Our favorite hotel in Miami! 5 stars all the way. The staff is super pleasant, the hotel itself and the grounds are manicured and super clean; smells amazing everywhere you go. The room gets cleaned daily, with a turndown service so it always feels clean and towels are constantly refreshed. The pools are kept clean at all times and the overall vibe in the hotel is just super chill. This is not a party hotel, perfect for couples and families!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Staff at front desk was very friendly too. Beach is great and everyone very kind although service takes longer than one would expect. Just a side note, there's some signs of humidity in the rooms and in the ceiling of the lobby that are not really expect for a hotel in this segment. Pool is awesome!

This is a beautiful hotel that feels very luxe. It’s beachfront with amazing pools and cabanas. The convenience of having bowling and the ice rink within the hotel was really nice too. The main restaurant is wonderful. My only complaint is that I wish there had been some additional vegetarian options on the pool/beach club menu. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Room was not clean upon checking in… Was very awkward when the cleaning staff opened the door on my daughter and i because the room “needed to be cleaned” There was pubic hair in the sink which stood out the most to me aside from the dead smeared bug on the floor and the dirty sheets. Incredibly disappointing…drove two hours from WPB to see a concert absolutely should have driven back. The staff was condescending when we called to report the dirty room. A woman from management called me the next day and was very professional / apologetic for the inconvenience I recommended they do a deep dive into their staff and who is representing their brand. Not a luxury experience what so ever. If sensitive to smell the scenting within the hotel / if hyper aware of toxins and phthalates, formaldehyde, benzene, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) i would highly advise you to not book your stay here. Hope whomever finds this review helpful! I certainly wish I had this level of authenticity when coming from a review / feedback prior to spending $1000 + on a room.

I appreciated that they were able to accommodate an early check in but it was all downhill from there. The rooms were filthy and in really poor shape. There were stains on the rugs, the nightstands were falling apart and there was even a gash in headboard that was being held together by tape. For the high price per night of this place, it felt like I was staying in a motel vs. a high end hotel. The service was awful and food was expensive and mediocre (putting it nicely). A friend and I both got food poisoning from the fish tacos at the pool. The spa amenities were non existent but my massage was the highlight of my stay.

I recently stayed at the Miami Edition Hotel, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel has a beautiful and unique style with elegant décor. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The customer service was outstanding, the staff were friendly, understanding, and attentive to every detail. We loved the pool, the stunning views, and the beach access. The valet service was exceptional, they paid great attention to every detail, even opening doors for us. Also, the cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfect. Everything was top-notch, and we enjoyed every part of our stay.

Just feedback for hotel. The sound continuation in the halls and rooms are horrible. You can hear every single door open on the floor, every conversation in ppls rooms, even can hear the ding when the elevator comes from my room. I could not sleep well. Please do something about it, otherwise I have a great stay.

Our family had an incredible experience in the hotel. It’s right in front of the beach, and the structure at the beach were really good. We enjoyed the great swimming pools. The room was big and comfortable enough (a minor comment is related to some furniture/painting needing better maintenance).

My first trip here was amazing. This last trip they didnt have the room I booked and put me in a double and then I had to switch rooms the next day which is not very relaxing for a 3 day trip. The Market has random hours and menus which are not published and isnt always open for a meal. Service is either excellent or not, not consistent. For the money, I have stayed at places with better service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL Three days after check out fraudulent charge of $991.15 USD for “mini bar food” was added to my bill and charged my credit card on file. I have never seen this charge before, it was not presented to me at the check-out, and I certainly have not consumed $991.15 USD from the mini bar. I drank 2-3 non-alcoholic drinks during my 4 days of stay. As soon as I received this additional charge I have written to the hotel to clarify this charge, but so far haven’t got any reply. It’s just terrible customer service!

Overall the hotel is wonderful. Stayed with my family for one night due to a long layover the following morning. Only critique I have is regarding the check in process. The day before our arrival the hotel sent an email to complete our post arrival check in form. The electronic form requested a check-in time as their regular check-in time was 4pm. I requested a 3pm check-in and submitted the form. Did not receive a follow up email on whether that time was permissible so I was under the impression that it was granted. Upon arrival (at approximately 3pm) when we checked in we were told that our room was not available and that we had about an hour wait. When I inquired about the online check in and that I requested a 3pm check in “all of sudden” a room magically became available. We also weren’t offered bottled water like other guest who checked in prior and after, which made us feel as though we were being treated differently. After check in we went to grab something to eat at the market and the food was amazing!! Everything we order was hot, fresh and yummy! Other than the one incident at check-in, our stay and the hotel was pleasant. I would recommend that attention to detail be made a priority. If you are going to offer the option for an early/late check in then either confirm the time with the guest or advise that their requested time is unavailable at the time when completing the online form.

Staff were oddly disorganized and most of the interactions with them left us scratching our heads. Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check-in. The staff kept us waiting around for a hour saying “10 more minutes” every time we asked. Zero accomodation or compensation. When we entered our room the tile floor was soaking wet, and my wife slipped and almost fell, there was so much water we thought it was a leak, tried to call down to have it checked out, but were left on hold for so long that we just gave up and cleaned it up ourselves. This kind of weirdness followed throughout the whole stay. Nothing terrible, just not what you’d expect from a hotel of this price-point. Very nice people, just seemed like an inexperienced staff and poor communication.

The property is fantastic. The staff is incredible and ridiculously accommodating! The one drawback is the surrounding area is a little sparse. Notable exceptions would be Bros Cafe Market (Cuban coffee and specialties) and Tropical Beach Cafe (Cuban sandwich/medianoche). Short Uber outside the area. Overall, the experience could not have been better!

The hotel is well built and beautiful decorated to give it the 5 star appeal however, with all thing it take people to bring it down. And in this case is things like, The bathroom not being cleaned well and service the market restaurant was just horrible. I was served in a cracked dirty/cup for my coffee. The place is also a money pit with very little to offer in regards to quality/taste food. The food was very much average and so ridiculously expensive. They will find every reason to make sure you get none of your 200 dollars a day deposit back.

The Edition blew our expectations away. I saw a ton of reviews about the service being poor, but honestly we had no issues. The rooms were clean and updated, the restaurants were great, the pool was wonderful, valet service was great as well. I really have no complaints!

The property was very beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable. Everyone we talked to from check in to check out thoughout our stay was very kind and accommodating. They provide the highest service level possible, and are genuinely nice. The food in the restaurant was a bit spicy for our taste, but still pretty good. This hotel gets my highest recommendation. There is no better place in Miami beach in my opinion. I hope to come back and stay at the Edition again.
