One night stay. Only encountered front desk employee who was very nice and professional. Room was large, comfortable and very clean with fridge and microwave. Only disappointment was pool and hot tub area closed and currently not available for use.

I would have give five stars if not did the reason that there is no elevator on the property. But the staff is really great they carried our luggage up the stairs. Their breakfast selection was snall was but good with some hot items like eggs/sausage/oat meals/pan cake.

It was a fine stay for our 4th of July weekend. The breakfast was very good, options! Kathy was amazing and very helpful. Good location. The pool being open to 11pm was awesome. I would say the hot tub looks like it needs a good cleaning it was slimy. Also there was a bit of a smell like cigarettes maybe coming from the rug. Overall a good stay everyone was nice and helpful.

Staff was very friendly , rooms were clean and the breakfast was good . We chose this hotel because of the pool and didn’t find out it was closed until we were checking in , but we’re offered free cancellation if we wanted to find a different hotel .

They finished renovations and the rooms look very nice and welcoming. I appreciate that their pool/hot tub is open until 11pm so after a long day you can unwind in the hot tub. I've stayed here quite a few times and never had an issue with this hotel.

Stayed at this location due to the full buffet breakfast. Bagels fruit and veggies pancakes is not a buffet breakfast. Construction going on. No pool or jacuzzi. Should have stayed at the holiday inn

Booked this for an overnight trip. The location was in close proximity to our destination and was easy to get off of, right off the highway. The foyer has been updated and is very modern and clean. The front desk staff at check in and out were both very helpful and kind. The room had a very musky, dank smell. The windows don’t open so we couldn’t even air it out. One of the beds was so saggy it was uncomfortable, the hotel doesn’t offer cots so we asked for an extra blanket to sleep on the floor. The blankets had dirt marks on them. And when we asked for extra washcloths (they only provided 2 sets of towels despite booking for 4 people), we were told they didn’t have any extra washcloths. We used the pool and jacuzzi for a bit. The kids enjoyed the pool but the jacuzzi was luke warm. The included breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold items.

Stuff was very nice. Breakfast is decent. when we came to the lobby t had very strong smell of cleaning chemicals as in the whole hotel and room. Bath was slippery and we had to ask to clean it.

The hotel staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. There was weird smell in the hallway and the room but after the first day it didn't seem to bother me. My only flaws would be that the hotel does not have an elevator. The breakfast was excellent with scrabble eggs and pancakes.

Best Western West Greenwich has been remodeled. The rooms are large and bright. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on The linens are fresh, clean and white. The flat-screen TV is 50", the refrigerator is larger and the furnishings in the room comfortable and new There is a beautiful swimming pool. The morning breakfast is bountiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Two story Sí no elevator but front desk person offered to carry our bags upstairs if we needed help. Decent price - good value. Easy on and off the highway. Would stay again.

We had a great two night stay at this Best Western. The staff was friendly, and the gentleman who checked us in let us know about nearby restaurants, recommending Dan’s Place, whose food we loved. The room was clean and comfortable - good bed, and a shower head to accommodate my six feet. The breakfast was tasty, and the lovely woman who cared for the dining area was on top of everything. Recommended, and will definitely stay again when in the area!

Really nice hotel. The room is large and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The location is very quiet and conveniently located just off the freeway. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to come back or recommend it. Very nice.

The water pressure far exceeded any hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job as we stayed over three days. The breakfast quality was very good. I have never seen a machine that makes pancakes in one minute with the touch of a button. Highly recommend the facility.
