Closest off-site hotel to the casinos. We went on New Years and they offered a shuttle until 3 am. The hotel was clean and well organized with 2 elevators for efficiency. A breakfast included in the A.M.

Check in staff friendly. But check out staff very unfriendly. Had peeling paint in window sill, rust on door knobs in room, had mold and mildew, calcium build up in bathroom. No hand soap and no body wash in bathroom. Kleenex box was empty. This property needs a major overhaul. This was just a 1 night stay and I won’t stay again.

Chose to stay at this property after leaving another property due to the lack of cleanliness. The room I stayed in at this hotel was much better than the one I left, but this could also use some attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. The lamps were a bit dusty age hard water stains on the shower head and faucet. There was something that spilled on the side of the night stand that had dried and not been cleaned. There was also some wear and tear in the bathroom. But I'd take that over the mold, mildew, and rust that was in the previous hotel I checked in to before coming here.

Excellent and friendly staff, free shuttle services to and from casino area, cookies available to guests, and pet friendly. Rooms well appointed, fridge, microwave, comfy bed, tv, lots of room. Located across from numerous shopping locations. Only complaint was bathroom was filthy, tub dirty, excessive soap and who knows what else around floor of bathroom.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the room we had been placed in. It was very evident that it had not been thoroughly cleaned as we found evidence of unclean bed. Linens and personal toiletries had been left in the bathroom by a previous patron. When we brought this to the attention of the clerk at the front desk, she promptly placed us more adequate room, and we were very grateful for her kindness and professionalism. The breakfast the following morning was very tasty and set up in a very nice presentation. For a hotel that accepts visitors with animals, I found it to be quite clean which was nice.

Pictures on hotels.com weren’t even of the same property. Booked a room thinking it was extremely nice only to find sticky residue and other gross stuff all over the headboard of the bed, dust and dirt covering the box spring, nightstand, baseboards, cobwebs EVERYWHERE, someone else’s hair in the bathtub, mildew smell. Microwave was greasy on the outside and disgusting to touch. Toilet was hard to push the handle down just to flush. Was woken up at 2 am to numerous loud banging noises outside my door. Asked for late check out because I needed to work from my room until my doctors appointment and the cleaners walked right on in before the normal check out time. Staff seemed annoyed to have any guests at all. Honestly disappointed in both hotels.com for the false advertising of the room I was booking and the hotel for not even bothering to clean that room for new guests.

Staff and lobby was fantastic. Breakfast was hot and good. Unfortunately, the room was not at all nice enough to be considered a suite. Trim missing for fire sprinklers, floor uneven, hot water was barely warm. No usb outlets anywhere to plug in a phone cord. Small pillows, they were the size of a throw pillow. Air conditioner runs at all times even when on auto.

The rooms are very dated. Our first room had issued with the bathroom and sofa but we ended up leaving it because it was right next to an electrical room that made the entire bed vibrate. I had to leave and sleep elsewhere. The staff moved us to another room, which was a different room type. Much better but still very dated and in need of a renovation.

Our room was next to the freeway. Our window had 3 bullet holes in it. The hotel isn’t brand new, but the beds are comfortable & staff at front was very friendly. We never made it to breakfast. It closed at 9:30 am.

Hotel did not have the room i reserved 11 days in advance. Claimed it was due to overbooking via 3rd party. Offered me a room that was not satisfactory compared to the room i reserved. Upon informing the front desk that the room they tried to switch me to was unacceptable, i was told its either that or no stay there and no refund. I contacted expedia to help mitigate the situation. The front desk gave a different story to them. This time i was unable to have the room due to an incident with a previous guest. Upon speeking with the cleaning staff, i learned that a baseball team from out of town booked all the rooms. Im not sure what to believe at this point. And due to them not having my reserved room available for me to stay in, i checked out a day early to get a different hotel with a more accommodating room. I was informed i would not be refunded the 2nd night of my stay as i "accepted their offer of a replacement room", however, there was no paperwork signed and i never approved the roo. Switch. The night shift front desk clerk was very rude and unwilling to work with me. She then proceeded to tell a different story to expedia about the rooms being unavailable, so im not sure who got lied to. I will never be staying with this hotel again. The poor management of reservations and blatent lies from the front desk are beyond unacceptable. They have left me no choice but to contact my bank to dispute charges for this trip. I would leave zero stars if it was an option.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. I had only two issues. The room I stayed in had a strong odor of recent construction or remodeling. Gave me a slight headache after being in the room for more than a few hours. The second issue was that there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. I had to wait 20 mins just to purchase a bottle of water from the sundry shop.

The beds were super comfortable and the AC was super cold ! On the bad side. I ordered a fold away bed on Expedia when I got there the person at the desk had no idea about it but she said she would bring it to me in an hour. She did not make it in an hour. Came back from dinner asked for it again didn’t bring it til about 5 am the next morning. Employees were yelling at each other in the lobby. They were dressed in jeans and t shirts as though they were at home. They just looked as though they had just woken up and looked messy. The morning we left there was noone at the counter all employees were in the lobby food area arguing with each other and eating. We wanted to say something about the roll away bed but had noone to tell we just left the room keys on the counter and left. It’s unfortunate because this hotel is very convenient for the casinos but not that great at customer service.

Property was nice and clean, but I was not satisfied with the staff at the checking desk, it was not safe when they miss handled the checking process, my room key was also given to another person! At 4:00 am they open my room, lucky that I have the door latch on! The person was trying to force it, then left, next morning I told the lady in charge and she told me that she already knew it! And it was a mistake from them! Why was very scared!!

The connivence to L’auberge casino was amazing. Right off the highway access. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. Couldn’t figure out the TV but, we we’re tired anyways. This is a hidden gem. It is easily accessible off I-210 and is near the casinos, shopping, and multiple restaurants. Parking is plentiful. A free shuttle is available to bring you to the casinos or anywhere in a 6 miles radius, which covers a significant area. While there are many options technically in walking distance, the traffic is really too heavy to safely cross traffic. If the shuttle isn’t available quickly enough, driving the area is fine. Check in was a breeze. The staff was nice. They don’t hang out at the front desk, but they are nearby and show up quickly. The lobby is beautiful and has space to hang out. Complimentary cookies are usually available near the desk. Breakfast is included and has something for everyone. The pool is small but well kept. The beds are comfortable. Even though the hotel is right off the interstate, the traffic sounds are minimal. We stayed twice recently. The entire property is clean. One bathroom needed some minor repairs to the tub and wall, but it wasn’t anything that affected our use of the room. We will return again and will gladly recommend this property to friends.

Filthy, Unsanitary and Completely Unacceptable This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I left after one night because the conditions were so filthy and unsanitary that I could not bring myself to stay another night. This was not simply an older hotel needing renovation. The property appeared severely neglected. There was excessive dust on furniture, lamps, curtains, blinds and surfaces; dirty carpets and floors; bugs in the room; stained and damaged furniture; deteriorating walls; rust and buildup in the bathroom; missing light bulbs; and a dirty window A/C unit and filter. The hotel was hot, smelled unpleasant, and common areas were poorly maintained. I even saw cigarette butts and debris left on the floor. I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the bed that I slept fully clothed, in socks and a sweatshirt, on top of the bedding. I would not eat the breakfast because I had serious concerns about the overall sanitation of the property. The staff tried to help, but these problems clearly went beyond what individual employees could fix. I have extensive photos and video documenting these conditions and have reported my experience to Hotels.com. I also intend to report the property to Wyndham and appropriate authorities. The Wyndham name creates an expectation of basic cleanliness and maintenance. What I experienced was completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.
