Absolutely loved our stay at Canvas by Mitsis Cretan Village. The hotel has a beautiful setting, a relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout our visit. One of the highlights was that we were upgraded to Laguna at no extra cost, which was a really nice surprise and made our stay even more special. Everything felt well organized, the service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Crete.

It was an excellent and relaxing stay, my top were probably food (huge variety of vegetarian dishes, every day something new and different, excellent à la carte restaurants and food by the beach during the day) The staff deserves a huge applause for their top hospitality friendliness and attitude. Very comfortable room and beautiful surroundings, in my opinion better than the neighboring resorts. Overall very comfortable stay. If I have to say something negative it’s maybe that I’d love it to be an adult only hotel since kids were running everywhere, so definitely more family friendly than a relaxing couple stay, but you cannot satisfy everyone :) anyway I’d definitely come back
