During my stay, the experience was very disappointing, First the lobby was dark. The property manager gave me Room 330 on the third floor. The room was dusty, the rug was dirty with a red stain, and the mattress pad was firty and stained on the right side. The pillows appeared to be made from sheets. The toilet was broken, and top of that, I was placed next to an adjoining room. The third floor was eerie. I then moved to Room 105, which smelled like a spoiled, wet mop. There was broken furniture, and the bathroom trash can was very dirty. There was no room service, so we had to ask for sheets and towels. The bathroom was decent, but overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The continental breakfast was disappointing, the bagels were cold, and serving hard boiled eggs. Overall, this was a very poor hotel experience, and the condition of both rooms did meet reasonable standards of cleanliness or comfort. To the Staff, especially the women of color: you have a opportunity to do things right and take pride in the responsibility of running a hotel. I noticed the even the chair in the manager's office was torn and badly worn. The entire property is showing its age and is clearly in need a serious upgrade, better maintenance, and attention to detail.

Room was unclean and the bathroom sink had burn marks everywhere. The TV was unwatchable due to the fact we couldn’t even see the screen when turned on. The carpet smelled gross

Room had a strong floral airfreshner smell. I looked everywhere to try and remove it. I couldn't find where it was coming from but when I turned on the AC the stale filter smell wiped it out. Maybe they were trying to cover that but I would rather smell an AC cut on than have a migraine from floral assault. Cable is awful, couldn't watch anything because it kept freezing. Overall the room was clean and I could sleep. I left for work at 4am so I have no idea how breakfast is.
