Great staff, hot breakfast every day, the room was comfortable and they provide full room service every day upon request. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the under ground parking lot gate was broken. This area really requires secure parking. We didn’t have any issues with our car or anything else but we were concerned due to the significant amount vagrant foot traffic and homelessness in the surrounding are. The hotel is extremely secure it self even requiring access cards to restrooms in the lobby and parking garage elevators. This is great because its keeps the place in order and clean for guests only . I’d give it a 10 if they would make Sure the security gates work properly . Other than that it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay with a clean room ..

Property makes you pay $10 per plus tax to park in there lot … property seems unsafe … no cameras except 1 in the 1st floor of the parking lot … considering there is a lot of homeless people in the area felt unsafe at night … especially having to pay 10.92 per day to park in a lot that anyone can walk in

Service and amenities were great. Also parking garage was a perk. Parking around hotel was expensive at other lots. A lot of people use the ferry’s to Seattle.

I really like this motel. The guy who checked us in was so nice! He had a wonderful personality. The girl who checked us out was ok. My biggest and only issue was the only reason I got this room (as the hotel down the block was cheaper and very nice and more convenient for us) was for the swimming pool. I had two kids who were very excited to swim. The pool was closed both times we tried to go. It was very disappointing. I don’t know why it closed the first night, about an hour before the pool was supposed to close. Then in the morning it was closed due to them chlorinating it. The front desk girl told me it would be reopened a half hour after checkout. Why wasn’t it chlorinated before opening the pool? So I had some really disappointed kids. I honestly don’t know if I’ll stay there again if the pool is always closed.

I liked that the hotel had underground parking but did not like having to pay 10 dollars a day to use it. Their breakfast had a lot to be desired but at least it was free. Our room was clean and i appreciated that they cleaned it everyday we were there.

When you first enter the hotel you are greeted with a nice self serve coffee machine and hot chocolate and also a very kind receptionist who explained to us all about the hotel and our room. The rooms were nice and cozy and the beds were very comfortable, there gym and pool were also very nice and clean and the gym had very good equipment. Overall my stay here has been great and I wish to have more experiences like I had here.

Employee then forgot to program key cards properly. In the room I found a hair scrunchie on the middle of the floor from a prior guest.

It's a great place to stay if you want to walk to the ferry and catch a ride to spend the day in Seattle. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Morning breakfast was ok. They don't offer options for those with lactose issuse but there is a fridge in your room if you need to bring things for yourself.

Our room was nice and spacious, only problem was TV screen was a small computer screen making viewing a little difficult. The area was nice but street noise from cars, motorcycles and trucks made it difficult to sleep at night.

Staff was extremely unfriendly. Then after I checked out and left… in another state… got my receipts for my stay… charged me for parking a day I wasn’t there and charged another $40 to my account. Called and Destiny the front end employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t recommend at all!

Would stay here again. Very centrally located to what I was in town for. Free breakfast every morning was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots to see in the few blocks surrounding the hotel. Felt very safe walking around.

The key cards stopped working multiple times, which is required for you enter the parking garage. Once I went inside to correct it and could not find anyone who worked there for almost 10 minutes. Staff was good other than that.

The front Desk staff was Obviously the only one there, this makes no sense to have zero coverage at the front desk. So after waiting 20 mins to check in then there was a computer issue ? 1/2 hour is too long to wait to check in when there is no one in line. Thank you

The staff was very friendly and helpful However, there was a lot of construction around the property and at one time we were not allowed to drive our car on the road to get into the hotel garage. Not a big deal but somewhat inconvenient. The free breakfast was the minimalist buffet style but there are plently of nearby options if you want something more upscale.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay again. What I didn't like was the breakfast. They were very very slow to bring out food. Everyone was standing there for more than 10 minutes waiting for the breakfast food.
