Stayed 7 nights

The room was dirty after being “cleaned.” There was always the smell of weed. The elevator was dirty and just seemed unsafe. The kitchenette was unusable and exceptionally dirty. There was always noise outside from loud music/arguing late at night. The property was dirty. Trash everywhere. The push cart for bags was almost unusable with a bad tire. Beds were low quality and sounded like they were gonna break. The seal on the fridge was falling apart. Had to purchase our own cleaning supplies to actually clean the room. You get what you pay for. The only positives were the A/C and most of the staff. The manager always had some kind of attitude though. And why did she have to “inspect” my room less than a day after checking in? She said it was mandatory. I’ve stayed in lots hotels and that was the first time that’s ever happened. Seriously…not cool. That was the worst offense. Heads up, you’re charged a utility fee every day, which should be in the price of the hotel. Like I’m paying for a room, why am I also paying to use the electricity and water? Depending on length of stay, they charge a housekeeping fee. That wouldn’t be an issue if the rooms were actually clean. The exterior doors are also propped open since the card readers don’t work, so the hotel is always unsecured. If the staff as a whole weren’t terrible, I’d give it 1 star. The guy at the front desk honestly saved the review because he was great and attentive. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay there again.

This is a rebrand of Motel 6, Studio6. The property and location are fine, the interior is run down. The front desk clerk doesn’t work nights, many people had issues and were waiting for ages until he came back to the property to help. Pictures do not match run down rooms. A/C wasn’t working properly. Attempted to receive a refund and was refused. No point in using hotels.com if they can’t sort out any problems with the host.

This was one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I have ever had. We prepaid for two nights through Hotels.com, checked in around 7 p.m., were assigned a Room and were charged an additional fee at check-in. When we returned to the hotel around 2 a.m., we discovered that another guest was already occupying and apparently living in the Room The hotel had given us access to someone else’s occupied room. The condition of the front desk made the situation even more concerning. There was an extremely strong smell of marijuana, key cards appeared to be scattered around the desk, and there was an extensive list of rooms marked dirty. The entire area appeared disorganized and poorly managed. The overnight front desk associate appeared to us to be under the influence and was extremely distracted. Based on what we personally witnessed, he repeatedly appeared more interested in attempting to engage in activity with a woman who was behind the front desk than dealing with guests or resolving the fact that we had been assigned an occupied room. Despite everything that had happened, we were never offered another room or any alternative accommodations. We had no where to sleep, so we had to sleep in our truck and cut out trip short and just come home. This place needs to be severely reorganized with staff and management. Even 2 days later the property will not answer the phone!

The staff is wonderful, even when someone was being outraged about fees they staff had no control over. They're so kind. The room was nice and tidy upon arrival, great air conditioning. The kitchen was clean also
