What a dream vacation! Our suite was perfectly sized, giving everyone space for family meals, relaxing, or privacy in their own bedrooms. The staff was amazing, especially Otikio, Victor (by the cabanas), and Daniel (Sommelier). I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation in paradise!

The resort credits that have listed are not credits. For each purchase you do you get 20% off which will total up to the daily credit. That being said I would have to spend $700+ a day to get back my daily resort credit. I paid for all inclusive. Why would I spend another $700 per day to get back $150 in resort credit. Butler service was not helpful nor communicative till our last day there. On the last day we got told what events were going on for the day and what was a good restaurant. The buffet was closed at night every night even though it said it would be open. For lunch there were only 2 restaurants open and both were outside seating. Outside is nice but sitting inside in AC would be nice as well. We stayed on the north end in a 2 bed room suite. Room was amazing except for the rancid sewer smell permeating from the dead seaweed that was rotting next door at aqua world. The staff did a great job picking up the seaweed at our resort, however next-door they were just letting it sit there making the worst smell ever to make our outdoor experience in the hotel room nonexistent. Not the hotel responsibility not this but might help for them to talk to them next door. In general, I was not very impressed with the resort. It was beautiful however they have many things to work on. I have stayed at other resorts in Cancun that were much much better.

Very bad, no luxury. Restrooms dont have ac. It is not a 4 diamond resort. Way to small. They give attitude when asked to get snacks and they tell you to buy them.
