Okay so firstly there aren’t many hotels that have basically townhomes available so space wise this is a gem. However space is really the only thing this hotel has going for it. Our 3 bed room came on two floors, makes sense space wise. But no elevators so if you have a wheelchair or are unable to walk upstairs this is not the place for you. As soon as we walked in the smell of weed hit. Honestly I get it, it’s a hotel but then we saw the stains on the carpet and burn holes on the PLASTIC couch. Wow that was uncomfortable. The living room had a tv, along with one in the room with the 2 full beds, and the king upstairs, but NO REMOTES. Front desk was able to provide me with one remote, no big deal. After an outing we came back and my goodness the weed smell was now stronger than ever. I called about it, not really much help there. My assumption is the neighbor downstairs or next door smoked in the bathroom and the vent came right up to our room. Our third morning we were greeted with with the smoke alarm going off, without a reason. Nobody was using any appliances. It went off for about a minutes before stopping on its own. I called the front desk and the stated “maintenance isn’t here on Saturday. The manager is home.” I asked them to have the manager to call me. Ofcourse no such call came through. There is no turndown service, I get it, it’s not that kind of hotel. Trash wise, you have to take it over to the dumpster on your own. I do not recommend

The room was a lot more than I expected. The king bed was comfortable, the bedroom and bath linens were fresh and clean. The fireplace was a cozy bonus, and it was easy to turn on. The kitchen was easy to use and spacious. I enjoyed my stay, although I do wish that the pool was repaired and open.

The Property is in serious need of refurbishment. I booked months ago, looked ok based on the images used. However on arrival it was a different story,we waited ages before anyone arrived at the desk to check us in. The stairs to the room were rotten, timbers needed replaced and painted. The room was not well equipped no glasses, cutlery, plates. No kettle to boil water. Cleanliness was another issue, windows dirty. Kitchen not clean either. Room had very bad smell. Door onto balcony lock was broken so could not be secured. Had to ask for towels a number of times and had to wait each time for ages at reception for anyone to turn up. Only two pillows on bed asked for another, after swearing male member of staff handed me a plastic bag with a pillow inside, no pillow cover. His attitude was awful, you do not swear at customers. Bins in grounds not emptied, watched raccoons pull food from bins. Swimming pool was out of use and looked like it had been for a long time, very disappointing in the middle of summer Would not recommend this property.

The room was nice but the rest of the services were not as advertised. We stayed the end of June and there was no water in the pool, there was no breakfast as advertised in the photos, there was coffee in the room and lobby but no coffee pots to brew it. This was just an overnight stay on our way to our destination so it served its purpose but with children we prefer a stay with a pool.

We specifically wanted an extended stay unit and access to a pool. Pool was empty of water and no hot tub available for use. There were four of us parents and adult chilren celebrating a college graduation. There were not enough forks, spoons, plates, glasses, cups or bowls for meals. The kitchen and living room/ bedroom area was attractive. The carpeting was quite stained and the bathroom was quite dated. Next time i’ll book a better extended stay.

The property is run down. We stayed here last year and the hot tub was broken. Still broken. Washing machines did not work. The staff was helpful in getting my laundry done however. They stopped serving breakfast like last year with new owners. The internet was horrible. We cut out stay short because of that.

Good value for the money. I would return but it is not without its faults. The good: Staff was friendly. It had a pool , and a mini play area for basketball and volleyball. Rooms were acceptably clean and there was a gas fireplace which was kind of cool/would be great in winter or even for those who wanted something more romantic, and the kitchen area was useful. The bad: Staff was there only from 8 am to 11 pm, there was not always coffee first thing in the morning, the pool had some annoyance with insects, sports equipment that was provided for free was not always there. The ugly: Not much. The bathtub/toilet area is tiny and the bathtub could use a grab bar for wheelchair/aged guests. Overall: Seriously, it is good value for your money. You get a large spacious room, a kitchenette, access to an outdoor pool, and the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, shops and places to buy groceries. The place is not perfect but good value. I'd go back at the price.

