The property itself is worn down and the swimming pool is small and the hot tub is paved over which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. Also the hallways need to be painted or updated as they look worn and carpet is worn with stains, however the overall experience was OK. The staff was very nice and kind.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Be careful when switching from AC to heat in the room though. I got a call that the smoke detector was triggered. It was a little steamy from the quick change in temp. I told the front desk I didn't vape or anything, told them they could come check the room - panic wahsed over me - but the man was very nice and said "its ok, i believe you." The pool needed a good sweep (floating bandaid) but was a great temp.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were ok. Pillows were good. It was super loud in the pool area. No hot tub. Breakfast had a large variety and it was pretty good.

The pool was frigid! Way too cold to swim in. Hot tub was under repair and could only get luke warm water in the rooms. No hot water for showers. Staff was incredibly friendly and breakfast was great as well.

The staff was amazing! They were so personable and friendly. If it wasn’t for them, we would have went elsewhere. The pool was freezing and cloudy, the hot Tub was empty with a make shift tape off of the area where any small child Still could have fallen in and hit that concrete . The guests above us were having a WWE royal rumble match … the hotel appeared to be more upscale than it really was in pictures .

We booked this hotel to hang out with our youngest daughter and swim while our oldest two daughters went to a concert, the pool was not open! Very disappointing.

We checked in late at 12:00 Am and there was horrible smell in the room, we went and talked to the front office and they gave very bad response and only help they offered was to check out at the same time didn’t even allow to change the room. The bedroom and chairs were all dirty and there was ac water licking all over in the room.

Property was conveniently located to alot of retail/shopping. The kids enjoyed the pool; however, I think it had too much chlorin. Our eyes and noses, including mine and I didn't swim were irritated for several hours after we left the pool. The conditions of the rooms needs to be updated or at the very least professionally cleaned. The carpet in the room was badly stained. I didn't even want to walk on it barefoot. The chair furniture in the room had rips, holes, and stains in the fabric. I could tell that the sink in the bathroom had been completed cracked in half and they put it back together. Not done by a professional though as it had a rough end that scratched us when trying to wash our hands. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. It was just so so. Also! For locals, beware that they put a $500 hold on your card for damages. That amount was very surprising to me. Lastly, around midnight the fire alarm went off! I rushed myself and 4 10yr girls out of the room and down the stairs, only to hear the front desk telling someone on the phone that it was a false alarm. NO ONE actually came out and directly spoke to us customers that were just standing around in the lobby wondering what was going on.

It wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. When we opened up the sleeper sofa for our five year old to sleep on, there were fingernails and hair ties on the mattress cover. The front desk was kind enough to give me a new mattress cover along with bedding, but I had to haul all of it to the room myself and change it. The carpet in the room was gross, our feet/socks were dirty because of walking around on it. The shower had mold in it. We never had enough towels. Housekeeping never came to our room. It was okay. The location is good.

$500 hold on my card, didn't find out until I got there. Ask for connecting/conjoined room, staff didn't know they had rooms like that so someone else had got it besides the rooms i had that wasn't connected. One room no tv remote, the other room didn't have a chair like the other room. We ask did they have a shuttle bus they said no.

Check in was good. Rooms have poor lighting. We were next to a mechanical room and there was a frequent loud knocking noise that we could hear through the walls. Our air conditioner belt made terrible squealing noises for about 3 min every time it came on throughout the night, which woke us up. The beds were not very comfortable as others I have slept in at other hotels lately. The wood in the bathroom was dusty and our bathtub had rust in the porcelain part of the tub. I have paid this much for hotels around Easton and elsewhere and had much better and cleaner rooms and a more comfortable stay. I come to Easton every summer. I will not stay at this hotel again!

The room was fine. The staff was very courteous. The only problem is I couldn’t get any hot water around 10:30pm. I ran the faucet for a long time and it never got hot. The next morning it was ok after running the hot water for a while then it finally got hot. We were in the 4th floor.

I stayed Wednesday thru Sunday on 2 bookings. My room never had hot water and got like warm one time. I drove 2 hours home Friday night to shower because I was tired of taking cold showers then had to return to finish my business trip. This issue needs to be fixed in room 303.

I booked a room and it was not the same room as your website showed me. So we were very uncomfortable in the smaller room. I was supposed to have a separate living area with huge table according to the picture that was posted. So I have reached out to them for some type of refund.

