Good stay with my family as it was a quick stop. Place was clean rooms were small but overall met our needs. Had a decent pool and hot tub the the kids liked. Staff was good. Breakfast was average could have more variety of food and fruit.

Great stay for a weekend trip to see a concert at the Hard rock! Friendly and helpful staff! We got a drink at the bar in the lobby and were offered a complimentary shuttle over to the hard rock but decided to walk because it is just across the street! Close enough to everything and an affordable option!

Good location near the highway, casino, food options. Very easy check in process. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. I did have an issue with whoever stayed in the room directly above me with the level of noise late at night. When I called the manager about it he addressed the situation immediately and offered to move me to another room if necessary. The breakfast options were great! Nice gym, pool, and hot tub. I would re-book here in the future.

Pros: Shuttle to Hard Rock was useful. Room and everything in it was clean. Good, free breakfast. Bar and pool have potential if that’s up your alley. Cons: Walls were razor thin - I could hear the person in the room attached to mine snoring & someone in the other room attached to mine yelling belligerently at 3 AM. The elevator didn’t work for half a day and was a bit sketchy the whole time. Also, the public restrooms by the pool were incredibly dirty and left a bad impression on an otherwise decent stay.

Nice lobby. Clean room. Near a variety of food options and shopping. The reason we may not choose this location again is because there was issues with the pool area. Told at check in that the hot tub was closed for days and didn’t know when it would reopen. It didn’t look closed but had no one using the pool area. Breakfast looked like recooked leftovers and the juice machine served colored water. After checking in the staff at the service desk were nice but distracted by their phone or trainees with limited dialogue of “I don’t know I’m new”.

The check-in process is always easy. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate my needs/preferences. The pool/jacuzzi are lovely. The gym is better than most hotel gyms and the breakfast is always good with plenty of options. The hotel is clean and affordable. I’ve stayed here about 4-5 nights, on different occasions. We will be returning customers.

Stayed here traveling home for the night. Walking in the front desk lady was asleep, I felt bad for having to wake her up from her nap. We checked in, they charged me an “incident fee” that costed more than the room, but they refund it after you check out. The room was fine, except for the bed bugs! Left the next morning to find my arms and neck covered with bed bug bites. I called them to let them know about the room, and they said they will mark it as out of order. Really upsetting , you shouldn’t have to pay to stay in a room to leave covered in bites.

The room had a very strong wet dog odor and was very dirty. Stains on the side of the bed, what looked like vomit still on the wall next to the bed, and the chair was also very dirty. The bathtub had streaks of something red in the bottom of it. Overall very dirty.

Room was filthy. There were actually toenails on the floor. Bed was clean, but sheets were not soft and were very itchy, especially the pillow cases. Bathroom clean but not stocked. Staff very friendly, breakfast amazing. Building overall very, shall I say... Worn out. A lot of maintenance and overall touch ups need to be made. Very disappointed in this LaQuinta.

The entire hotel smelled like cat pee, they didn’t have any extra pillows and the desk clerk said they were full so she couldn’t get any out of rooms. That was a lie because I checked online and they had open rooms. The ice machine on our floor and the one above and below were broken and she didn’t bother to tell us that so we had to go to the lobby for ice. I would not stay here again if it was free. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The beds are to high! I am 5 ft and I ask for a step stole and the man acted like I was the only one to complain they finally brought me a rolling ottoman which helped I swear the bed came to my breast the mattress was comfy once I got on

The lighting was pretty poor in the restroom in our room. Like really poor. It had one light in the center of the restroom and no lights on the wall by the mirror area. The overall stay was good and the place seemed to be ran well. We would stay there again if the need arose.

The a/c worked wonderfully despite the humidity, and it appeared to be cleaned well upon arrival. Only negative I had was that I was right next to the elevator and I could here all the ruckus from people in and out of the elevator. Next time I travel to OK I will stay here again.

rude counter help on 9-1-25 am other counter help when i checked in on Saturday told me breakfast is 7-10am when i went to get breakfast on Monday my check out date there was no food at 9:30am i was over charged for my room. i booked the room on expedia and was charged alot more at location i want a refund

The stay itself was ok. The rooms were clean. The check in process was fine, even late at night. Being your earplugs. The hallways and adjoining rooms are not sound proofed at all. I could hear the guy in the next room vomiting. Lots of drunken hollering in the rooms and hallways. Unfortunately, I left my Kindle at the property. I called the next day, they said they had it and took my address to send it. After a week, it still hasn’t arrived. I called back and they wanted me to arrange a pickup of my item. I wasn’t clear on the details. They said I’d have to speak with the manager. It’s been another week, of me calling every day. The manager has not been available once, no matter what time I call. She has never returned one of my daily calls. At this point, I’m tempted to report my item stolen to the local police department. While the item is replaceable, the literal hours I’ve spent trying to get it returned aren’t replaceable.

Even though we had a reservation, but they did not have parking for our U-Haul. The lady at the desk said she did not have a room for us and we would have to go somewhere else. They also charged our room the day before we got there and then made us pay again the day we were there so we were double charged five business days later we still have not seen that refund. We understand that the staff was new and that is completely understandable. What is not understandable with her attitude and her rudeness. She did not even want to come up with a solution to the problem before trying to send us on our way if we would have had to cancel through Expedia they would still then charge us for the room, even though they turned away for this was that would be between us and our bank.

We had a late arrival, but were able to check in online. The lady at the front desk made the rest of the process go very smoothly so we could get to our room and sleep. The beds appeared new and were quite comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was fresh, with many options to choose from. Hotel location itself is very close to restaurants, gas stations, and the highway--convenient for road trips. We would definitely stay there again!

Check in was bad. I had booked a room through Expedia over a week ahead of my reservation. I arrived 30 minutes before check-in and the girl behind the counter wanted to charge me an extra $25 for an "early check in" (I have never had any hotel charge for an early check-in). I told her I'd wait to go to the room but wanted to get any paperwork done ahead, which she agreed to. Ridiculous. By the time she was done with the paperwork - it took her 20 minutes - there was a line of 3 other guests waiting behind me. Terrible. Aside from that, the stay was fine.

The first room they put us in had blood all over the sheets when we turned down the blankets…. So they moved us down the hall. At 1:30am two strange men had a key and walked right into my room with my two teenage girls and myself sleeping in it. Luckily they were safe/nice guys and it was a mix up with the front desk. The day shift lady Roxanne was amazing. The old lady working the night shift, that gave those guys the key, and got to deal with me at 1:30 in the morning, was terrible.

The hotel was nice. The staff were friendly. Overall I am not really happy. They charged me more than I was quoted on Expedia so I got the receipt when I was done checking out . Then 2 days later they have charged me again for my room, they have depleted my bank account. I called them to see what was going on and they were sorry we will fix it, they still have not fixed anything. This is b.s. I don't understand how they can get away with this. How many people are they doing this too and they don't even realize it

No TP! NO gameroom as in description, no blow dryer, hot tub broken, no cleaning service showed up on one of my days, just all around terrible stay!! We had to go buy our own TP! & blow dryer for our 3nights/4days... horrible!

Great place to stay, and check in was flawless. I was originally not liking the online pre checkin but that proved false. Checkin was easy using the online tool. The area provided amenities such as local fast food to upscale dining at a loc Hard Rock casino. No problem getting around as well. A very well kept property great breakfast as well as a comfortable stay.
