outside side entry door not secured electric lock does not work. Ice machine broken, internet bad. Bath room sink faucet very hard to turn on. Bath room towels old and frayed. Carpets look old and stained in hallway. Room door electric entry lock very tricky to use took several tries to get door to unlock.

On your site we booked because there was a pool. when we got there they had no pool the room we booked had no TV so they put us in the only other room they have available which had a king bed and couch pull out. the mattress on the pull out was discusting and discolored. the lady working the desk was super kind and did her best to help us

The lobby, hallways and rooms smelt so bad. The whole room was disgusting, towels were unmatched and looked dirty. The rugs look gross and dirty. The toilet seat was all banged up and missing spots of paint. Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone

The room stunk so bad!! We traveled and showing up late at night with kids was horrible because of the condition of the room! It’s no joke when I say we slept on top of the blankets because for sure they probably had bed bugs and we used towels for blankets!! We had to sleep with the window open because it stunk like dog pee so bad! The bathroom tiles around the toilet were squishy and stink like human urine!! It was horrible! Probably the worst room I’ve ever stayed in and I’m from California so that’s saying something! The beds were hard and had hair on the pillow cases. The staff at night was young and ok the staff in the morning was friendly. Breakfast consist of off brand muffins, coffee, hot water for tea and hot chocolate with some yogurts in a bowl ( un iced) and some apple and oranges in a bowl. There were juice boxes for the kids at least. Overall what an experience. FYI I wore my shoes in the shower!! The mold smell was ridiculous.

We were exhausted from our long trip and got to hotel at 1 am only to be in a used room with someone elses hair all over the bed, disgusting bathtub with someone elses shaved hair all over the bathtub and dirty side tables. The floors did not look vacuumed and the bathroom floor was sticky so I had to use socks the whole time. We did not use the shower or towels. We were too tired so used the bed but felt itchy all over. I am not one to leave reviews but I think people should know about this before they choose this stay.

What a filthy dive. There was spit or worse running down the side of the bed. They didn’t even try to hide the bedbug activity all over the mattresses. At the front desk they were completely apathetic. So we left and will never darken the door of a Super 8 again. The owners/management should be absolutely embarrassed to expect people to stay in such filth.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was mold in the room growing around the air conditioning unit there was P in the bathtub and shower. The carpets were absolutely filthy and I woke up with bites on my arm. I hope I’m not taking bedbugs home. I am sick and disgusted and mad when I looked at reviews they said that this was right at 3.5 out of five for cleanliness and the guest comments were that they love the clean rooms it was absolutely filthy and disgusting. This place needs to be shut down!

Relatively clean. But, a bit of rust on lamps and outdated. But, I expected as much bc of the price point. Staff was not very inviting, but not rude. Poor outlet design to plug things in. Not enough plugs or types. Bed was rock hard. Easy to get in and out of the hotel, tho. And great shopping nearby. Construction and semi parking nearby made it pretty noisy all through the night.

The WiFi did not work (did not assign IP addresses even though the signal strength was very goodf) and the staff said they had had "problems" with it for a week. However, they had been either unwilling or unable to fix the issue with their access point. Breakfast is just grab and go. Otherwise room was OK, clean, shower working flawlessley. Good water pressure and temperature.

This hotel is HORRIBLE. I made a reservation online. When we showed up there was no one at the desk to check us in. They had a phone number to call. I called the number. The front desk phone rang. Naturally, no one answered. We ended up having to find another hotel room. Now they refuse to refund the money for a room that we could not access.

We thought it was strange to hear that they only clean the rooms every 3 days.. housekeeping was literally across our room and they didnt even empty our overflowing trash or offer clean towels or TP. Happy that our room had a microwave and fridge and the cooler was super cold. Had trouble w the key cards working even after reprogramming

The hotel is decent for a budget stop. The hired staff are friendly and helpful but the couple who apparently own the place are very difficult to work with and seem to make up things to be stubborn about. Why wouldn’t need to fill out a credit card authorization form for a room booked in my name! And I had go to the front desk for towel exchange when housekeeping didn’t restock on the second day.

First our stay was awesome. The lady who check me in asked if I had a pet and I declared my husband has an ESA animal. He just got out of Post Op Care and has had her with him the entire time. As we were leaving in the morning another lady asked about our dog and I said she is a ESA support animal and she was so mad, told me she was charging me. I explained the law allow ESA pet for no charge. All I know she was rude and totally ruined what was a nice stay.

It was a safe and convenient stay. The only thing I disliked was the cheap fruit and a muffin breakfast. EVERYONE ELSE on a 5 day roadtrip provided a hot complimentary breakfast in the same price range.

The room was just ok. The whole hotel was fairly dingy. The side door didnt even work so it had to be propped open with a rock. We had upstairs neighbors that came late stomping around and left early stomping around. Bed was very stiff, not comfortable. The breakfast was a joke. There isn't even a toaster. Coffee was gone immrdiately and more wasn't made.

Room and bed were clean, sink in bathroom, the handle felt/looked like it was going to break at any moment but also had to use a good amount of force to turn it on. Bed was not comfortable at all; pillows were too soft. TV had a broken stand, so it was propped up on some small plastic things. Key card was annoying to use because it was a sliding one that you had to slide a certain way, if you went to fast it didn't work, if you went to slow it didn't work. There was constant noise from the room next to us, at one point sounded like someone was trying to get into our room. The free breakfast is a joke. It was a last-minute booking, and I guess you get what you pay for but will definitely NEVER stay here again. Super 8's used to be decent affordable hotels, this one was affordable but poorly maintained. Should not even be a 2-star hotel, barely even a 1-star hotel.
