The room wasn't clean. The dishes were all dirty in the cabinets, the iron and ironing board were stained, the shower head was blocked (no water could run through it) and we needed to wait for maintenance to replace as they have hard water, the TV remotes were barely operational, and the room wasn't fully stocked. The furniture in the room and around the hotel was in disrepair and the gym TVs didn't work.

We were able to get early access allowing us to dress for a nearby wedding without rushing. The digital key was a very nice convenience. Hotel staff were polite friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, spacious, and had nice amenities (pool, conference areas, fitness room, etc.)

The hotel was a decent place but it wasn't maintained. The pool was water was dirty and there was a weird smell on the first floor. The TV in my room didn't work properly. We didn't receive maid service for three days. The breakfast was gross, they served sour tasting eggs. And I wasn't able to use my Hilton Honors card because the Internet was in and out. On top of that the elevator was broken and I had to carry my luggage three floors. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

We had room 130 an end room. It was noisy due to a basketball court outside our windows and people going in and out the external door. The bathroom was dirty especially in the corners at the edge of the floors.

We needed a pet friendly property. The fee was $75 per stay. We were on the first floor just around the corner from the exit, so it was easy to go in and out. The room was spacious with a very nice mini kitchen, a king sized bed, and a roomy shower. It wasn't fancy, and the breakfast options were what you would expect, but the front desk clerk was very helpful when we had some wi-fi confusion. For a night or two, it is a good option.

We got to the second floor and as soon as you get off the elevator it smells like bo and it’s warm. When we got into our room it was also warm and there was hair all over the sheets with some stains and more hair in the shower. The basket ball courts were outside our window and people were playing past 11pm making a lot of noise. Breakfast was good, but don’t think we will return to stay.

Almost perfect. We had a 2 bedrooms unit. The heater didnt work in one of the rooms... and randomly blew cold air... even if set to 'off'. So we ran the heater in the front room and left door open. It worked. Pool is great. Beds are great. TV is great. Breakfast is great. Parking is great.

When we checked in we were told that the room would be made up daily. This did not happen. TV, coffee maker, in room did not work. Pool was dirty. Food crumbs in bed. Breakfast was not restocked when eggs were empty. Hallway on second floor smelled like skunk.

Our room was not cleaned properly. There was a used towel still hanging in the shower. Kitchenette amenities were not replaced. All of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles were empty. And when the maintenance person came to replace them, he put on 2 conditioners and no shampoo, so I had to call front desk again. When I checked in, I was told water bottles should be in the room already (for being Hilton Diamond member) but they weren't. The property itself seems newer and well maintained though.

The front desk clerk who checked me in and at the end of my stay (Isaiah) was so courteous and just an absolutely pleasant young man with an awesome personality! He represents the hotel very well! My overall was pretty good… Did however have an issue with the shower getting too hot and not keeping the temperature which needs to addressed right away! Also dirty dishes was left in the dishwasher… Despite those few issues, I would definitely stay there again. The location is very convenient and my room was comfortable overall.

Front desk was not the greatest experience, took a while to get checked in and was not greeted at all. While waiting for the front desk to stop having a good time to check us in, my wife wandered around to the breakfast area while chasing our 2 year old who had gotten very impatient with the wait. The breakfast area was very dirty around 7pm at night so we will not be eating free breakfast either. When we got up to our room there was trash behind the bed, room was not clean, toilet had brown stain in it, bed sheets where stained and full of hair. Over all, I would not stay here again and regret paying what I did when I could have gotten the same result at a cheap motel.

I booked tgis property last minute for an event i was going to in the area and im so glad that I did. I booked the two bed and bath suite and it literally blew my mind. It was like I was in a mini apartment. Everything was clean and organized. The hotel is a little dated with the wallpaper and decor but other than that the room was perfect. It didn't have an old smell to it and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I'll definitely be staying at this property again.

We visited Allentown from York, PA and thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a couple of days following a concert we took in. The room was clean and thoughtfully laid out. We especially enjoyed the mini kitchen and extra space, as we had booked a King Suite. The only downside I can mention, is the TV only had regular cable. Not a deal breaker… but we Love our Premium channel selections, easily accessed through our account via Smart Tv. Nevertheless, it was enjoyable!

The custodial service over the Thanksgiving Holiday was not good. Our room wasn't cleaned a single day during our 4-night stay. Requests at the front counter as we left the building each day yielded no response. We had to take our used towels and washcloths to the front desk and exchange them, While we didn't cook during our stay, the pots provided were burned terribly and we wouldn't have wanted to eat out of any of them. The proximity to Hwy 100 yielded lots of tractor-trailer noise from the nearby industrial park.

Property and facilities were fine though some areas of the room were somewhat dated such as the ceiling fan which also did not have a pull chain where you could leave the fan on and light off. Also, the wrong room number was written on our card key holder so when we opened the room originally, someone else's belongings were in there. Luckily the person staying in the room was not. This could make for a dangerous situation, especially if the person staying in the room were there and had a gun thinking someone was breaking into his room.

This hotel was reasonably priced which is the best thing I can say about it. We had a horrible check in experience; they claimed they didn’t have a reservation on file even though we received confirmation from hotels.com multiple times. It took a total of two hours to get this resolved. Then, the room they sent us to was not the type of room we had reserved. The room we had was small and dark. Breakfast was sub par.

Area around the property was industrial. A few miles up the road was dining and shopping. Housekeeping was every other day for long stays, that work out ok. The rooms were clean, but dated.... Overall was good, I would stay again if in the area. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.
