The hotel was clean and had nice finishes, the only real problem I had was the swimming pool and hot tub, the pool was cold and the hot tub was only at 80 and the controls to turn on the hot tub weren’t working.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location. The water in the tub drained slowly. Standing water. The toilet did not flush properly. I used their iron and it was broke. Water spilled out of it on to my clothes. Went to the pool and it was dirty. Kinda green. I would not stay here again

The free breakfast was great! The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were in a separate building that was too cold inside, and the hot tub wasn’t hot. It was only 95 degrees, and no way to turn it up. The water in it was foamy and needed maintenance, quite a turn-off.

Chose hotel for area & room with 2 beds plus couch b/c I was traveling with my adult daughter & hate rooms with no place to sit other than bed(s). Checked in at 16:00 and was quickly provided a room matching the description booked. The pool/hot tub (indoor) were functional and open, though they smelled over-chlorinated and the access door had a trick the desk clerk had to show us (which she did cheerfully & promptly). Room was clean & beds comfortable. Blackout blinds sufficient to keep the room dark enough. My small complaints are that the room backed up to the guest laundry with some noise from the machines running, though it was plenty quiet at bedtime. Also in-room coffee is one of those single-serve machines with the disposable plastic "boats" holding filter-packs of coffee. Those are terrible for tea & if you want just hot water it splatters everywhere. Not easy to use your own coffee. Much rather see a small drip carafe machine or a K-cup compatible. Breakfast was okay. The bacon wasn't crisp and was in a tangled snarl, the egg texture was slightly odd, & they could have offered some shredded cheese. But it wasn't bad food & got me fed and on the road quickly. The breakfast room did seem a bit small for demand on a Saturday morning, especially given signage asking guests not to take food back to the rooms. Parking JUST sufficient for Friday night occupancy.There are many restaurants around, a gas station convenience store across the road, and easy access to highways.

Great property, especially at this price point. Ample parking, room for an RV. The staff was nice.

Breakfast was great! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything in the room was nice, only thing I noticed was the equipment in the fitness center was broke down.

Room was fine...but the fitness area was HORRIBLE...the treadmill is an accident waiting to happen, the TV didnt work and the so called weight machine was a joke...wont be staying there again for that reason

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for grandchildren. The unattached pool room was NOT heated at all, therefore the water was so cold the babies lips turned purple!! An upgrade to the facilities is certainly necessary. We will not be staying there again. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the standard fair, blueberry waffles were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful

No room service and saw a roach in the shower. Chlorine in the pool area was unbearable.

Went to go swimming and the hot tub was dirty but the pool was clean

One large German cockroach came crawling across my son’s bed. We killed it & called to ask the front desk if they had some spray we could use. The man said all their cans were empty but they had some gel. Not sure what good that would do. They did not offer to change the sheets, which did not appear clean to begin with. We looked and did not find any more bugs. The breakfast was bland, even for a hotel breakfast.

The shower curtain has lipstick stain and other stains. The pillows had mascara stains. The bedding on top was stained. The bed itself was terribly uncomfortable. The plumbing sounded terrible and very loud. The staff was very kind though for the check in process. Location of hotel was good for what we needed. Easy in and off freeway.

The stay was great. The sheets could have been changed because I do not like seeing other people hair on my pillow cases nor in the bathroom sink.

There was hair in the shower a pile of hair, not just a couple of strands. I didn’t say anything to the front clerk because she was the most helpful person of my stay. But the room smelled a bit as well and she gave me fresher to make it better.

Room was run down. Fridge still had food from previous occupants. Beds were saggy and run down also

The room was nice overall, we found a clump of hair in the toilet. Which was gross, and a pubic hair on the counter. The 4th floor hallway was set to 79° which was HOT. Breakfast was good! LOVED the waffle maker! Coffee was good. Parking was good, 24 hout fitness across the street big win! The hotel gym was not that great ubless you like cardio only. The surrounding area was decent, didnt feel sketchy. We would stay here again.

The first night I was there and I had my reservation for a king bed and a big tub. When I got to check in they told me they used all the king beds and we were stuck using a handicap room. When we booked 4 or more months ahead. When we got to the room the mildew smell was so bad I was nauseous and had to leave the room because they left wet bedding and never turned on any air. I have asthma and I could hardly breathe. The internet didn’t work at all. We bought our own so it would work for the weekend. We couldn’t use the shower because a lot was broken and we couldn’t use the bathroom after taking a shower because the whole floor is just a big drain since it’s a handicap room. There was stains on the sheets. The worst of all was there was the roaches everywhere. We couldn’t even keep left overs in the fridge because the nasty bugs out of it. I will never stay at your hotel again. It was disgusting and nothing worked. There was no breakfast like they said was included. The kitchen area where you sit and eat was closed down for the ENTIRE time we stayed in there. The hotel staff didn’t try to fix any of these problems. And one of the hotel staff workers was beyond rude and acted like I was being dramatic. I will be calling for a refund. Worst experience of my life. I’ve stayed in motels better than this piece of work.

The check in was good, the air conditioning system sucks it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep after a six hour drive there. But it was very convenient for where we were going.

It was a nice room clean with a comfortable bed. Had a nice indoor pool with a hot tub. We did not use the breakfast buffet so can not leave a comment on that. The refrigerator in the room had a noisy rattle but otherwise it worked fine. I would stay again

The room was nice and clean and quite spacious. (2 queen suite) however, our toilet didn’t really flush and the shower took forever to drain. Swimming pool was nice and clean. However, the hot tub was disgustingly filthy. We did not like having to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Neighborhood was nice, however, there was oddly a significant amount of birds everywhere.

Bed was terrible to sleep in.

Quiet room. Plenty of space. Charging of devices was easy with plenty of outlets near bed.

