Excellent customer service. Fully furnished cabin with a hot tub. Everything appeared to be well maintained like they actually take pride in their business. Very satisfied, highly recommend this place.

Great spot close to RMNP, but if you choose it for the pool and hot tub, be aware the hours are 10 am to 6 pm. No soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking! Also the reception closes very early.

Lovely hotel surrounded by nature on the road to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Perfect for us, a family of four. Took a dip in the pool looking at mountains and pine trees. Located a short drive from Estes Park on the road to RMNP made it a perfect location for us so we could get into the park before, the timed entry reservations. I thought it was a bargain.

We really had a good time. We liked that it had a kitchenette and was a block from the grocery store, and we liked the hot tub. Would have liked the pool and hot tub being available longer hours, but we made it work. If one of the things you’re in CO for is to partake of the “greenery”, pay very close attention to the policies, this might not be the place for you. But, overall, awesome experience, great location, great price, great service.

I think this little place has SO much potential!!! It was a great location. I think his name was Dom, was nice and helpful at check-in. He offered any support or help I would need! That process was great. The cabin was cute...but definitely needs a DEEP spring cleaning. It was borderline uncomfortable due to cleanliness. It's dated, but I can deal with that as long as the place is clean. The hot tub was perfect and I loved having a private one! The views are great, but there is a few lines running through your sight. Overall I'd say 7/10! The staff was kind, the process was easy, the hot tub was perfect! The only downfall was the need for a deep clean. I feel like I would give it another shot....Maybe!

Advertise as a kitchenette. What you got was a 3x4 ft area with a stove microwave refrigerator and sink that you could all reach without moving one foot! Dirty door jams. Mold in the shower. Curtain rod was about ready to rust through. Ultra dark paneling made the rooms extremely dark. Living room lamp shades were broken. Couch was musty and very old and uncomfortable to sit in. Would not recommend this room called the paintbrush to anyone. The Cabins may be more updated but didn't get to look at one.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Very pleased. Brynwood on the River was recommended and we were not disappointed. Definitely will return.

The location and staff are great but the room I stayed in was very dusty including the bathroom. The room has some kinds of unpleasant smells.

Need to update the rooms. Found clothes in there from previous stairs. Not appetizing. Need to clean better and it would have been nice if we would have had Wi-Fi password and if the TV would have worked with three young boys underneath the age of eight wasn't impressed

Hi, The property is great. We had the room 19 which was a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite and had a lovely mountain view. The towels were more than plenty. The unit seemed recently renovated. Kitchen had a skillet and enough cups/plates etc. The microwave and sink all looked new. I would be happy to stay here again but I will try to come there during the day and check everything is working. Improvements - Wifi does not work. We tried all three possible options and none worked, so we used our mobile data as hotspot. The bathroom sink had the issue - the water was dripping slowly. That caused problems for us as we checked in late evening and needed to leave at 7 AM to go the park. And the office/ maintenance is not there before 10 AM. We had to come back to the hotel in the mid day to get the bathroom sink issue fixed, and it was a hassle. The housekeeping did come in 40 minutes of calling, and we had to stay in the room from 3 to 5 PM to get that taken care of. When you are on vacation, time is precious. It delayed us in getting ready in the morning also, as you can\'t brush or wash face in the sink without wasting 10 minutes. The last thing to improve is - have someone to receive the calls. It goes to an answering machine. So if you are in the park, where the reception is not there all the time, you do not get to talk to a "person" easily. Once the office gets the message, they do respond but I think they need to do better in picking up the phone.

They give you the impression the rooms are along the river but the room was nowhere near water and the room was small and the air conditioner was noisy. The room was clean, however and the pool was clean and in good condition. Not a bad place to stay for a place to sleep for a night or two as long as you don’t expect to be near the water.

Stayed in one of the hotel rooms. It was a good sized room . Had a good view of the mountains. Met the owner in the morning. Seemed like a great guy. He even called after we left to return my ladies sunglasses that she forgot in our room. Id definately stay again if in the area

The motel is close to the entrance of Rocky Mtn National Park. Old style motel type facility which is fine for me but not all. Not like the more hotel-type motels. Even had a small kitchen conner if you wanted to cook. But not a large kitchen. Good value all things considered.

Room 14 was a great size! Clean. Good staff. Negatives are: Poor WiFi, no response to phone message I left about needing room supplies (limited office hours).

Air conditioner was noisy, rattling sound.

Place seemed comfortable in its large room. I enjoyed having plates, cups and silverware. Only had trouble turning on the television. No 'live' television, only television programs. So I used the TV program I had on my Smartphone.

Great location if going to Rocky Mountain NP. Friendly staff. Very quiet. The room was ok, just run down. It was clean but had a funny, old smell. The bed was comfortable.

Dated unit with all the necessities, shower was nice with good water pressure however both myself and my girlfriend nearly slipped twice in the bath tube. Wifi was acceptable though there are some dead zones and it will drop you on occasion. Plenty of parking and very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain NP. Staff is beyond friendly, mattresses are nearing the end of their life. I would stay there again!

It is an older property and really needs some upgrading in the bathrooms, lavatory, and kitchenette along with new carpeting. The beds were very good and the property was clean and pleasant. Requests for additional towels were ignored in 2 phone requests. However, when we encountered the maids, they provided our requests. Chechen was brief and somewhat curt.

The bathroom downstairs does not have any covering for the window so we didn't shower down there or use it at night. Under the bed there were dead spiders but being that it was a place to get away and see the outdoors that is to be expected. The gentleman in the office was amazing when it came to customer service! We will be returning and he had a lot to do with that decision!

We stayed second floor of motel. The view out the window was all mountains. Next to property is grassy public access to the river and a bench to hang out. This is a little older and not fancy, but a great find. Loved the staff that was very helpful with everything we asked

Brynwood on the River us a convenient location close to the National Park, and downtown Estes Park. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and easy parking

Close to park and downtown area. It was everything that we needed. It was late check-in and early check-out. Couldn't enjoy whole a lot, but it was great. We saw deer crossing the road from our window. That was neat.

I loved being able to do a quick walk to the river. The views are amazing.

Wonderful!! We were on the second floor and had such a beautiful view from the balcony, and a nice bench on the balcony to sit and eat breakfast and watch all the birds. Kitchen was well equiped so we could cook an early breakfast before a 6 AM park entry.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Lots of privacy and so close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the quaint downtown area. Our kids loved staying here and wished we stayed longer. The cabin had all the kitchen necessities to make your own meals. We would definitely stay again!

Cute, clean and convenient! The little cabins are small, but confortable and pefect for us. We spent the days in the park or in town and were able to cook and grill in the evenings. The riverfront is peacefull and we saw more wildlife on the property than we did in the national park.

Our stay was wonderful, this is a beautiful cabin, facing the big Thompson River, we enjoyed the hot tub on the private deck, it was nice having the kitchen, fully stocked and ready to go, the barbecue grill was convenient and easy to access. Tony, was wonderful and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time, would highly recommend.

Room layout was great. Loved having a kitchenette & table. Comfy bed, plenty of towels, and great convenient location to downtown and RMNP. Room would benefit from a luggage rack, as well as instructions on the stove operation. Needed to google to figure it out.