When we first arrived there were no blankets and only 2 towels. No wash cloths for a family of 6. House keeping didn’t come in the entire 4 day stay so we had to go to the front desk to ask for basic materials like toilet paper. The rooms are updated but the closet doors in ours were broken and the tub was caulked to hole the tub handle on. Which isn’t secure so it kept falling out if it got bumped. The room was not swept and the bathroom had dead bugs and hair in it when we got there. I went in with a disinfectant before letting my kids shower. The one time we went to the pool there were a few unruly loud kids in it that made it difficult for our family to enjoy it.

Terrible experience! We are not high-maintenance people and never changed a room but this hotel room smelled awful like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. We found dirt and hair in the bathroom/sink. The linens looked suspecious. We arrived at night planning to stay 4 nights but left the hotel first thing in the morning. The staff were not very helpful despite offering to change the room but we did not trust the hotel anymore after chatting with them. When we asked for a refund for the rest of the duration, they refused and didn't even offer partial refund any kind of compensation. Definitely would not recommend staying there!

The property was like putting lipstick on a pig. Some updates to countertops and furniture, but the carpet was shot and full of stains. Additionally there were holes in the closet door as well as in the shower ceiling on the lower level bathroom. No toilet paper holder and we found things that weren’t cleaned like a half drank Coke in the fridge. There was also a strong horrible smell as soon as we entered the unit that smelt like a mix between smoke and mildew. We were so tired from traveling that we bought fabreeze air freshener spray to deal with it for our one night there. We left early before the sun rose to get out of there. Not sure why there was a $250 deposit hold for a place like this. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

We booked this last minute when we needed another night closer to home, but couldn’t get all the way home. It was so nice to have a full kitchen space and a living room area separate from the beds. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be renting another! Great price for a small ‘apartment style’. I’ll be looking for similar in the future!

The room was excellent and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the fireplace on such a cold night. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the noise from the people upstairs, they had a dog running around all night. The staff at the front desk were friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall this was a very good stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was a plus. although we kept hearing a beep coming from somewhere and couldn't find it until check the dishwasher and had to reset it to stop the noise. We also comeback from and event downtown and could smell gas when we walking in the room. We told the person upfront about it and they said they would send Maintenance but they never arrived. Other than that very good stay. Not to far from Stadium, Downtown and close to crooker park!

We booked a King loft suite a year ago at a very reasonable rate for my husband and I and our 3 college student sons to stay before and after the eclipse. Unfortunately, the property had sustained a fire since we booked which limited the availability of the loft suites, so they were able to upgrade us to 2 king suites. We had a nice and quiet stay and slept very well in the king bed. We loved having the kitchenette to eat our delivery meals and save our leftovers. It was a nice space to play cards at the table. We also enjoyed the fireplace to make things extra warm and cozy. Sonesta ES Suites is the way to go if you're in this area. Restaurants and shopping are minutes away.

Took hours to get checked in (I mean that literally), after check in I realized they gave us the wrong kind of rooms. Finally got to the first room (we had 7 reserved) and it had a VERY obvious gad leak. Attempted to call the front desk 6 times then went down to beat on the locked door of the lobby. No one ever came.Had to stick a bunch of people in one room becasue no one was there to get us a new room. Then had to end up calling the police for a noise complaint due to screaming teenagers outside. And this all happened AFTER 1am since it took so long to check in. On a bright note the police department has an extremely fast turn aroumd time. Worst stay I've ever had.

While my home was undergoing renovations, I booked four nights at this cozy suite for my family. The two queen was spacious and had a kitchen that was very important. Our home was not ready after four days so we needed to extend our stay. Realizing there were no rooms available was very troubling. However, Lisa was very determined to help us with our situation and was able to extend us three more nights in the same suite. Throughout our stay we notice Lisa working around the clock at the front desk, pool area, laundry; everywhere. There was even a time she put on a security hat and bounce someone in order to protect her other guest 👮... At one point returning from dinner we witnessed Lisa assisting a guest that recently had surgery; from the vehicle into their suite. Now that is great customer service worth mentioning. The staff was very kind to my children and helpful as well but definitely want to recognize Lisa for going above and beyond. I do recommend this for a stay in a situation similar to mine. And encourage all guest to be considerate and turn in the towels...

Stayed here as a stop over on our way to Buffalo. Location was great (off the highway and close to eating options). Room was large and although it was a suite, it didn’t have any cups for the in room coffee maker (or any cups, plates, etc). Door was difficult to open and another guest said it was because it was “kicked in” by someone (which was unsettling). We eventually got in the room and it locked ok. Would stay again because of the location.

