Clean room, ac was great and the parking lot was clean and spacious. No loud noises or suspicious activity or people. Front desk was nice and helpful. Good distance from Universal too.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I had to share it. I ended up leaving the same day and booking a different hotel because the issues were not resolved, and the staff refused to offer a refund or move me to another room. I was told they couldn’t change my room because I had paid a lower rate. Regardless of what I paid, every guest deserves a room that is clean and properly maintained. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed it looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. There were patches of different paint colors on the walls, as if they were still trying to decide which color to use. The baseboards, walls, and bottom of the door were filthy, and there were crumbs scattered across the floor. There was also an old, dirty chair with visible stains and cigarette burns. The towels had hair on them and black stains, which was absolutely disgusting. The worst part was the bathtub. It was black and visibly dirty. When I showed the staff member a picture, he claimed it wasn’t dirty and that it was just residue stuck to the surface. Regardless of what caused it, the bathtub needed to be properly cleaned with the appropriate products. There were also tiles peeling off, making the bathroom look poorly maintained. When I asked whether this was supposed to be an updated room, the staff member said yes. Honestly, based on the condition of the room, I find that very hard to believe. Be Aware! Don’t book!

Leaking toilet that wet the bathroom floor up and when I told the hotel attendant, they basically told me I got the value of the room. And then denied my refund.

Rooms are spacious & the walk in shower w/ handheld shower was very nice. The place is a little rundown , towels are old & stained. The rooms are quiet. There’s a Microwave & compact refrigerator in the room. Its low cost & convenience are its selling point. I would stay again.

Room was not clean. One of the towels was dirty, wasn’t sure if it was makeup or blood. The shower tub was filthy. The bed sheets had bugs. The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The sheets and pillowcases felt like table cloths. The pictures on their website were deceiving. I will not stay here again. Also, they charged 50 cents for some ice. That is absurd to me.
