Our stay was great. It was a one night stay in their large room/suite with 3 queen beds and a door between rooms. Clean and comfortable. We felt safe with our eBikes on the car rack overnight. They have plenty of security cameras. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Mr. D's is a great Rt.66 diner a short walk past the large locomotive train park.

The motel os right across the street from Metcalf City Park. I arrived on a Sunday and there was a really great band plsying in thr park from 4-6..i then walked down Route 66 snd checked the war.memorials and the Santa Fe train. The restaurant, Calicos is just across the street. They had really good breakfasts. And there is a Mexican Food place in the same parking lot as the motel. It was just ok. The room itself was nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, but no coffee maker (minor detail). There, sadly, is no swimming pool. It'a not a deal breaker for me, because I'm sure that is what keeps cost down, I just thought I'd mention it. In the lobby behind the desk is a security monitor that shows the parking lot and the doors of every room. So I felt secure. I had an issue with the internet, but the staff quickly helped get me on line. They are unbelievably nice and so accommodating! I would totally stay here again without hesitation.

This was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. It was comfortable and easy to pack things from car to room. It was quiet and the fridge worked well. Shower was hot and steady on temp. I highly recommend this no nonsense very clean motel.

Recommend the motel! The room was spacious, very clean, had a comfy bed, and was quiet. Great parking - free coffee in the morning and an ice machine. Very nice staff. Cute park next door and a two minute walk from downtown. Very safe and very walkable. Enjoyed my meal across the street and to the right. Excellent value!!!!!!

This older hotel has been very tastefully renovated. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of plug-ins for your devices. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Management was friendly and helpful. A bit bare bones but that’s reflected in the low rates. A great place for travelers on a budget who want a clean, comfortable, no-frills hotel.

Rooms are clean and quiet and staff are friendly and respectful. They are redoing the outside of the hotel to restucco and paint and inside the rooms have been upgraded. We always stay here and it’s been great for years!!!

Why can’t hotels provide blackout blinds? There is so much light coming around and through the window shades you can literally read with all the lights off in the room. Humans require dark for restful sleep. The room is clean and quiet if a little dated. And the price is fair. But, unless the blinds are substantially improved, I would go on down the road.

This place has been somewhat updated. It was clean however there was a smell of dog feces in the room. There’s clearly a sign that says no pets allowed yet I was asked if I had any pets that night so I don’t know if they do allow them. The sheets and towels were clean. Bed was ok. I struggle with microfiber sheets they make you sweat. For the price it was fine for one night.

A really great stay here, no problems, room was clean, updated, plenty of hookups for computers, but a low WIFI 5.5 mbps very slow could not stream anythig. For the decent price and good comfortable beds no problem.

Great bargain stay. Pros: Very clean and mostly well maintained. Cons: No bedside outlet, lacking amenities like a coffee maker in the room. Bathroom stayed cold as heat didn't quite reach and it could have used a heat lamp. While the interior looked well finished and maintained, the AC/heat units were framed in unfinished lumber. Over-all considering the inexpensive rate I highly recommend!

For such an old hotel, the room was quite nice. There was a weird stain on the chair, the AC is really loud, the microwave was on it’s last legs and there was tissue stuffed in the peep hole… For the price, no complaints.

I chose this hotel because of the numerous good reviews and because I wanted a "Route 66" experience. It's an old "classic" style building and many people said it was clean and comfortable. It was clean, but the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. My wife and I both woke up with sore backs. I felt the springs give way as soon as I stretched out on it. I weigh 200 lbs, my wife is 104 lbs, the king size bed could not support either of us. I'm old enough to remember traveling down Highway 66, and I got a genuine expereince, some of those hotels also had terrible mattresses, too.

Young woman at reception was wonderful. Even gave me one of her personal stools for shower. This was the problem, nothing is handicapped accessible. No hand rails and no place to manouver a walker or chair. Would suggest at least safety bars in tubs. Very cool place though an very convenient

We arrived extremely late but the checkin woman was very kind. We ended up staying one less night than we had anticipated, and the property was quick to refund that night even though they were under no obligation to do so. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable beds. Lots of easy parking and quiet location.

We stayed here twice on the way to and from Las Vegas & Grand Canyon. Very convenient. Each time our room was on the ground floor and parking outside. Lots of things to see in the historical area of the town with the Mohave and route 66 museums across the road. Bed comfy. Calico’s great place to eat nearby. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Everything including price was great for us. If you are a light sleeper - may not be right for you as it’s on a busy street and right by the railroad tracks. That’s not their fault - common sense choice there.

Very quaint Motel. Front desk personnel very nice and polite. Bring a hair dryer. Microwave and mini fridge are provided. Definitely worth checking out. It is not modern but very clean..very close to many eating options and brewing options. Mexican restaurant adjacent to Motel with nice family restaurant across the street. Most everything closes between 8-9 pm during the week.

What a pleasant hotel within walking distance of historic downtown Kingman and museums. The web site indicated there was continental breakfast, but we were told when we checked in that only coffee (no decaf) was available. Don't expect to swim as the pool was filled with cement. Rooms were being refurbished during our stay.

1st hotel with a nice size refrigerator with a separate good sized freezer! We are both diabetic & must bring food on our trips & all our insulin stuff. I always need to refreeze my blue ice pacs for the next day! Thank you! The room was spotless & roomy! No continental bkfst & tiny Styrofoam cups for coffee.

Last minute booking worked out fine. Clean room, everything worked in the room, check in was quick and simple. Location is good. Property is older and will need some updating soon. However it was neat and well maintained. Only 1 issue. Need coffee pot in room.

Best room we've had on this trip. Cleanest bathroom and bathtub was spotless. Bed was very comfortable....older, slightly worn furniture but new granite on all the tables and counters. Easy chair and hassock along with table and chair too. Tastefully decorated. Desk clerk was very friendly and accomodating. Outside didn't look special, but the inside was spotless. Impressed for the price!. Only thing missing was a breakfast and coffee, but many options nearby on the way out. Would definitely stay there again!!!!
