This was the worst experience. There no refund once you get there. Change the rooms 4 times was ridiculous rooms not clean trash still in there rooms. Beds was not made up. There no couch in the room like was supposed be. The bed was not a king size. There no dishes in the rooms. It just was a terrible experience. Which I would like some type of refund. Also I will not return to the place ever again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The room was literally damp everywhere. I wound up going out and buying my own sheets and comforter. It was a "non-smoking" room, yet there were cigarette burns all over the side of tub...like a dozen of them. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said "yeah we know it wasn't you", as if that's why I brought it up.

This hotel should be demolished. There is no sense in letting a hotel get in the shape this one is in. We looked at 2 rooms and both where filthy, had holes in the wall. The 2 floors I went to had an extremely bad smell. I observed what looked like roach droppings behind the beds. Numerous people just hanging out in the hallways and around the building. I did not feel safe at all and would never consider staying at this hotel, sleeping in my vehicle would be a much better place! It is obvious that management does not care about this place at all. I would suggest finding a hotel somewhere else.

This was quite possibly the worst hotel stay I ever experienced. When I checked in I was on an urgent call and was about to make a presentation to an international audience on zoom. There was no one in line, but the woman behind the desk took 15 mins on the phone without helping me. When I got my key, she said I needed to sign some paperwork (I dont know why she didn't have me sign it while I was there if it was so important). When I finished my call, I went downstairs and the office was locked and there was no one around. I realized I forgot my toothbrush and went out to get one. When I got back, my door was locked. The woman at the front desk (Ty) shut off my access because I did not sign the paperwork. They had a number to call for help when the key was not working, but no one picked up. I had no choice but to sleep in my car in the 45 degree weather. I got up every hour or so until the woman (Ty) finally picked up around 4:30 am. I was obviously upset. Ty was the one on call and she refused to acknowledge that it could be her fault that she did not pick up. On top of the horrible service, the hotel smells awful. I cant image what might be causing that smell in the lobby. The odor in my room was so bad that I had to open the window in the cold to let in fresh air. There was also public hair and urine on the toilet and pubic hair on the sheets. Almost every piece of furniture in the room was broken. The heat did not go on above a certain temperature.

Beds like cement. Beat up rooms. Had to look at two rooms to find one that was acceptable. Was told buy management that it was a non-refundable hotel and to find a room I liked. Would never stay there again

They didn’t have my reservations when I arrived and the room the tried to give me was missing cupboard doors, no pots or pans for the kitchen and the refrigerator had rust spots and dents in it.

I liked the staff and the convenience to where I was going. The price was not bad. I did not like the noisy plumbing or whatever it was. Also the electrical outlet covers had a lot of screws missing so when you turned the overhead light off they fell on floor.

The only issue I had, (2) actually, the firmness of the bed made it very difficult to obtain a good nights sleep. Also the faucet at the sink continued to flow pretty much all of the time. The staff was great and the area was secure.

The condition of the room was terrible. My first complaint was that there was no bedside light. There was one master light switch for all the lights in the room by the door, so I had to turn the lights off and stumble to the bed in the dark. Floor tiles in the bathroom were coming up and having done some home remodeling I could tell they were the lowest quality "peel and stick" vinyl tiles. On the good side the AC worked and so did the internet. But there was a good deal of noise coming from the floor I was on so the stay was anything but restful. All in all this hotel would barely be acceptable at $60 per night, but not at all worth the $100 I paid.

The staff are pleasant answering any questions i had. Didn't like the water pressure was so low for the bathroom sink, and the shower the tub drained so slow it would almost fill about an inch of water every time i took a shower

I am the Travel agent who booked the stay for my Client! He was treated poorly and the property was filthy! The client had a corporate one three-way call and witnessed the front desk girl, Saniequa, refuse her name and hang up on corporate and the client. This is now being investigated by the corporate office. I will also file a report with the health department and with my host agency. MY CLIENT WOULD NOT STAY THERE DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS AND PAID FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL OUT OF THE GHETTO!
