Good for the price ( I paid around $50). The pool was closed and on one knew why. The bar closed early, before I got there. At breakfast, around 9am, I was the only one there. The coffee was barely warm I, but my server was very pleasant.

Entry door to building stuck. Tub drain plugged. Heater very loud. No outside window. Next to pool. Whole property needs a facelift. Breakfast should be included for what we paid. Bed clean and comfortable. Great TV.

We chose the hotel bc of the free breakfast and the pool, but breakfast was not free or all that great and the pool hours were extremely limited, so we just got 45 minutes in the pool because we went before we took our suitcases up to the room.

Great hotel, kids loved the poolside room. Pool was huge, hot tub was nice but not real hot. Workout room was good- all the things you need for a quick workout and it was cool inside not hot. Room was small with 2 beds not a ton of room but it worked. Beds not too comfy but we managed. Check in staff lady was super sweet. No breakfast and bar closed early. Also no drinks or food in pool area kinda sucked while watching kids. Great area in walking distance to mall and resturants! Gas arcross street and right off hwy. Would be back if in the area

Property was horrible. Half of the elevators didn’t work, the building and rooms reeked like chlorine from the pool, and the room amenities were just terrible. Nowhere near as clean as it should’ve been. We had to switch rooms 3 times just to get a room that wasn’t terrible. The only positive to this property is that the location wasn’t horrible, and only a 20 minute drive from downtown Cleveland.

As a second stay at this hotel, it was ok. Since then the hotel changer names, but still the same, arrived and didnt know the pool was closed for another week, that was the main reason i stayed. The room they put me in was pretty quiet. The next morning, breakfast, after 2 attempts standing at the wait to be seated, got seated, after being told that the buffet hot items serving heating elements were broke so they had to bring it from the back, ok no biggie, but got the food, eggs treated like they were cooked in peppers, sausage was spicy, budgies and gravy was cold, after breakfast, i had enough and left, all in all.. this place has potential, if everybody was in good working ordee. Not sure if I'll be back next time

This hotel is completely run down. Pool, jacuzzi and elevator all out of order. Convenience store is a few shelves of candy bars next to the front desk. Room was stripped with no drinking glasses, ice bucket. Even garbage cans had no liners. There was nothing in the room at all with the hotel name. No directions to contact desk, housekeeping, etc. Nobody in restaurant or lounge. Complete ghost town! Signs that say vending lead to empty areas. Do not stay here!

The Hotel overall seamed slightly below my minimum expectations as related to cleanliness, customer service, etc. But the first night I felt like something was biting my legs throughout the night. The second night I saw two flea like bugs on the white cheats. And all the next day after I checked out I felt like I had bugs in my pants struggled to sit through meetings and drive 3 hours home . But I felt much better after I stripped on the porch and took a scalding hot shower.

Breakfast buffet was terrible Computers didn’t work at check in and took forever. Rooms were in poor shape. Clean but not updated. Bathroom door handle fell off when we arrived. Never did see maintenance. Entire hotel needs a deep clean and maintenance. Not worth the money. Beds were clean.

The place was sooo dirty and smelled so bad! Our first room we were in there was a cockroach, we tried calling down to the from desk but the phone doesn’t work! So we went down and he said… “man those thing are just everywhere aren’t they??” And freaked us out but it was too late to go to a different hotel. So he just moved us to the next room over!

The hotel is in very poor condition. Carpets are filthy and stained. Pool was not functioning. The lamp shade in our room was torn. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were off the wall. Our AC didn’t work and we had to get a repairman in to fix it. It worked when we returned to the room that evening. The hallways and rooms are so dark. The hallways reeked of chlorine from the pool. Rooms are not being cleaned to any standard. There was an old pizza box left in the cabinet under the TV. There was no hair dryer. This hotel is in desperate need of new management and a makeover. The best part of the experience was free parking and plenty of pillows.

It was disgusting. The room was filled with dust, the toilet was filthy, with exactly what you are thinking on it. The curtains had red stains that I can only hope were ketchup. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work in most rooms in this hotel.

We chose this hotel because we trust the Wyndham name and are Wyndham discovery owners. Upon arrival we saw the sign for the hotel and it was a plastic banner on the outside of the building so we're assuming Wyndham recently acquired the property. At least I hope that's what happened. The lobby was ok, the restaurant looked ok, the pool looked nice although we didn't have time to enjoy it. That's where the "ok" ended. The carpets in the hallway were dirty and desperately needed a vacuuming. The room was very outdated and needed some serious work. We reserved a room with a king bed and a pull out couch for my 12 year old daughter. The king bed was very uncomfortable. The pull out couch, I know they are not known for their comfort, but this one was horrible. I felt so bad for her having to sleep on it. Thankfully this was a quick one night stay. One of the lamps were cracked and the desk chair...I have no words. Needless to stay I will not be staying here again unless I hear they have done some major renovations. If you're just passing through town and are just using the room to kind of sleep in, I guess it would ok. Oh side note...when we came back in the evening after visiting friends, the two very long hallways on the way to our room smelled like sewage.

