Family friendly resort. Helpful staff. Only wish they had a single king bed room, rather than combining 2 twins

Actual experience was quite disappointing and we felt deceived by the online photos. The vibe was poor from the moment we got out of the taxi. Location was also in the middle of nowhere, too remote! Reception and front desk areas were too compact and immediately gave us 3 star property vibes. Whilst walking through the corridor to our room, we encountered extremely hot and humid corridors due to the air conditioning not working at the time. Upon entering our room, we immediately felt the standard was much below our expectations. It really felt like entering in a small lodge / motel room. Although the room was quite spacious being a suite, the facilities and amenities were sub-standard. Paper cups replaced the actual ceramic mugs, no shower gels, hand wash or hand towels in the washroom, toilet roll kept randomly near the sink instead of on a proper hanging hook off the wall. Worst of all, random guests were seen standing in the open corridors very causally in their vests, etc. Overall ! this experience at the end of our travels, spoiled our otherwise great holiday prior to flying back home. Extremely disappointed !!!
