We reserved this hotel to be able to have a pool to use but couldn't use cause the pool was green and never was cleared up before we checked out. Not happy sitting in a room for two days with nothing to do but watch TV that had no instructions on how to select channel you would like to watch

Disappointing that the pool was not operational and this information was not provided before stay. Elevator was not operational. Ceiling tiles in the hotel and room shows water issue. The only redeeming value to the property was how pleasant and helpful the staff members were. The owner is lucky to have them but needs to care and stay on top of the property.

No pet policy is the reason we ALWAYS try to find a Holiday Inn Express. We travel a lot and we are very allergic to animals. Most hotels let animals in the rooms, so we refuse to stay in those places. Holiday Inn Express has cleaner and better-smelling rooms because they do not allow animals (except service animals) in their hotels. If you want a cleaner hotel, make sure you stay at Holiday Inn Express.
