The whirlpool was down and undergoing maintenance, which was a bummer after driving 500 miles, but the overall all experience was top notch. The room was quite spacious compared to some hotels. We were little worried about having to squeeze our family of 5, plus a fur baby, into one room, but there was plenty of space for us, and it's nice and clean. We felt very comfortable.

The staff left the kitchen door open, so banging pot and pans were heard every morning. Left the maid service a tip every morning. Day before I left never was attended to. Mentioned it to the front desk and got quizzed as to when I left, etc. Never attended to. Shower had mold in it and the toilet seat had cracks in it. Mentioned it to the front desk, nothing was done. Better choices out there.

Was very impressed with the hotel and staff. The property is not brand new, but well maintained, clean, and quiet. Though there were many young families there with kids, could not hear them in the evening or night. Would give it a nine out of ten. Good property for the price. Highly recommend.

The hotel was nice. The room was mostly remodeled. They went cheap in some areas of the remodel which were obvious. The walls were very thin. We could hear everything. Our room was near an exit and it was very loud every time someone went through the door. Avoid a room on the first floor.

Whoever remodeled room put bed on wall sideways to TV and couch facing TV. TV on flat bracket made viewing from bed a challenge. Room was very nice. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and a very comfortable nights sleep. The bath products provided were label as paraben and sulfate free.I didn’t use the pool or gym available due to my late arrival and one night stay. I did however enjoy making myself fresh waffles for breakfast the next morning which a staff member was continually monitoring clean and restocking if needed. Definitely would stay here again and makes me look for Hilton facilities for additional hotel needs.
