Pros- they gave me a handicapped room so that was an easy accomodation. Check in and out lady was super nice. She even chased away someone trying to sneak into breakfast on Sat Good dark window coverings. Lots of towels. Comfy bed(although really squeaky when you flip from side to side) Big mini fridge Cons- They didn't have the breakfast items for all of breakfast. On Sat it was all almost cleaned up on completely by 9. And on Sunday- They ran out of the hot protein, well before 9am and when I asked for more I was told no. But other person there was told they could have a serving. And everything else was heavy gluten or fake sweetener. Not so great for dietary issues... Annoying microwave that locks Everytime you use it, not really handicapped friendly. And I know they made The door in the bathroom was completely warped like at least 6 inches up the door was totally water rotted. The guy on overnight duty was really loud and made noise well after 2am. Which is unsettling when you are alone in a hotel room trying to sleep. The pad under the keyboard for the computer in the common area was trash and they could replace it for less that $5. The vending machine had capri sun and microwaved popcorn and like gusher candies. Like literally only 4 of the slots in the entire machine had snacks. The last two are easy fixes. Like I knew what I was getting when the nights were so cheap. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. And I'm not even sure what amenities there were-

Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was quite poor. Only choice basically between cold cereal or waffle - of which the waffle batter was out one day & syrup out another day. They did have eggs & sausage on Saturday, but they were cold. Room was prettycl Pean, but tea bags were in the room wrre damp.

Hallways reeked of mold, and cigarettes. Room was dirty, ice bucket had what looked like orange dried kool aid around the rim and the bucket was wet. Soap holders in the shower looked like they had never been clean. A lot of layers of caked soap on both, chunks of purple stuff, mold in corners of shower. Pubic hair on walls, along with chunks of white substance on bathroom shower walls.