It was very clean. Everything was in good working order. The wooden stairs were showing a lot of deterioration. The soap dispensers were nearly empty and there was no extra toilet paper in the room and no paper towels. Kitchen silverware had one fork and three knives but everything else was well stocked. No coffee maker. Good location and quite. Would stay here again except we would inspect the room for lacking items before they close up for the night.

We booked our room through Expedia. Don’t fall for the same trap if prompted to pay additional fees for breakfast. We did, only to find out the hotel hasn’t offered breakfast since 2019. Our stay at the hotel otherwise was fine. The room was clean, but showed its age. There were pet stains in a few places on the carpet and some big splash stains on the curtains. For the price, we weren’t expecting a five star hotel so it was just fine and convenient for what we were doing in Cleveland.

The accomodations were fine, but, we were told we would have a hot breakfast and there was nothing. The reviews said the breakfast was good and it still says so on their site. They said the inn was under new ownership and price reductions had been given. We prepaid for our room at the time of the reservation and have seen no credit back to our card. Based on these circumstances, we would not return to this facility.

We've stayed at this hotel twice before. It's progressively gone down hill. Our first experience was great, our second visit was so-so, but during covid so we gave them another chance. This time it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. To start with their lobby is not staffed overnight from 11pm to 8am, but they have a quiet policy from 10pm to 7am. The guests seem to know this because it got rather noisy each night about 11pm (e.g. loud music outside, someone running sprints in the room above us, etc.). Then there was no toilet paper in our room and only 2 towels for a room that is supposed to sleep 4 (maybe 6 if you include the sofa bed). Also our bath tub was dirty, and the kitchen set up was lacking. It seemed that as things were lost or broken they didn't replace them or they replaced them cheaply - there were a few pieces of silverware and several pieces of plasticware in the drawer When I called to ask about the toilet paper, they asked me to come to the front desk to get it. I stopped by the next day for more towels and was asked to return the 2 that I already had so that they knew I wasn't stealing them... I objected since we actually had 6 people in our room. The front desk employee finally conceded that we could keep the towels when I informed her that we did indeed have 6 people in our room. I also want to mention that this hotel no longer serves breakfast. This was technically my fault for not checking, but I just assumed they did since they had in the past.

Came to Cleveland for a family trip. Check in was fine. No thrills, so don't come here expecting free breakfast, etc. Front lobby is closed between 11 pm and 8 am. If you don't show before 11 pm, they cancel your room. Our first room was disgusting. Beds were made, but there was hair everywhere, food on the tables and it smelled. Clearly had not been cleaned. Called front desk, lady was very nice and she gave us a new room. New room was much better. Very outdated (funiture, carpet, curtains) and still weird smells. Beds were comfy, looks like bathrooms and kitchen have had some updates. Sunday morning, we had somone doing work outside our bedroom window. Kind of weird, you would think they would wait until after 11 when we check out. Not sure I would go back, but I did love the layout and extra space for 5 people.

The property is run down. We stayed here last year and the hot tub was broken. Still broken. Washing machines did not work. The staff was helpful in getting my laundry done however. They stopped serving breakfast like last year with new owners. The internet was horrible. We cut out stay short because of that.

Not as advertised. No breakfast. Hot tub broken. Basketball rim broken. No regular housekeeping. Our unit had a drip from the bathroom ceiling, and there was no one on site to address the problem.

Good value for the money. I would return but it is not without its faults. The good: Staff was friendly. It had a pool , and a mini play area for basketball and volleyball. Rooms were acceptably clean and there was a gas fireplace which was kind of cool/would be great in winter or even for those who wanted something more romantic, and the kitchen area was useful. The bad: Staff was there only from 8 am to 11 pm, there was not always coffee first thing in the morning, the pool had some annoyance with insects, sports equipment that was provided for free was not always there. The ugly: Not much. The bathtub/toilet area is tiny and the bathtub could use a grab bar for wheelchair/aged guests. Overall: Seriously, it is good value for your money. You get a large spacious room, a kitchenette, access to an outdoor pool, and the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, shops and places to buy groceries. The place is not perfect but good value. I'd go back at the price.
