comfortable and all appliances woeked. The pool had alot of bugs in it, but other than that it was fine. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay there or other marriotts again.

We had a great stay. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the pool and the area around the pool. It was HOT during our stay, and we ended up with more downtime than anticipated, so we were looking forward to relaxing around the pool. But there was a significant amount of hair and what looked like a tissue floating in the water and a chicken wing bone on the side of the pool, which was there for both days of our visit, leading us to think that the pool wasn't well-attended to.

The room smells disgusting, especially the carpet, even though I asked them to clean the room. The first time, she didn't clean it until the fourth day, but they didn't change the sheets, the sink, the bathroom, or even the toilet. It's just a disaster. I was so surprised, plus the pool they dont cleaned. Please, IF YOU HAVE kids don't let THEM SWIM

One night stay for ECU meeting. Lobby was nicely decorated and front desk staff were nice and friendly. Our room was not very clean, thick dust on the furniture. We had to request a shower curtain for the room because we did not have one. Also our bed sheets had two large cuts in them. Our room was a suite and was had great spacing. I expected more for the $160 charge. I will not stay here again unless nothing else available.

The people who worked here were nice but the property was disgusting. There was a used bar of soap on the bathroom floor, the beds were dirty and there was blood on the interior door handle. Has a two night reservation and left after the first night

Everything was great until I found a dead cockroach near the bed the morning I was leaving. I'm petrified of them, and just because there is a warmer climate in NC does not make it acceptable to find or see cockroaches in the hotel room. I did inform the front desk when I left, and she was truly kind, as were all of the staff I've encountered while there.

I have stayed here before on king suit, it was roomy and came with kitchenette. The bedding was a little bit old but still comfortable but the AC was quite loud. (Old?) Beside that the breakfast was good, and staffs & service were good too. We probably stay there again if we have to go back to Greenville. 4 stars.

Checkin was great with Javier. He was very friendly & nice!!! No problem checking in or out. Just couple of bad issues that we encountered. First, room 223 water in the shower was horrible. We could get warm water just either very cold or very hot. Second, Kim from the breakfast area was very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She stood there crossing her arms observing how many plates of food people would get & telling her co-worker that was there. She also wasn't happy cleaning up food on the floor that someone dropped. I asked if she had any hot chocolate & she responded very rude & short! People pay to stay & eat there so don't judge anyone!!! Just be happy & do your job!!

Staff was friendly, room was big and well appointed. For one night in college town, it worked for what we needed but I am not aware of Greenville didn’t seem to be in best area. Also, we were on the 2nd floor so when we checked in around 7 pm we went up to our room and was surprised right across from elevator was a huge bag of trash. It was there all night and stayed sitting on carpet until at least 9:30 the next morning. Disgusting, smelly and asking to attract bugs! The rest of hotel seemed clean and smelled okay. Only other thing was shower had no hot water and broken shampoo holder with blue painters tape on it.

We had a great experince with this hotel; they have a great staff, who are very friendly and wete accomadating for my wife and I needing a later checkout. Large spacious rooms with a nice liitle kitchrn, that is stocked with dishes, pots and utinsels for cooking. There was also a really nice buffet breakfast thats complimentary; although I was not a big fan of the turkey sausage. All in all a great place to stay.