It was easy to get to and central to most every place I wanted to go. What I didn't like was bulb out over the table in my room, and it took over 45 mins to get the water warm (yes warm not hot and I did time it) enough to take a shower. The sofa and chair in my room looked really stained. Other than that, it was great!

The room had a slight smell like it had been closed up for a long period of time. During the breakfast hour the servers were rude, talking very nasty to the customer or not even responding. This past weekend there was a special Olympics event being held in the city and there were some individuals there with special needs. They were not acknowledged when asked a question about the selections. They need a new profession. I was upset about their interaction with the guests.

Drove over 7 hours from philly to ohio location only to be greeted by the most ignorant front desk person i ever experienced. She wouldn't accept my payment which was understandable since hotel policy, but it was no need to be so rude snd condescending. I will never stay here again becaude of her. I will gladly stay the extra 20 min away from where i need to be at crown plaza. And it's 2025, it's about time yall accept cashapp as an accepted card.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I usually don’t stay at holiday inn. However, due to how this was advertised I decided to give it a try. Never again!!! The staff were rude, even though the rooms were falsely advertised. Long story short Expedia ended up having to refund me my money. There was also a couple behind me, that had to be moved from one room, to another due to them not having the proper room, that was advertised when they booked it. So this wasn’t just an issue I was having. I’ve booked with Expedia and never had this problem. I don’t know if it was the company all together, or just that particular property, but I will never spend money with holiday inn ever again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Received a text message right after check-in to ensure that everything in our room was satisfactory. Everything in the room, lobby and outside was clean. The staff was extremely courteous. When I went down to refill my coffee about 15 minutes after the breakfast service was closed and food put away, the kitchen staff asked if I wanted anything to eat and offered to bring anything already put up. I politely declined, since my wife and I had eaten earlier. This was very kind and thoughtful.

A hotel staff entered my room with my underage daughter without her permission and made her very uncomfortable under the premis that she was checking if we needed towels. The room was not clean and there was a dirty towels in the covner of the room. Our heat did not work and when i alerted the front staff i was offered a room on the forat floor without a shade and was told aince i booked through a 3rd party no refund could be offered. Horrible experience! Would never return.

The hospitality at this hotel was amazing! We landed early and we got to the hotel, they had availability so they let us check in early, the room was so clean and comfy, the hotel workers were so kind and accommodating. The area has a few plazas in walking distance, the pool was great and we just loved the entire stay.

The lady up front said it happens a lot in this area well it would be nice to know this before staying. They hit the hotel beside the one I was at and this one.

Staff was great. Hotel was good. My vehicle was broken into and things were stolen. Took forever to get a police man, and then said it had to be an online report, and would not do a report. Other vehicles were broken into as well. This made the whole stay terrible.

I liked this hotel and would stay again. However, there were some vehicle break-ins that occurred during our stay, not our vehicle, but 3 others. I thought the cost was a little high for what it was. However, it was clean and a decent place to stay for the night. Location was a little hidden, which I think made it more likely for break-ins, but it was convenient to Easton and other attractions.

This hotel is in the middle of everything and it’s great. The location was nice and it sits in the back a bit so it was nice and quiet for the one night we stayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick stay.

Affordable and close location to where I needed to be.Rooms were very clean and the King Bed was the most comfortable sleep I got.Breakfast was very good loved the fried egg option. It would of been great if there was a toaster to make toast with my breakfast and have butter and a variety of jellies. It was a great overnight stay. Will return again.Everybody was very pleasant and helpful if we needed anything.

The property staff at the front desk were all awesome. I thought it was silly I got charged for breakfast I went to one time out of the four days. Even worse we were watched super close as we made a plate, which caused me too not even use the other days. When I questioned management for the extra charge he said they added it in the cost in a rude way. I wasn’t about to go back and forth, it just left an unpleasant ending to our trip for me.

I spent 3 nights here visiting family members in the area. This place is ok nothing fancy. The bed is comfortable. Plenty of parking. The staff particularly overnight cab be more helpful. The breakfast is ok but you better get to it before 10am. Those ladies do not play they will not serve you at 10:01am😂.

Quite clean and staff is friendly. There is no additional warm bed quilt or spread. Sheets and spread are thin. Outside sounds are noticeable. Sofa had stains. B'fast was limited; sausage had a strange sharp taste and there was no visible fruit or yogurt or cheese. Pastry was available. Coffee was good.
