Very fun place. Was there on a Monday night fairly empty. Pool and hot tub set up are epic. Biggest hot tub I’ve seen outside of Vegas and it was perfect temp. Bed was very comfy. Great value. Would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our suite. The room was so big and clean. The smoke free casino was really smoke free, which is crazy because it’s right next to the smoking area. We will be staying here again!!!!

Just so beautiful and so much to do in the Hotel and casino. Also nearby shopping and restaurants. They also offer free shuttle to the airport. They hold your bags. Check in was smooth and they gave us complimentary big chocolate chip cookies. Hard Rock hotel and casino had a nonsmoking gambling section too. It is a must stay.

Hotel and staff were great. We had a king suite with couch, chair, kitchenette, jetted tub (didn't use) and walk in shower. Overall staff was very good. Check in, pool staff and everyone on the floor and gift shop very helpful. My big drawback was with the golf course...There is a guy that doesn't want you to play there. Im assuming if he doesn't know you, you can go to h***. He was very smug and just and unwelcoming jerk! Dude, your 45-50 working afternoons at a golf course! At least be nice!!! People are paying money to go there. Im going to reach out to the course and report this DB. Other than that it wass great. Bartenders were awesome...all the food we ate was very good. Gift shop lady was super helpful and awesome! Dont remember her name but she was around 50ish...cool chic and helped us find exactly what we wanted. I would recommend and stay here again if in Tulsa.

We went to celebrate our 24th Anniversary, we got to the hotel at check in and the service was fast. We got to our room and everything seemed good. We also went to the pool which was nice as well. When getting back to our room my husband was relaxing as I got ready for the evening. He found what he thought was a tick in the bed, after looking closer we found it was a bed bug! I took a picture and packed our stuff immediately. I went to the front desk and let them know. Security came to our room and reviewed, they gave us another room for the rest of our stay.

Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor dirty, especially in the corners. Celling in bedroom starting to come down. Outlets do not fit hairdryer except in bathroom. Need to bring hotel up to date.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at. The room was clean. It was quiet and plenty of coffee and amenities in the room. They even leave a little chocolate guitar by your bed. Wonderful stay.

Food options were not good. Pool was too small to get away from people who were far too drunk to be there, smoke invaded everywhere, 3:30am blasting music in rooms, bathrooms weren’t clean, for the price, I will not go back. So disappointed. Comfort inn is better than that. 👎

Please please pull back the sheets and check them. Take a black light with you. Wish I had. I’m a former housekeeper so in order to help them out to clean faster I always take the sheets and Pillow cases off for them. To my horror when I did I found blood on the sheets at the bottom. They didn’t changed the sheets! This is always my fear when stay out of town. They didn’t even offer any type of compensation. Please do your due diligence before you sleep in the bed, take a shower or sit on the toilet.

This hotel may be suitable for postcards, but it's not ideal for an overnight stay. The rooms have a foul odor, and both the lighting and the bathroom conditions are poor. I would have appreciated mirrors in the room besides just in the bathroom. The decoration lacks any feminine touches, and the air vents are dirty and in poor condition. One of them is positioned in the wall, blowing unpleasant air directly at you, which forces you to sleep on your right side. The basin drain was rusty, and the shower felt unsafe. The shower head was covered in lime. Rooms are not cleaned daily unless you specifically request it. The price per night is steep given the room's quality. The elevators are inconveniently located; they are either far from the last room in the hall, or if you’re lucky, close to yours. You'll find no blankets for a comfortable night's sleep, although the pool towels might suffice. Lastly, the coffee mug in the room was chipped, and the parking area outside lacked clear signage to help you locate the hotel.

The Hard Rock Tower was nice, with modern rooms and comfortable beds. My only complaint is that there are a LOT of reviews that say this is a "family friendly" hotel and it is anything but that. There is nowhere for a family to go to enjoy the hotel. I understand that I should have realized that by booking at a Casino; I'm obviously aware that children are not allowed on the floor, but they also are not welcomed in the restaurants/ sports bars. I know this to be a fact because I asked the concierge and she looked at my like I was an idiot to think I could take my 12 year-old to a restaurant to watch the Texas/Georgia game. I'm only writing this review to help other families from making the same mistake.

The rooms A/C was not working. 77 degrees in our room. There was no counter in the bathroom at all. And just fyi, if you take home leftovers from Carvers. The to go box doesn’t fit in your fridge. Carvers was really good.

Apparently our thermostat was broke. We tried raising the temp but it never changed. We reported it. Even housekeeping tried to set it higher. It never rose over 62. They did bring us an extra blanket though. Very uncomfortable. Even piled towels on the bed to stay warm.

Great hotel room, comfy bed. The air conditioner will not go below 70 degrees, which is too warm for sleeping - and the windows are bolted shut, so we could not slide them open a bit for air curculation. But the front desk sent us a large fan which kept us very comfortable

Our room was nice, it has normal wear and tear, such as small scratches on furniture and hard water stains on the sink faucet. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The one thing to give me pause, is that our room had a connecting door and we could hear the neighbors baby crying and the family talking late in the evening.

It was somewhat Confusing trying to find my hotel room from the parking garage. Shower stopped working on day 2. The hotel never fixed shower although I called customer service several times. Otherwise a great visit with my sons.

The staff outside trying to park for hotel was VERY rude. Most people people were not helpful when asking how to get to our room. When we pay over 300.00 a night I’d expect a little more friendliness.

The staff was friendly, especially the waitress during breakfast at the cafe. The breakfast prices were reasonable. The cost of mixed drinks was very reasonable at the AMP bar. The casino was clean and there was a large variety of games to play. Self parking was easy and free!

Customer service at the front desk was very unwelcoming. Every employee we approached with an easy question, for example, "Where is the closest restroom?" the employee didn't know the answer. The atmosphere was great, very engaging because of the guests, but the service was surprisingly the worst I've had in a very long time.

Room was good, casino was good and food was good. GPS takes you to casino entrance and signs, etc were awful for getting you to hotel checkin entrance. Saw many people going in casino with suitcases only to come out again with suitcase and looking mad.

I did find a little difficult to find the check in area. You have to drive around the backside of the property and there was no valet parking or even a HRC representative outside to welcome myself or other guests. This situation made it difficult to understand if I was in the correct location. That being said, after check in, we had an amazing time and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit.

It advertised 8 restaurants, but all but the food court was closed. Their food was below average. Not even a Hard Rock Cafe in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino!! Pool wasn’t open. Never had my room serviced either.

If you're allergic or intolerant to smoke do not stay here. They did not have the non smoking gaming section open during our stay. Also very limited dining option on weekdays. Access to gaming tables like roulette didn't start until 6pm.

The room itself was nice and clean and well appointed. I down grade the property as a whole because the only places to eat on property at 7pm were the expensive steak house and the less than exciting food court. 3 other restaurant options were all closed. Went off property to eat which was not the plan and was disappointing.

The room was great! Bed was comfortable and blackout curtains were great as well! Dining options were the EXPENSIVE restaurants, the diner, or the food court (as I would call it) with two other options. We ate in the diner, once for lunch and once for breakfast, and both times were good and not too expensive. If you want a good place for country music and dancing, Track5 is the place! If you want service while playing at a machine, don’t count on it. Overall, it was a great experience!
