This hotel is being remodeled, which is not mentioned in the description. There are dumpsters, storage containers and messy remnants of construction materials right outside the front door. The lobby is filled with even more construction materials. The floor that we stayed on was half closed off with plastic. I’m assuming the side we stayed had already been remodeled but was half new, half old. The appliances were dated, banged up and yellowed. The sheets had cigarette burns and the towels had holes in them. The breakfast was underwhelming. The however was very nice and friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.

Check in was confusing considering they send you a text message to upload all documents needed, then ask for them again at the desk. Half of the parking lot was blocked off. Breakfast waffles were NASTY, when asked, they said they put lemon in the batter. They tasted like the mix had soured. That's our go to hotel when we visit family, but may try a new one next time.

Location of the hotel is okay. Building is in good condition. There was a wing with construction going on, but it didn't seem to impede guests on that side. The room I had was okay and fit my needs for a one night stay. There were no bugs or damage. The bathroom was clean and functional. Soundproofing could be better. Overall, the stay was fine.

Smelled bad, dirty and lock on door was nonfunctional. Staff didn’t seem to think this was much of an issue seeing as no effort was made to address this or service the room, for that matter. Some stuff sprayed, spilled all over the wall and a dirty q tip with god knows what left sitting on the desk chair along with crumbs, etc. Burn holes in sheets and room was 85 degrees on arrival.

The room was disgusting Bathroom was filled with mold Housekeeping left someone’s electric tooth brush in the sink The ac barely worked and the room smelled of mold. When we called thru front desk they said the hotel was under renovations. If they knew it was that bad it should have been open. Very displease in Wyndham.

Rude staff. Hallways and non smoking room smelled of smoke & must. Loose hair in bed. TV did not work, AC did not work. Room was dirty & bathroom was dirty as well. We decided to leave within an hr of arrival. Huge waste of money, would not return.

This hotel is very rundown. The front desk was somewhat friendly, and check in was fine. However, there was an awful smell in the lobby, almost like urine. They had the front windows open, but no screens. We were on the main floor, but the room was minimal. The bathroom was awful. The tissue holder was rusted and they tried and patch the walls but paint job terrible. The ac worked ok, but just gave off a damp feeling. We needed this room for a road trip, as we were tired and needed a quick nights sleep. Go to the Hampton, across the way.

I guess you have to accept the good with the bad when paying a low price for a room for the night. While the service was friendly enough, and the bed super comfortable, the place (at least my room) is in real need of repair or remodeling. The photos were taken from my actual room #124 and includes wall dings, bath and toilet issues and an anchor on the ceiling to hold the shower rod. New roof, though. Now it's time to focus on the inside, folks.

As one of the local budget hotels near the highway, it served its purpose...a quick night's stay, continental breakfast and television. However, don't count on it for extensive wifi usage, like zoom calls, file attachment emails, etc. Very spotty wifi for anything other than basic searches. As a business traveler, this was an issue.

check in person was unfriendly from the start. He also required me to make a $50.00 deposit which I never paid before. At checkout it was returned to my credit card. Then when I got to the room the air conditioning did not work. I did the normal checkout and to no avail. I called the front desk and the same person came to the room and told me that I pressed too many buttons and he just did the same thing that I did. He called support and they worked for 30 minutes to finally get it to work.

The check in process was not good. When we arrived to check in the computer system was down and they couldn’t check us in manually. Told us to come back in an hour. When we return we were ask to leave a $50.00 cash deposit and they took our information manually. I had a $100 bill and They couldn’t make change. Had to go and make change.

i hadn't stayed at an inexpensive hotel in a long time. i expected it to be basic, but for a large chain it seemed like it could have been better. breakfast was bleak and cramped space off to the side, and lobby lighting is terrible. if you are sensitive to highway noise, this is probably not the place for you. but i slept fine, shower was fine. but no one is going to hang out here that's for sure.

Great value for the money. New carpet, curtains, bed. We were told that the bathrooms would also be renovated. We picked this hotel for great location right on I 81. Breakfast was very good, especially for a budget type hotel, with waffles, sausage, hash browns, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, apples. Our room was small and did not have a coffee maker or refrigerator. Be aware that if you call the number listed online, you get a service, not the front desk. I used hotels.com, and the final price was $25 cheaper. If you want to talk to the front desk, you have to wait for that option on the call or ask for it. I don’t know if they would give a better deal, but with Hotels.com you get the one key cash.

I had an overnight flight delay and this was the closest, most affordable hotel. They are renovating the hotel, and that is visible with the materials showing as soon as you walk in. The breakfast wasn’t appetizing. There was one muffin, a loaf of bread with a toaster, cereal, old apples that were bruised, hash browns, and sausage patties. I ended up just eating a sausage patty and going back to my room. There was banging from around 7 am in the room next to me because of the renovation. I also called the front desk to see if I could get a late checkout, as I have a video meeting at 11, and they said they don’t provide a late checkout during the renovations. I’m here on a Tuesday, and this isn’t a town where rooms sell out during the week. It was a very disappointing stay.

It was fine to just crash for the night but I would have to say it was one of the worst Microtels I have stayed in and I like Microtel. It's a budget hotel with usually a decent continental breakfast and usually a pool and hot tub. I knew there was no pool or hot tub but at least I would get a decent breakfast, but that was not the case. Even the apple juice was so watered down. It was yellow water with a faint hint of apple flavor. It was just terrible.

We enjoyed our stay, television was way smaller than what we’re used to traveling. Orange juice was old, another guest informed me not to drink the coffee and we were instructed not to bring the breakfast back to our rooms it was just bad at that point lol so other than that our stay was ok i guess
