The check-in area is very nice, but unfortunately the rooms do not match the same standard and are definitely in need of updating. The towels were small, worn, and looked old. The bath soap was completely empty and had not been refilled. The bathtub was also very slippery with no grip, and I nearly fell getting in. There was no shower cap available for my wife either. These may seem like small details, but for a room costing around $300 per night, I expected much better attention to cleanliness, safety, and basic amenities. Then, on top of that, a $38 parking fee was added. Seriously? For the price of the room, that was very disappointing.

The hotel approach is hard to get to. One has to park on the 5th level. Then ,take an elevator to the ground level. Walk up a level to reception! Only stairs...no lift . So inconvenient. The second day house keeping missed our room. We had to do laundry, guess what ? They didn't have any dryer sheets. No in house food except some chips and soft drinks marketplace. Only a Starbucks run Cafe. The staff were polite . I won't be coming back .
