Perfect location coming off of ferry. Close to water and port. Discovery trail entrance was just a few minutes away. Very close to the historic town and plenty of food choices nearby. Staff was friendly and provided recommendations for touring. Laundry facilities on sight were great and easy to use. Overall we had a great one night stay and I would recommend this property.

Room cleaners left the door open all day. Came back to an open door. Could have been easily robbed in meantime. Management was unresponsive and without apology. Also Pool and hot Tub were permanently closed.

Best we've stayed at in Port Townsend. Nice view of harbor. Outdoor pool and spa (in season). Clean and well maintained for an older property. Pleasant staff. Complementary breakfast with wide selection of items; coffee and tea available all day. Spacious room with plenty of plugs for electronics, table, desk, and two occasional chairs. Also microwave and small refrigerator. Luggage carts available and elevator for upper floors. A couple of good restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here on our next trip to the area.

The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. We only stayed one night, but would stay again. I liked that the parking area had a lot of room and the cars weren't jammed together. Breakfast was standard but very good. Love that they have yogurt and fruit. The rooms were a bit dated and hallways a bit scuffed. It would be super awesome if there was a place close by to plug in an EV for the night. I heard there was a good restaurant close by, but we had to leave and didn't get a chance to try it. Hopefully will be back!

Room was dusty, cobwebby - required a good cleaning. Cobwebs on walls, above curtain, could write your name in the dust on the floor lamps, etc. Bathtub & tiles need a good scrubbing - did not appear clean at all.

The room was dirty along with the fans they provided because it was hot and the blow dryer was also dirty and the one sliding glass door screen was filthy and the coffee maker where you put the filter was disgusting and the carpet had some dog hair in a couple of places and the corners of the bathroom floor was built up with dirt. The tile on shower was not clean where grout is and the bathroom sink stopper was black with mold and with it in place wouldn't let water drain so removed it while using water and got sewer smell. The pool liner was filthy too. I don't recommend this place unless they clean better. It's in a convenient location but not worth the money. There's better places.

The staff were friendly and this is not their fault, but the place itself is not as it looks on the website and is very old - kind of like a dingy motel. There was hair in the bathroom which I just picked up and threw out with tissue and the floor didn't seem the cleanest in general which made us not feel entirely comfortable. For the price, it wasn't really great value. The breakfast bar was nice but none of us ate there - the coffee was not good so we opted to just go out for breakfast.

The worst places we have stayed always seem to have the dirtiest sheets. Harborside kept the tradition alive. Pulled back the covers to unwind from a long drive and found someone had used the sheets as toilet paper. Called front desk they came up twice to fix the error. Then, started looking around the room. Bed bugs became an issue. Found none. But the walls and room had not been dusted in awhile. Cobwebs, a pound of dust on everything and a nice big spider. Never again.

It was so easy to check in, there was parking, and the room was clean and comfortable and with a nice view of the marina. It was quiet and there was sleep. The breakfast wasn't half bad (though there could have been butter with the waffles) and it is the right place to stay after a long day of travel

We were greeted by friendly staff. The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the room was old and smelled like an ash tray. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold in between the tiles and permanent stains in the bath tub. There was no AC and the breakfast was underwhelming. We booked two rooms in our group and both were in similar conditions.

Decent hotel. Cool view of the marina. The king bed room was great and very spacious with 2 views, a balcony & lil kitchenette living space area....room was clean except for a previous guest long pubic hair on this chair in the bathroom. The check in lady was very monotone and not very welcoming. And I didn't like the fact I had to pay more to stay in a room that hasn't had a dog in it so I could breathe better thru the night. Isn't it suppose to be the other way around, you pay more to bring your pets? I paid more to not have a pet room. It didn't make sense to me. But the room and view made up for it. I would stay here again though.

Spacious room. Clean. Some maintenance needs taken care of near elevator, but over all is a clean space. Very nice people. Clean breakfast area with enough choices to make most happy. Coffee machine produced good coffee. Our room also had coffee maker, micro, and fridge. Good view of the marina.

The motel is tired without updates anywhere. The rooms that DO NOT face the water look at old marinas. There is NO air conditioning, USB chargers, one elevator. If you stay in a "Standard Single Room Ensuite" it simply means there's a meaningless half-room off the bedroom that includes a dorm refrig, microwave, and sink ... but not square footage for a couch. Pretty dorked up.

The hotel was decent and it was a great value. The pros: we had a great view of the water from the balcony. The room was spacious and had nice black out drapes. Service and staff were all good and friendly. Cons: the bed was super uncomfortable. It was a hard mattress and aimiliar to just laying on the floor. No in room air conditioning, but there was a small fan. Unfortunately i didnt see the fan until the next morning...so it was a bit hot. I opened the patio door because outside was much cooler. Early in the morning there was alot of noise coming from the marina and woke me up. All in all...it wasnt bad, but could have been a whole lot better with a softer mattress! My only real big complaint. Cleanliness was ok...but not to my standards really. The view was nice.

This property is not what was advertised. When I got in, another guess was already complaining about her bedroom. When it was my turn, the lady behind the desk yelled all my information. Everybody waiting behind me found out about what room I had, my name, the name of my guess, and the last four numbers of my credit card. Very unprofessional! When I got to the room they assigned me, the bathroom door didn't close and... They don't advertise this, but there is not AC. I went to this place during the summer months, and it was hot. I would not recommend this place to anybody even though Expedia tells you it has a 8.8 rating. Awful!

The property was ok. The only thing I didn’t care for was a supervisor/manager arguing with a staff member by the front desk. Yelling at her telling her what she needed and not do. That should have happened in the back not in front of customers. Very unprofessional.

Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and had a good size fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Parking was spacious. There were two restaurants close by. The bed was hard and the pillows were old, and lumpy. Housekeeping forgot to leave us bath towels when we needed to shower before checking out. When I called the front desk the person was annoyed she had to bring them to our room, because she had to leave front desk as she needed to watch the guests who were eating breakfast. I guess she didn’t have any one to help her in housekeeping.

Pleasant stay for a night! Room was nice, comfy and well-appointed, as good as anything you'd find at a Hampton or Hilton Garden Inn. Excellent coffee at breakfast! No-frills spot in a good location (close to historic downtown Port Townsend) - I'd stay here again!

I liked the free breakfast. It had variety. They need to fix their bathtub drains. This time and the last time I took baths instead of showers. The drain could not be closed completely both times. I think most people take showers, and therefore never noticed the problem and never complained.
