The hotel was close to the things we wanted to do. The beach was 6 minutes away, the casino was 13 minutes away not to far from the hotel. The hotel air was on you felt the cold air but it wasnt projecting around the room. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, the clock was making noise i had to unplug it. The key cards kept deactivating, breakfast time can be a lil longer it ends at 9 most hotels end at 10. You can not take a plate back to the room they charge $10.00 so everyone must go to breakfast if you dont want to be charged. The outside grass wasnt manicured. The house keepers was nice and friendly they did refreshed our towels. In the bathroom the stopper was on the side of the tub and the shower head was loose. We saw one water bug while in the room. The breakfast was okay but i didnt go back to breakfast the next day. The price of the room wasnt bad i guess the old saying u get what u pay for. If im ever in the area i would try another hotel. The bed was big n comfy the covers was light but do to the air wasnt projecting much the light covers worked out.

Book this hotel for six of my employees, and they all reported back to me stating that the place wasNot a clean place, they found roaches in all the rooms were in, everything is outdated, hot water stopped working and that one of their trucks got the hitch stolen in the parking lot. When you were employer, you always looking for the comfort and safety of your employees, and this place does not meet the expectations for any employees or family. Just don’t do it..

The food was sometimes cold and the pool is highly chlorinated so it dried out my kids skin and hair. Half way through our stay our hotel room bathroom was covered in ants in our clothes and on the toilet seat counters THEY WERE EVERYWHERE. And they wouldnt let us leave that room for another one but that morning 6am they finally gave us a new room and that same day they rented out the ant infested room

I'm not sure who was blazing up in a no smoking hotel, but the entire place reeked of it. Breakfast was a HUGE disappointment and certainly not up to BW standards. The eggs were cold to the touch (below room temperature) and the microwave in the dining area didn't work. As for the usual things considered the norm in most hotel breakfasts, no butter, no artificial sweetener, no yogurt or fruit. Do not stay here unless the price is $50 or under a night. I paid $120 plus for one night and I wish I would’ve slept in my car instead. They also took a $50 additional incidental fees, too, which didn’t make sense. The lady said it’s for damages. I should’ve known what I was in for. As soon as I opened the door to my room, it smelled like mold and room was damp. It was close to 1:00 am and I was too tired to ask for a room change. The sheet was stained with holes, and pillow and sheets were damp. It doesn’t look like they were washed. When I pulled the sheet to look under, there was hair under the sheet. I slept on top of my sheet and didn’t change. There were dusts and webs in the room. Saw a spider on the sink. One towel had some red dot stains. Walls looked nasty. I didn’t sleep well cause I thought I was going to get bit by bed bugs. After finally sleeping for 3 hours, I was out of there. I didn’t even shower. I felt nasty and dirty, but showering there was going to make me feel nastier with the stained towels. I wish I had the energy to leave right after I smelled that room. That was definitely the worse room stay I’ve ever been in.

Bathroom needs to be remodeled - shower curtain needs to be replaced. Paper towel hotel rusty. Replace bathtub faucet - very difficult to determine hot/cold. Needs Bleach spray cleaner for corners of tub. It's brown not white. All towels need to be replace. Very thin & not too white. Bed pillows very uncomfortable. I just recently stayed a night at this hotel. Please don’t waste your money, it’s a lot of hotels in this area to choose. The hotel is not in the best area. Broken down truck parked in the lot. Security was poor as hotel guest was leaving side door open to enter in and out near our room. The hotel room was outdated, rusty shower fixtures, low water pressure, door didn’t close properly, etc. You had to slam the door to get it to close. I have stayed at Best Western Inn’s before and this one didn’t cut it. You get what you pay for, so please don’t waste your money. The staff were friendly and helpful.
