For price it was alright, you can’t expect much honestly. It wasn’t the cleanest, but the bed was what mattered and I was able to sleep in it just fine. The shower/tub seemed to be somewhat new and the bathroom was alright but the metal was rusted and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The floor was awful and maybe the worst part of our stay, don’t walk on it with your bare feet by any means. Lastly I would say the smell was a bit off but not unbearable. Also the vending machines for drinks don’t have a cooling system, so my soda was warm.

Power went out. We were on second floor accessible room, so no elevators. When came time to come down front staff nowhere to be found, asked the gal behind the desk where the clerk went that knew we needex help getting wheelchair down was , she just looked at me, like i was speaking to noone,

The staff has a terrible attitude. Internet hardly works. Ice machine vending machine don't work. The manager and her husband that works here have nasty attitudes and looks down own the ppl that stay here. And the ROACHES ARE OUT OF CONTROL!

Two towels for three people. One bed didn't have a blanket just sheets and they were out of blankets so had to sleep with an extra fitted sheet (that's all they could find). Took 30 forever to get a pillow to have enough pillows. No ice buckets. No remote for the tv. They found one the second night that half worked. Second night for another blanket after asking five times during the day. The staff was very kind. They just didn't have enough anything.

Cockroaches were found in the bathroom. Mgmt. switched our room. In the second room, bedbugs were found in the sheets and pillows. Mgmt. told us to request partial refund from Expedia. Now that we're back home, they won't provide name of general mgr. and won't cooperate to offer partial refund. Do not recommend.

Right when we walked into the lobby the employee asked us for a cigarette, which is surprising that he needed one since the smell of fresh cigarette smoke hit us like a ton of bricks the second we walked into the lobby. You could tell he was smoking inside. He was efficient and quick at checking us in though, so other than his need for continued chain smoking inside, he was fine. Then we get to our room and the smell of cigarette smoke hits you even harder. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and the rank smell gave me such a bad headache. There was what appeared to be a cigarette burn on the comforter and the floor was so sticky. The inside was updated though and looked mostly nice, fair for the price. If it was not for the horrific sickening smell making me nauseated, I would have rated this place higher.

FILTHY & DISGUSTING — AVOID THIS HOTEL! We booked a one-night stay during a family road trip, and it was a complete nightmare. Upon check-in, the room was filthy. We immediately noticed dead cockroaches squished to the ceiling above the beds—almost like someone took a broom, smashed them, and then just left them there. Absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned. There were roach droppings in the corners and crevices and facial hair was left all over the sink area—obviously from someone shaving. Along the walls of both the room and bathroom was visible debris: hair, dirt, grime. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all before our arrival. There are plenty of other hotels nearby— do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. This place is unacceptable.

The nastiest hotel we have ever stayed in. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and wanted a hotel close to the fields (only reason for booking) as we knew it wasn’t a super nice hotel but couldn’t have imagined it was this bad). Linens had not been washed (food crumbs in bedding and stains all over sheets). There looked to be blood stains on the flooring (floor was also sticky and smelled like urine). We submitted a formal complaint with the desk but they didn’t seem to care or really even acknowledge our concerns. We ended up having to book another hotel and move the same day (further from lacrosse tournament.) It’s definitely worth driving further to your destination versus staying here. We have not received a phone call since cancelling (or a refund).

I didn't expect much, but it was way worse. The hotel smelled like a weed dispensary, we found in our non-smoking room an unfinished cigarette with ashes on a window sill. Carpet appeared not to be vacuumed, missing TV remote. Overall not very clean. The room was very noisy, you can hear people walking above. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable, I barely slept. We came to breakfast at 6:45am and all that was there were basically 3 bagels and DIY waffles. Coffee and juice dispenser. When I asked in front (after waking up the staff) if there is more, I was told that still is all. We stayed just one night. Stay away unless you are on limited budget.

Was told upon arrival that there was not a room available. The check in clerk found and cleaned a room that had been checked out. Room was ok but the AC was extremely noisy. Breakfast was very. Disappointing. First morning had the waffle maker, 4 bagels and dry cereal. Orange juice looked like it was concentrate mixed with double amount of water. Coffee looked like tea

Unfortunately, my stay has been overshadowed by poor response to correcting the clogged toilet sink. After first night, I asked the cleaning lady outside mybroom, around noon, to please clean the room as well as investigate the sink but nothing was done. Not even the room was cleaned. I returned 2 AM too tired to do anything so next morning I informed the front desk and yet nothing was done when I returned 2 AM in the night again too tired to do anything. Also, fyi, they don't have any iron or ironing board in the room either.

Property was okay. We didnt pre-book, as we weren't sure of the area. Richmond has some questionable areas. I stayed at a red roof inn off I95 and it was a drug/brothel hangout. Room wasn't bad, however, the table top where the TV was had sticky substance on top, as did the night stand. There weren't any washcloths in the room, only 2 towels, and 3 hand towels. No ice bucket, which isn't a big deal per say. Staff was great.
