We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, hosted holiday parties for friends and family and really enjoyed the experience each time. But this stay was a mess. We had to switch rooms 3 times in 24 hours to finally get the room category we paid for while along the way rejecting Management's attempts to upsell us (an additional $800 to $2,000 per night) for more costly suites. The pool was a nightmare . . . Packed with bodies upon bodies upon bodies (no way were all of these people guests of the hotel!) which impacted poolside service. Plenty of screaming kids cannon balling off the side and clearly over served individuals blasting their music, yelling at each other across the pool, insulting guests ("You can tell you guys have been together awhile, you are starting to look alike," said one of these obnoxious individuals to a couple sitting on the edge of the pool.) I have never experienced such poolside chaos before at a 5 star resort. This experience was not at all worthy of the Four Seasons brand. On the plus side, the breakfast at the hotel is oustanding, room service was prompt, housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy and we had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. Unfortunately, I believe a break up is in our future . . .

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons. The beds are comfortable & rooms have so many nice touches with the coffee/tea bar & robes/slippers to wear. We had access to an amazing fitness center & use of the spa areas. The restaurants were all top notch! We will return.

Trip had a lot of hiccups, some the hotel's fault, some not. We received a text from the hotel telling us there could be road closures due to the MD Cycling event, but what they did not tell us was that the route was right in front of the hotel, therefore there was NO access to their parking garage or valet. Had to park 5 blocks away and walk in. Not exactly your normal Four Seasons arrival experience wheeling your luggage down the street. For the price we pay, you would think they would have a shuttle ready to roll. Next issue was at the pool. Pool was filthy (see photo). Like worse than I have seen at a mediocre hotel. There was also a spotted lantern fly infestation in the area, most notable by the pool (see photo). Breakfast at Maximon (a popular upscale south american restaurant) was horrible. My French toast tasted stale, and my wife's dish (Nortena) was very 'sour' tasting. I will say all of the employees at the our Seasons were their usually professional selves, from the doormen to the reception staff, to the servers. But they really missed the mark on keeping the facilities clean and up to Four Seasons quality.

Bygone was terrible. Everything about it - the service, the fact that I couldn't charge my meal to my room, the elevator was broken, it just felt like a very low-budget experience for such a nice hotel. Also the valet not being connected to the front desk was also frustrating because I had to go outside to work with the valet versus inside with the front desk whom I was already working with. There should be more connections between functions and services provided by the hotel so that the customer has a more seamless experience.

This is the best hotel in Baltimore hands down. To me its in the safest area and the staff are professional and so nice. The roof top pool and bar is a must. Blows the Pendry hotel out of the water.

When we arrived our comforter under the duvet had lip stick smeared and makeup smeared all over it! They quickly came ti change it and gave us chocolate! But as much as we spent for two nights this was just unacceptable to me! The restaurant on property was amazing and so what the staff! I would come back but make sure ti check the sheets!

Hotel and rooms are very clean, staff was lovely great location, but to me for the price the rooms are outdated the amenities are minimal the rooms are definitely outdated and not luxe at all. Just a decent clean room. We didn’t request handicap -once we got to room we saw it was handicap-didn’t want to go back downstairs. Do all the shower have half of a door that freezes your bum off. That was not a good experience in the shower.

Water did not get hot. The shower leaked alll night. I barely was able to sleep. I requested a late checkout and was denied. Other than that the look and feel was amazing. I feel the staff that day was not accommodating

Exactly what you’d expect from the Four Seasons— lovely, spacious room; amazing bed; wonderful service; and excellent location. The only potential complaint is that the walls are a bit thin, but a white noise machine did the trick. Would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were average, but you needed a manual to figure out how to turn the shower on and regulate the hot water. You need to provide a user manual - it took some time to figure out how to take a shower. Not good!

Staff and service was phenomenal. Room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Decor a little outdated but it was in good shape. Pillows great, matress a little saggy. Baltimore is not the safest area but we felt safe at the hotel. We used Uber to and from the Ravens game with no issues. App was helpful for ordering room service and chatting with concierge. Bygone restaraunt qas excellent but Maximon was just ok. Would recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning for future stays.

My family and I had a fabulous time, the staff were pleasant, friendly. I usually don’t write reviews but this place is incredible. The only thing that I could say was the television in the bathroom was a bit grainy and had to call to get it serviced. The view was breathtaking and the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable.

I loved my stay, I went for a weekend to just relax for Mother’s Day, I didn’t use the spa or any other amenities, I just wanted to stay in my room and enjoy the peace and quiet. It was very quiet, if i did have neighbors, I couldn’t tell. The best part about the room was the Harbor View, the restroom is nice, the room itself was pretty outdated. My favorite thing was being able to order room service on the app or through text and not have to interact with people on the phone lol. The food was GREAT! For the price I paid, I may or may not go back, I could go out of town for the same price.

Everything was superb except the dining room. The waiter forgot my breakfast order completly and eventually came back to ask what it was. I aaked for a coffee refill that never came. I had to hunt him down for a second cup. The concierge and front desk were great. They even charged my phone for me as I forgot my charge cord.

Top tier all around. This staff in particular was absolutely stellar. They handled all of my requests with ease and was beyond accommodating. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I have zero complaints and I’ll be back very soon. Exceptional from entry with the bellhop Duncan , to the folks at in-room dining. Everyone at the spa, and the from desk. Tremendous service and staff. Thank you again.

We chose the Baltimore Four Seasons for our 30th Wedding Anniversary weekend. From the time we arrived at Valet Parking we were made to feel as the hotel’s special guest! Every staff member we encountered during our stay were welcoming, attentive and provided exceptional hospitality and amazing service! What a wonderful stay at The Four Seasons Baltimore! There for an overnight only for a friend’s birthday party and though I didn’t get to really experience all the amenities, the staff, food, drinks, and general ambiance were standouts. Shout out to Johnathan who checked me in! His welcoming was 5-stars!!! Can’t wait to return soon!

Four Seasons Baltimore is the ultimate hotel destination for New Year's Eve. The view from our windows was unparalleled. We had so many dining options to include The Bygone, Maximon, Azumi and Lochbar. From a fanciful Great Gatsby experience to casual American cuisine, this location offered delicious bites to please every appetite. The staff was so professional and kind, and I look forward to staying at the exceptional Four Seasons Hotel as well as indulging in their unique dining options in the near future!

EVERYONE was super nice, the room was amazing, view was amazing, upon arrival they had ice already in the ice bucket, the in room dining was AMAZINGGGG. This is literally the only hotel I will be staying at when I visit Maryland again.