Very nice place for the price. The staff was very polite and helpful. The place was very clean and the included breakfast was good with many options. The only problem was trying to stream on the TV. The internet was too weak to allow me to stream the Thursday night game on the TV, but I was able to stream it on my laptop.

The following items I felt were troublesome: - Logging on the wifi required me bring my laptop to the front desk to get logged on. Each time I would logoff it would not auto connect. -I requested clean towels and the dumping of trash but required a trip to the front desk to exchange towels and dump trash.I had been out of the room the entire day and the towels and trah were not exchanged. However, front desk staff provided towels and a place to dump trash.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small for a room that sleeps 6. We found customer service could have been taken a step further. For example the chain’s system would not allow me to use my either of my 2 debit cards for the $200 incidental hold. They worked for the $20 additional fee I was charged for my 16 year old (hotels.com counted her as a minor…comfort did not)Then we called that we would be arriving late and we still walked into a room that’s temperature was 85 degrees. The AC could have been turned on sometime before our 1:30 AM arrival. Like I said the room was clean and staff was kind, I think as a chain there’s some improvements that could be made.

Overall a good stay. Stayed one night and no issues. The rooms AC unit worked well, but was a little noisy. It wasn’t terrible, just noticeable. Equipment was new and room was clean. I personally liked the ceiling fans for air circulation. Would stay again next time.

The staff was great, helped out if we needed anything for the most part! Breakfast was ok but it was the same both days! Was hoping for something different the second day! We booked in advance 2 rooms for our family and when my family got there way before me they didn't let wm check in until I showed up! The room that we were staying in was way smaller than were accustomed to staying in but we dealt with that! And at the time we arrived we were just grateful to have a place to sleep! But the room didn't have any mirrors at all! Only in the restroom! And with a family of 6, sharing a restroom with the only mirror is terrible! The floor next to the a/c unit was soaked because the a/c unit was leaking in the room and on to the floor! Beds and pillows were simple! And the water when showering never went down! So i felt like my feet never actually got clean! I don't loke when you get to a hotel and the halls and lobby is warm! But the indoor pool room is freezing cold!

We stayed 5 days at the Comfort Inn on Old Denton Rd in Ft Worth, daytime staff were great, front desk clerk threatened to kick us out because we were upset that our keys did not work. My husband went to get them reprogrammed and was told he couldn’t because the reservation was in my name…I then had to go and show ID , Credit Card , it was late, I was tired and told her I was not happy , she then told me we would have to leave ! We are seniors, we were there to sleep and were gone all day every day, not much to deal with really. Had she just said she was sorry to inconvenience us I would have appreciated it, instead we were treated like criminals trying to break into a room. There was only one cleaning service in 5 days, overhead fan did not work, bathtub plug was broken, room was ok otherwise. Breakfast was good. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn after the way the clerk treated us…imagine being told to get out at 9pm after having paid for the room , because we were upset at being locked out of our room???

This Comfort Inn is always quick with check in and has very helpful staff. Property is always clean and quiet.

Everything was good until check out. Upon check in was charged $200 deposit along with charge for stay. Checking out and waiting for $200 deposit was told that the face towels had make up on them, which probably came from washing face in shower, but I would be charged $50 so I could only get $150. Who does that? Is bleach not used on white towels doing laundry? My worse experience at a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s not much front parking but enough in the back. The location was awesome with plenty of dining options around. Check in and out was a breeze. I would stay again.

Took forever to check in. Was not told they would be putting a $200 hold on my credit card that would be there for 7 days. This should be disclosed especially when people are traveling.

Girl who checked us in was so rude and unprofessional. Tried to hand me back my card and I.D when I simply asked a question. The room sheets are filthy and stained. They had another persons hair all in them and old food crumbs like the sheets were never washed. The pool area was dirty and tons of film and hair floating in the water. We are from 3 hours away. I won’t book here again. Very disappointing for my family.

There was no staff to check us in at 6 pm. Had to come back at 6:45. Then they weren't particularly friendly. Staff next morning was good.

Only 13 min drive to Stockyards. Conveniently located off highway. Great staff. Huge comfy clean room! Mattress pillow and bedding super cozy. Everyone super helpful and friendly and yummy breakfast - make yourself a Texas shape waffle!! Highly recommend!!! Safe clean convenient and friendly!! 5 stars!!

A safe and quiet hotel located in a very convenient location with easy access to main freeway. It's surrounded with several restaurants and cafes with more food choices within a walkable distance. Front desk and other hotel employees are nice and polite. Breakfast is not super but quite ok with the low cost hotel price you paid for. Room is clean, AC working well, the faucet in the shower is a little off but still working fine. I came to DFW downtown to attend a convention, with a rental car, this hotel is a great choice only 10 minutes drive away. Overall very satisfied with Comfort Inn & Suites. Would recommend it to everyone.

It was an amazing 5 night stay! The front desk ladies were so GREAT and helpful! The full breakfast every morning was really good. Indoor pool and hot tub well maintained. Very centrally located. Not far from the Stockyards. Very close to a movie theater, many restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 2 nights and it was a good stay. The breakfast was ok, it ran out of some items on a Thursday morning but it was decent. Of course it had the favorite Texas shaped waffle. We stayed in a king size bed room. The sheets/bed and room were clean to my liking.

Common areas were clean but the room was 1/2 clean and 1/2 decorated. There were picture hangers with no pictures. The breakfast was a single, unavailable, waffle maker and sausage. Get another waffle maker.

Very friendly staff. Hospitable and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight as was the indoor pool.

Beds were comfortable, room clean. Breakfast was actually decent. Only problem was you could smell someone smoking pot. Which smell our room.

Nice quiet stay while vacationing around the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Rooms were clean and all the necessities were there. Breakfast was good and available.
