It was nice and comfortable but disappointing at the same time because when we did the reservation it said it has pool so that’s why we choose and to our surprise there was no pool.

The charge for parking is ridiculous and it also ended up being more than stated in the confirmation email. We had no choice but to use Valet at the hotel or park elsewhere away from the hotel. I thought this was a ridiculous money grab after already paying $316 for one night. Not to mention having to wait for valet just to get something out of our vehicle. Not a great experience when you leave there feeling ripped off.

The hotel listing states onsite parking available on request. However, the ‘onsite’ parking is a public pay lot a block away. It’s either valet for $54 a day or $30 a day for the public lot. The Mountain View is a bit of a stretch. If you strain, you can see some mountain shapes on the horizon. The pillow were very flat and bed was slightly better than the floor.

Hotel is new and very nice inside. The breakfast buffet is good. This hotel is right across the street from Ball Arena. Know though that online they try to charge you $55 for parking, but that's only if you have an oversized vehicle, otherwise it's $45 a day. You can pay in person.

Such a nice hotel in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Do not overlook the restaurant. Everyone's meal was excellent, and there were seven of us, kids to grandparents. The hotel breakfast was good, and the room clean. Shocked to return to a room that was attended to - our bed was made! That's hardly ever done anymore. Only drawback was the valet service, while efficient and friendly, is too expensive at $52 a night. We felt taken advantage of there.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. Be advised though, there is no parking close to this hotel so valet at $49 per night is the only close option. Closest overnight parking was a 10 minute walk away. Thos should be disclosed in the hotel listing. Much nicer hotels close by with much easier paring options. Wont stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was awesome and friendly. Rooms, were so comfortable. But no pool. On a side note if you decied to ride around the city on the motorized scooters. They charge .50 a minute. Thw hotel itself was just wonderful.

Gorgeous room. Beds comfortable but the housekeeping was terrible. Dirty countertops. No trashliners, hair in the shower and someone’s nasty fake eyelashes stuck to the painting.

This hotel was really convenient to Ball Arena where we were attending a concert from out of state. We walked to and from and it was so easy. Our room would not get very cold and both my daughter and I woke up several times hot. Also, their system had a glitch that sent me both a message in the app and email that we had checked out after the first night. I called and their system had everything correct though. There was also a link from a bracelet or something on the floor between the beds that had me wondering how well the room was really cleaned between guests. That was the only thing that I saw though. We would definitely stay again.

Parking was annoying unless you pay 50 bucks for valet- we have a family of 6 and after traveling all day we wanted good sleep- the couch was fine, but the couch bed?? TERRIBLE. my son ended up sleeping on the floor- the couch bed was literal springs- NO COMFORT. And they did not have enough bedding, we had to call it up- should have asked for mor blankets to make a better bed on floor. Other than that, it was fine- clean, nice staff and great breakfast

We stayed here to be close to Ball Arena for a concert. Boy is it close. Such a pleasant experience getting into and out of a concert! The prices go way up on a concert night but for me it was worth it! Nice beds, spacious room

We had a great stay in downtown Denver. Very convenient for a Nuggets game as it is within 2 blocks of Ball arena. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The only complaint we have is it was difficult to cool the room. Thermostat was set on 65 and the temperature in the room would not drop below 70.

Staff was really friendly, everything was nice. Overall great experience. No real clear specific alternative parking areas that allowed overnight were suggested when asking, just kinda like theres public parking around, however when we drove around most signs said No Overnight Parking.... just make sure to budget for the valet fee. Valet staff were awesome!

I booked with the option to pay upon arrival and arrived 1 hour after check-in began but the hotel had already charged me. I was pretty upset about this because I had booked it with the plan of my husband putting it on his card when we checked in. Who knows how long it will take them to remove the charge, too. When you book “Book Now Pay Upon Arrival” that’s what you should get.

I arrived early check in was at 4. i get it.so i left and was told i would get a earlyer call back By a female clerk. After an hour before check in another clerk waited on me and gave me the wrong room. Called down and had the female waited on me and had the problem with it

The hotel was very elegant, quiet, clean. We stayed for 2 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Juan at the front desk in the evening checked us in and greeted us every time we walk in the hotel at night. He was very personable and friendly too. The continental breakfast was hot and filling. The property is less the 10 min walk to 16th st strip where you could find all the restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in Denver. (Valet was pricey, but it's no surprise as it was in the listing. Also there are options around the hotel for street parking if that is your preference)

I would have left a 5 star review because the hotel and rooms are really nice and clean. The girl who checked me in was professional and kind. However the man working the front desk at night was so rude and completely unaccommodating. He acted like I wasn’t even a guest and that I just walked in off the street even though I was clearly staying there. For such a nice hotel I’ve never had such a rude front desk staff member. I travel for work a lot and I was at this hotel for a work trip.

Spent two nights at this hotel in Denver and we enjoyed our stay! It was a great location right near downtown and we were able to walk to the game at Coirs field. The room was clean , quiet , and comfortable! We definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean and quiet. Great location to walk to Union Station for shopping and dining, as well as Empower Field or Ball Arena. There is a Brewpub 50 feet from the hotel that has great food. Would stay here again!

Great location close to Larimer Square, the Cherry Creek Trail, and a short walk to Union Station in one direction and the Convention Center in the other. Nice sunny breakfast area and a serviceable workout space. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was sub par for a chain that promotes a above average experience. We stayed for 6 days and was the same every day. 2 items ..scrabbled eggs a meat. No bread, sweet rolls or coffee left out in the evenings. Much lesser chains do a better job

Hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable beds, front desk staff was friendly, room service was great; however, the breakfast was subpar. Each morning was the same, out of eggs, toast, waffle mix, had to ask front desk staff. When they’d finally restock they’d only restock one food item.

Picked this hotel because of the location, we were attending a concert at the Pepsi Center (or Ball Arena if you prefer) and wanted to be able to walk to and from. This worked out perfectly. The walk just takes a few minutes, maybe 4 tops. The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, comfortable and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little weak, but I suppose that is typical for a hotel continental breakfast. Will certainly stay again!

We chose this hotel for the convenient location between Union Station and Empower Field. It is right next to college properties and was not very crowded at all. Good breakfast in the mornings and friendly staff at the front desk. Rooms were nice. Comfortable bed, decent shower and good TV. But no safe. Our one complaint is that there isn't much on the property in terms of food or shopping - the restaurant on site closes on the weekend so we had to walk into downtown for meals, other than breakfast.

Chose hotel that included breakfast but warm food empty before 9, yogurt empty, staff walked through but did not refill. Crowd that had been served left no where to sit as well.
