It had been a while since we stayed at the Marlin, probably 10 years, I have to say that it is still a nice Boutique Hotel but the personnel, although eager to please, seemed like student hires. Does not have the professional feel to it.

Great service, great location. The hotel provides a parking card (limited) for guests to park at a nearby parking garage. A very nice quaint hotel with a lot of amenities and a restaurant in the hotel. I highly recommend this place.

Marlin has no pool, it’s adult centered place, has the best smelling rooms, complimentary water, desk for work days during the vacation, the restaurant Italian food is amazing. They give you a discount as a guest. The staff is kind and bubbly. They also hand you beach towels and chairs and umbrella litterally 1 min walk from the beach, 5 min from the Ross And right in the heart of ocean drive. For breakfast check out Mpanada and Miam

Shower was not very clean and the water temperature would go from extreme hot to cold with very little pressure. My only complaint. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.
