I was a little disappointed because it took so long for me to get checked into room , not so much because of the check in staff but because of marketing people trying to make sells for 90 min property visits, this went on for 2 days until I finally had to be firm about No! Then my card was billed twice for this trip , resort billed me without checking that I already had paid! 200 dollars coupons very deceptive, couldn’t use them on anything of value!

Nice hotel, the amenities are excellent, the pool nice and huge. The beach is awesome if you dont’t mind the crowd coming by boats to the nearby pier or outsiders since the beach is public it tends to be super crowded. The other drawback, is the mutation of the “all inclusive” concept, yes you get unlimited alcohol but of the cheapest type, they are understaffed so wherever retaurant you chose , there is a queue, waiting time while tables are empty and available. Last, in one of the restaurants there was 30 min waiting time , UNLESS you buy a bottle of wine then the table is available immediately… In summary, nice place to be but without the” all inclusive “ options if possible ! It is a waste of money ! The breakfast buffet was great !

We really liked the staff! They were truly the highlight of our trip. The staff was extremely helpful! Housekeeping cleaned our room daily. Everyone always had a smile on their faces and was willing to help. This is also a more “party” resort. So if that’s the vibe you’re looking for, this is the place. Our complaints: - The food was not very good. It was okay and very bland. The best food was at the French Restaurant and The Nook’s pastries were 10/10! - The pool was over crowded and so was the rooftop. We barely spent time in the pool because there was no space. - The romantic dinner was not worth $250. It’s not in an intimate area but on the rooftop where everyone has access to. There were people in the pool, groups coming up to take pictures, etc. all happening during our $250 dinner. The food also took a while before it got to us and the only seasoned food on the plate was the shrimp. - The $200 credit was not explained to us until checkout and it resulted in us having to pay $200! You cannot use the $200 at one place. $40 towards the spa, $60 towards the romantic dinner, and $10 towards a bottle of wine. You also have to ask for the coupon booklet upon check in, it’s not offered nor mentioned. Aside from that, our trip was fine. We enjoyed our time together (mostly in the room watching movies), but the room service was nice!
