I'm not quite sure how this hotel is allowed to rent out rooms while the majority of the building is under construction. I knew already that there's construction going on, so it wasn't a shock, but what did shock me was the extent of the repairs being done and that the rooms that are given out also seem to need lots of work. I think it's great they are doing renovations, but they should just upgrade all the rooms and then open it to the public. The staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet overnight, there were toiletries provided, and the location was perfect for my business trip, but other than that, I unfortunately have to say that this is probably my worst stay in a hotel. The AC didn't work and seemed like it was falling apart, the towel rack in the bathroom did come off the wall as I pulled a towel, and the furniture is quite old and stained. I hope the renovations are for the best because right now, it's a rough going.

To be honest, the pictures are deceiving. Room was extremely dirty, halls smelled terrible, & overall was just disgusting. We were super uncomfortable and didn’t even want to stay there for the night.

This stay was horrible. AC wasn’t working. Door wouldn’t lock, Beds were very uncomfortable (lumpy mattress) second bed was very wobble. No trash can in the room. Light covers were very dusty. Complain and was told place was booked, but clearly had a sign for discount renting. I was in room 225

A comfortable if small-ish room with the amenities one expects of a hotel at this price point. The microwave, refrigerator, TV and WiFi were present and all worked. Oddly though, there was no place to hang clothing. No rack or hooks of any kind. Due to the room's size there was no desk or chair; just a bench seat, so not even a chair back to toss something over...

I stay at plenty of inexpensive motels, so I don't have very high expectations. But this one was pretty sad. It felt like walking into a jail. The staff sat behind plexiglass windows that were covered with bright yellow notices about "No Refunds" and very clear rules and regulations. There was nothing friendly or welcoming about it. The room was basically clean, but completely devoid of any level of comfort including lamps, or picture on the walls, or a place to hang clothes. It was simply a small room, with ceiling lights, bare walls, and a few sad pieces of furniture. It felt safe enough and it had easy parking, so if you just need a bed for the night, this will do. But don't expect anything like the photos online.

The carpet in the room was sticky, stained, in some places the floor felt greasy. There was graffiti behind the bathroom door. The diverter valve in the shower was stuck half way so water was coming out through the tub spout and shower head at the same time.

Extremely hot in the room upon arrival Terrible beds and pillows/unequal number provided and quality. If you have back issues or anything like that. You will not be able to sleep and when you do youll wake up hurting even more.

Not recommend. The bed is stained but we’re tired and only staying for one night so didn’t change room. I left my iPad in the room and call a few hours after I check out. The staff told me that the housekeeping staff left and ask me to call tmr. I call again the next day, they told me they didn’t find anything and hang up on me before I could say anything. I check the location of my iPad using FindMy and IT WAS AT THE HOTEL, so I continue calling. I ask to speak to the manager on the phone, the guy told me there’s nothing they can do, hang up my call and did not pick any of my call after that. I had to drive to the hotel, ask to talk to the manager, and when the manager return the iPad to me he told me “be careful with it”. Terrible service. Terrible condition.

This place was a dump. They placed us on a floor that was having construction done. It was a mess. We only needed to stay for 2 nights due to moving out of state and upon arrival the hotel.com booking didn't communicate properly with their system. They charged me double for a room I had already paid for. The next morning we stepped out and came back to all of our belongings removed from the rooms and when staff was addressed about it. The goblin at the front desk was very unprofessional, rude and should not be the face of customer service. We had asked for our belongings where she led us to a closet where our food and stuff was on the floor. I said how does anyone operate a hotel like this she proceeded to say that she has bills to pay and no one asked for us to be there... Well that'll be the last time we make that mistake that's for sure.

I was told upon check-in that there woukd be a $50 deposit and that upon check out it would be refunded. Then upon checking out, differnt staff, i was told they would not refund until room was checked by housekeeping. Ive never encountered thus tyoe of policy as the CC on file would cover any issues. I had to go back to room and document just in case as this seems to be suspect.

I didn't like a lot of things, first go in the person that was on the fron desk took a while to attend, second getting in a smelling room and terrible rugs with a lot of stains everything needs to be updated. The only good thing is near shopping and other options

Other than the sheets were clean, this is a dirty hotel. White walls...black filth, chairs stained, bed skirts stained, toilet stained. it appears that they cater to weekly/monthly stays, (it would seem that for this reason there is no breakfast provided) Be careful when booking because smoking rooms are available and if this is a problem you could very well get booked into one

Entire hotel smelled of smoke. Bedspread had burn holes. Bugs crawling in hallways and found in room. No breakfast and coffee machine was not working during our stay. Convenient location - but will not stay at this hotel again.
