We had a fabulous stay! From our check in with Melissa to an amazing breakfast the next morning, it was our best hotel experience in a very long time. Our room was super spacious, spotless and so quiet! We had the large, clean pool all to ourselves. We were impressed with the quality and quantity of breakfast offerings. We can’t wait to return!

We were given a room with broken dressers, no oven, and not enough linens for the number of people in the room. The pool was closed and no notification was given to us, and trying to find front desk staff was a nightmare. The hotel is in major need of a renovation. It was nicely decorated for the holidays and the breakfasts were adequate...I would have stayed somewhere else though if I had known about the pool, it was a real downer for my kids.

Really nice hotel! Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a lot bigger than expected and the closet area by the bathroom was so nice to have. The breakfast buffet was better than what most hotels offer. If we are ever in the area visiting RI again I would definitely come back to this hotel. The price was was worth what we got.

Overall, excellent hotel to stay at. Very clean and great service. This is the second time we've stayed here for a vacation and highly recommend. Having a full kitchen is a definite convenience and the location of the hotel is great: right where we wanted to be. The beds are definitely firm so something to be aware of if that's a concern for you. Also, showers are somewhat narrow if you're a bigger person but still workable. However, on the whole, the hotel checks all our boxes and we've enjoyed both our stays there.

Stayed here plenty of times with no issues. Last night my TV stopped broadcasting at around midnight and did not come back on. I left at 12pm, still with no TV. I called the front desk and they stated it was an issue with the dish company, but upon checking to see if there were any outages in the area, I found there were none. So basically, my room had no TV to view for most of my stay.

It started a tiny bit rocky because they didn't read my messages about connecting rooms with my business associate and messed that up. We did not have that. However, the young desk clerk, Star, was incredibly friendly, helpful, sweet and courteous, and went out of her way to make the experience better. Honestly, she should get a raise for her ability to diffuse and turn a rocky situation into a soft and comfortable one. The rooms were excellent too.

It was a nice hotel. The night manager gave me an upgrade to a suite with a fireplace, so that was very much appreciated. I was concerned about the pillows possibly being feather (I'm allergic), and he hand-delivered synthetic ones and fluffed them for me too. The stay was very good. The breakfast was good. The second morning of my stay, I had to leave at 3:45 a.m. and the overnight staff gave me a couple of muffins and a coffee to go. Overall, they were very nice and great customer service.

Overall, excellent hotel to stay at. Very clean and great service. This is the second time we've stayed here for a vacation and highly recommend. Having a full kitchen is a definite convenience and the location of the hotel is great: right where we wanted to be. I don't know how we have never stayed in a Residence Inn before, but we loved it. We mainly use hotels as a place to sleep and a base while we are in the area for something else, ie. visiting NYC or traveling for hockey tournaments. The rooms at this property were like a small apartment, with an actual kitchen! There was also a full breakfast buffet included, and I found the food to be very good as far as hotel buffets go. I liked this property so much that I will start seeking Residence Inns as first choice when looking for a place to stay on trips where the top priority is a place to sleep and serve as home base.
