No breakfast amenities Staff with stuffy and unable to answer any questions they were not very pleasant We had a family dispute in the room next to us at 10 o’clock at night until midnight Huge large pick up truck parked next to you. There’s only one way in and one way out so you have to back out of your spot. The rooms are not what they are talked about on the Internet It’s overall poor time we had there

We stayed in one of the cottages. It was convenient for access to tourist spots in Monterey. No frills whatsoever but it was clean. The kitchen in the cottage was very convenient for my family and had basic utensils, toaster, etc. A few things could use a bit of maintenance such as a wiggly faucet and loose handle in the shower, and paint touch-ups all over but everything functioned. Also both bedrooms were, oddly, missing bedside lamps, which was annoying at night. Overall pretty good and we would stay again.

It’s a fine place to stay for the price. The front desk staff wasn’t super friendly or helpful. The ice machine broke the first night we were there.
