The property was amazing. The valet parking, however, was awful. I had to wait 45 minutes to have my vehicle retrieved. Not worth the $65 per day fee. You'll be much better off using the self parking garage across the street for $35 per day. Valet is always inconvenient.

There was fecal matter, sprayed all over the toilet when we checked in our room. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our car and almost missed our plane. It wasn’t busy. And when we asked about the car we got push back. But we watched people come after us and get their car.

Our hotel room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless! The amount of mirrors in our suite was perfect for our girls trip! The complimentary breakfast every morning was fantastic! The valet service was so convenient and the employees were very nice! Overall a great experience staying in this hotel!

I deeply regret staying at this Embassy Suites location. Our experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. 1. Valet Garage Damage: Their garage damaged my brand new car. To make matters worse, the claim was filed in such a way that the insurance won’t even cover the repairs. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager (Alfonso), who was conveniently “unavailable” every time and never returned my calls. Completely unacceptable. 2. Filthy Lobby & Common Areas: The hotel lobby and restaurants were full of trash and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. It was honestly disgusting and felt like no one cared. 3. Unsanitary Breakfast Area: The breakfast area was dirty, and there were no clean dishes available. When we asked, the staff simply told us they were short-staffed—as if that justified the mess. 4. Elevator Nightmare: The elevators were a serious problem. At peak times, we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to get downstairs. It felt like we were trapped. 5. Rude Staff: Almost every staff member we interacted with was unprofessional and rude. No sense of hospitality or basic courtesy.

Our stay at the Embassy was great! I typically stay in a lower-priced hotel but wanted to be in a reputable place close to Bridgestone Arena. The Embassy was definitely a step above the norm and offered many perks that made the extra cost worth it. Our room was very large with a perfect layout that offered privacy, as well as 3 different areas with mirrors to get ready. It was very clean and updated. The only negatives with the room were a very uncomfortable couch and having a sliding door for the bathroom (just not a fan). The breakfast was a really nice buffet that offered made-to-order omelets. The only real negative is waiting on the elevators. I heard other travelers complain of excessive wait times. Altogether, if you’re willing to spend a little extra, the Embassy was a fabulous place to stay!

The hotel is in a good location. You can park at the Music City garage for less money than the valet parking. The room was nice and clean. The problems were the hideaway bed was not comfortable at all and the main light in the bathroom was not working. Breakfast was good and had made to order eggs or omelet. Staff seemed very friendly.

The rooms could stand a renovation. I stayed in the most expensive panoramic suite and it was noticeable paint patches all over the walls that were different the paint on the walls. The windows weren’t clean either. Nice view anyway.

A most excellent stay and we would stay here again. We did have one issue: housekeeping missed our room one of the days we were there! Excuse was that the deadbolt was locked and they thought the rooom was occupied. We were gone all day from 10:15 until 5ish - no way the the door was locked all day!

My stay was amazing. The room was beautiful staff from the front counter to the bar were the same. Highlight and reason I will return and book my suite again was a valet driver by the name of Javon. Both his professionalism knowledge and blended guidance of the two made our stay at your hotel and your city extra special. my future return will be solely based of my interactions with him. He also took extra care with my Maserati and made my wife pregnant wife and I feel special and at home. Regards to the manger that hired him.

Hotel was located right off Broadway and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Outside is noisy at night. The elevators are VERY slow and a few inoperable, especially for how many floors they have. Overall good stay, would stay again.

Had everything you wanted in the hotel. Pool, rooftop view of the city, fitness center, breakfast and dinner options. Dinner prices at the hotel were a little pricey. It cost almost $400 for 5 people versus outside the hotel it only cost $250. But would definitely stay here again.

The Breakfast staff were so nice! Kelly & Jenny sang happy birthday to me in Spanish and they presented me with a muffin-cake. Great location to all the attractions. Happy Hour food needs to step it up a bit & the pre-made cocktails are not the best so stick with beer or wine. However, Happy Hour is a great addition to the benefits of staying their. The views from the room & the 30th floor pool/bar/patio were absolutely amazing! We definitely would recommend Embassy Suites!

The hotel was a pretty hotel. The check in staff were good but hard to hear and explain the 25.00 room charge. For a high end hotel it would be nice to actually get nice toilet paper instead of the cheap stuff. Also the maid needs to check how many klenex are left in the box we had 2. Also, there is no little store close by at all. We needed a bandaid and it was ridiculous that there isn't anywhere close by to buy one.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friends for a 21st birthday, it’s right in the middle of everything perfect location. They had a blast and they said it was very safe and really enjoyed how walkable getting down to Broadway and to some of the thrift shops that they loved shopping in!