We had no air conditioning during our stay. We called the front desk before we had to leave for a concert and someone did fix it. Upon return to our room 6 hrs later the air unit was not working again and our room was so uncomfortable. Called front desk again and maintenance was gone and they had no other rooms available. They gave us 2 box fans but 1 didnt even work! It was miserable. All they look off the bill was $30. Ridiculous! Never will stay at this brand again.

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Blood stains on the carpet. A loud rattling air conditioner. The bathroom sink was clogged. The finish was peeling off the floor of the bathtub, and looked so gross our kids wouldn’t even take a shower in it. Water wouldn’t get hot in the shower. Totally worn out and mushy mattresses and pillows. Spotty WiFi. No spare toothbrushes at the front desk.

If you enjoy sleeping in a soft bed inside a slow-cooking crockpot, this place might be for you. The bed was actually really comfortable and the shower water temp was perfect—small wins. Now the real issue: the room temp. I set the thermostat to 61°, as recommended by the maintenance guy, but the room basically said “Nah.” It climbed to 75° and stayed there, never dipping below 72°. No air circulation. None. I didn’t sleep—I marinated. There’s no complimentary breakfast, but you can pay $12 for one at the restaurant if you’re into overpaying for eggs and toast. Pool area was completely empty, which was kind of nice, and the pool itself looked clean—if I hadn’t been cooked alive in my room, I might’ve actually used it. All in all, decent bones but some sweaty flaws. Bring a portable fan and low expectations.

Looks unwelcoming from the outside, but the staff was nice. The lobby and bar area looked “okay.” When we got up to our room it was very dark, even with every light on, it was very dark. The air conditioner fan squeaked when it was turned on. Just an “okay” overall.

Our first room was on the smaller side which was fine since it was just two of us however the air conditioner in the room wasn't working and the fridge didn't seem to be very cold either. There was also water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom after we took showers but it was i the corner on the opposite side of the shower so I'm not sure what that was about. Maintenance came up and reset the ac but after about an hour it still wasn't working so we switched to a different room. The second room was better than the first in that it was slightly bigger and the ac worked great! The staff was down to earth and helpful. Both rooms were clean. We would stay there again.

Our room looked very tired. peeling "leather" on chair, fraying carpet was a possible tripping hazard, both lamp shades were damaged and the curtains had an unsightly stain. Long black hair in tub and empty container of body scrub. My brother had a room on the same floor and he did not have any of the issues we had. It was quiet and convenient to shops and the lake.

We got to the hotel 1 and 1/2 hour after check in time and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for our room to be ready. Also, could not connect to the WIFI. Called down to the front desk and he said they would reset "something", but that did not work. I took my table down to the front desk and tried to sign in there and it still did not work. Told the clerk that and he said he called maintenance and then just walked away.

When we arrived front desk thought room was ready but when we went in beds were not made, bedding was dumped in mddle of bed, carpet not swept. No other accessible room avaiable. Waited 45 mins for them to ready room. Shout out to Latisha, she tried to make it right with a free breakfast. Room wasnt swept. When we went to bed that we found that they had put a mattress topper instead of a comforter on one of the beds. Very uncomfortable. When i asked the next morning for them to remake the bed, i got a knock on the door with a guy handing me a new set of sheets. Will never go there again.

The hotel was nice, check in was very easy and staff were friendly. I did have an issue with the connecting room, as the guests were very inconsiderate and forgot they were not at home but rather a hotel where people had to work the next day. There was a STRONG odor of marijuana seeping under my door. Which cool, do you, but I needed to be up at 8 for work. Hotel staff moved my room and even brought me the new room keys to the 5th floor. I appreciated that because I expected to have to go get them. The elevator was a bit questionable lol as it had a sign that said if it got stuck and WOULD NOT MOVE push the button for the 5th floor and that would reset it. 😂😩 I rode the elevator many times and it never got stuck. I would definitely stay here again. NO BUGS I CHECKED ✅

W arrived and room was not ready, we had to wait for 45 minutes. The air conditioning unit was not working in our room . We asked them to fix it, not happened! We asked to clean our room and bring us clean towels, not happened! Staff was rude , they said they are understaffed and the ac unit is old! Worst hotel ever! Do not waste your Money here! Worst customer service Till now the manager has not called to apologize or try to compensate us for our poor stay

Overall hotel was a good stay. Lobby did smell of pool chlorine but thats understandable as their pool is indoor. Room was nice and AC was cold but AC machine was making a noise and bathtub slowly drained. Other than that it was fine about 20 min from downtown cleveland i would stay here again

Only complaint. Put trash can in hallway and they emptied it and didn’t put a new trash bag in. Bar staff excellent, food excellent. Staff friendly and informative.

The restaurant hours are terrible, they didnt have water for sale for 2 days, housekeeping never cleaned my room when I requested it. The hot tub was not accessible the whole time, they had it blocked off? It was clean enough and not bad for the price but if you are an avid traveler and live out of hotels like me it is not worth your time.
