Room and hotel was very clean. Its an old Red Roof, basic but the TV worked and the mini refrigerator and freezer worked! Not much in the area surrounding but is convenient off the highway. It was fine for a quick one night stay with my dogs. If you are traveling with dogs, there is not much of a grass area to walk the dogs and no outside trash cans which is inconvenient if you have dogs. Otherwise it was an affordable room for the price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is kinda dated but fine. Linens especially towels need to be cleaner please. Our upstairs neighbor was noisy and we checked in about 1 am. Parking could be better but we are in a large vehicle. I would stay here again because it was safe and a reasonable stay for the price.

The pictures and information online when booking this hotel are not the same as when you get there. I had to put down a $100 deposit for the room which I’ve never had to do it any hotel if I ever stayed at. My mom and I were on this trip. Even though I had booked the room, my mom was going to pay for this night at our hotel. The guy at the desk wouldn’t let her use her card to pay. He said that whoever booked the room has to use their card. I’ve never heard of that any hotel I’ve ever stayed at before. The floors look like they had some kind of cleaner on them and so when I went to wipe them with a tissue, they were so dirty they were black. The area that the hotel is in is a little sketch and made me feel uncomfortable to stay there. There is no continental breakfast. Only some coffee and a vending machine with snacks. I do not recommend for anybody to stay at this hotel.

The check in was uncomfortable because the guy at the front desk made a copy of my driver license. That made no sense , I asked him about it he could care less . We went to the room . It didn’t feel clean then my wife found hairs on the bedsheets. We can tell the bed sheets were not changed after the last guest because it had the wrinkles from the last guest that slept on it . They did give me replacement sheets but there is no excuse to not change sheets . The next morning the front desk lady looked like she just got out of bed , just weird . The lobby smelled like dog or something . I asked her she said she don’t smell , weird again ! Just terrible stay all around .

The room was mostly clean and satisfactory. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell a few times waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come. When we got to the room, it smelled strongly of cleaner. It was a bit hard to breathe. When we went to shower, there was an open, used bar of soap in the shower and no new bar. After we returned at night, we got a call around 10 pm. I supposed it was the front desk, but they didn’t identify themselves. They asked my name then hung up. The night was fine the exception of loud talking in hallway and sporadic air conditioner. The bed was comfortable. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Dismal looking property; walls and caulking cracked and peeling; the room alarm clock went off at midnight!; the attendant barely understood English, the walls were thin such that I could hear conversation from the next room at 1am while trying to get back to sleep after the alarm went off. I do not recommend!

This was the st time in my life that I had to pay a deposit besides the price of the room. In case damage would be done, smoking etc. It was my husband and i and granddaughter who were there for college graduation. I was appauled that she required an additional 100.00 which she claims will be refunded if the room is Ok when we leave. Its been 24 hours and the deposit has not yet been refunded. I hope this will not become a problem that I will have to address furthur. We are a retired professional couple and were baffled to be treated as if we were a risk. They must have dealt with issues as they were one of the lower priced hotels in the area. Lesson learned. Hope we get the deposit back without a hassle.

I booked through Expedia and paid in advance the hotel went ahead and charged me $100 “deposit” for incidentals, they went ahead and charged the amount when I called to make a complaint they said I never stayed with them and they don’t have my details. Pure daylight robbery
