No elevator in a 3 story building is certainly a choice. They also need to revisit their selection of cleaning products, particularly the degreaser they use on the floor. The constantly sticky floor was off-putting to walk on, and they just add more and more cleaning agents to the mix, so the hallways smelled ... off. Beyond that, it was a nice hotel in a convenient area. Oh, and the dryer sucked. Cost me $3 for vaguely warm clothing that wasn't even slightly dry, so we had to spread everything out in the room to dry overnight, to avoid having to go get another $3 in quarters for another try. Shockingly expensive for simple washers and dryers in a hotel, and annoying in that there's no change machine in the laundry room.

The property is very conveniently located to visit all the neighboring and local sites. The places does need to be renovated. I have stayed here off and on for years and some of the rooms have been a little rougher than others. On a good note the staff has always addressed any concerns if I had any.

The property seemed out dated. The lower floor felt uncomfortable. The bathroom conditions needs to be updated. The hair dry looked like it was hot and melted. The bath tube the white coating is coming off, the light on/off cover switch looked like something was burnt, and under the room refrigerator missing trim or is damaged.

Property is right next to Dennys. There was plenty of parking and it was very quiet. All security doors were locked at all times and had to be accessed by room key card. Breakfast was good and served from 5am to 9am. I actually ate a little after 9am with no problems. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in Bremerton visiting my daughter.

We have stayed here in the past, but I think this was our last stay. We had a 2Q suite. This property is definitely showing its age. Stained bathroom floors and cracked porcelain with stains in the sink. Really dim vanity light which may just be the bulb failing, it flickered often. The clock radio was buzzing so constantly even with everything turned off we finally just unplugged it. There were no lights at all over the wet bar/cupboard in the short hall outside the bathroom. Not burned out -- no bulbs in them at all. To see to work over there to fix a meal we ended up turning on the bright ceiling lights in the main area. On a personal level, I've just had knee surgery and forgot there was no elevator here; so my hubby ended up carrying everything up and down the stairs. The staff on the front desk did offer assistance, but he wanted to do it himself.

The hotel is run down and dirty, all you can smell is the pine sol, the lady at the front desk was super nice. I have to agree with another review I read after my stay..... Always read the reviews 1st!! It truly is more of an extended stay/homeless shelter than a hotel. The secure doors were propped open and that was concerning, considering the location of the hotel. We had ants all over the sinks and counters. Bathroom was dirty and in need of some deep cleaning. We didn't shower there we just didn't feel comfortable enough. The room we had was very spacious and had a mini fridge & microwave. Breakfast was decent and a nice variety of options, coffee in the lobby was available that was nice. If you eat at Denny's or Dairy Queen you got a 10% discount. Won't stay there again wasn't a horrible experience but wasn't a great experience either deep cleaning of the entire property and some upgrades would go a long way.

It was run down poorly maintained. It had an odd smell in the lobby n hallways. The room was dark, had drywall chunks on the floor. I had to pick upand throw out. The baseboard trim in the bathroom was torn from the wall with a hole behind it. Since it was just for thr night we stayed. Will not recommend it to anyone to stay. Just not clean n relaxing

There was some dried tobacco spit dripping down the wall, feces or blood dried on the outside of the toilet seat, and the TV remote was sticky all over. The whole hotel felt pretty dirty and in the state of disrepair.

This place was horrible. The room had cockroaches!! Yuck! And extremely noisy. Multiple other rooms were very loud all night, yelling and partying all night until 4am could be heard, I could not sleep!!! In the room above me I could hear dancing, yelling, wrestling, and people talking very loud all night long until 4am!!!. This place was terrible! One of the worst places I’ve ever been.

Our room was filthy. There were burns through the curtains and stains everywhere. After turning down the sheets and seeing a BLOOD STAIN on the mattress cover we laid our own blankets on top of the provided bedding and slept on top of everything. Everything about the room needed renovated. Drywall patches that were unfinished, huge scrapes out of the linoleum. Trash piles outside of the window. Not a good stay at all.

The front office staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was awful; there were dozens of ants crawling all around the bathroom light switch and sink, and most of all, the pillows are lumpy and the mattress is excessively worn out whereas there's a sinkhole right around the center of the bed. Definitely an uncomfortable stay. Glad it was just an overnighter.

Bed bugs room 113 husband got arm eatin in the night. Woke up with infestation in our bed. Staff unfriendly, rude no compensation, and unwilling to lesson only offered another night 50% off. No thank you.

The room was very dirty, andhad been heavily sprayed with disinfectant. I woke up choking from it in the middle of the night. When i looked for a dropped item, i found the floor had never been cleaned - toenails with other debris under the bed, and a rib bone, hopefully not human under the chair cushion. No one cleaned the room or brought fresh towels during the 4 night stay

My room floor was disgusting, and had not been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. It was so gross I would walk on towels in my room. There was blood on the shower curtain. Food splattered on the tv. The hallways smelled like piss. Something was wrong with the piping. In the middle of the night it sounded like someone was taking a shower directly in my room, but was probably coming from up stairs. The water in the pipes were so loud I woke up in a panic and then had to close my bathroom door to quiet the noise.

1st room tv didn't work, moved cables myself and a roach was in the cable box. In the bathroom many small roaches in the shower stall. Moved rooms next day, much cleaner but the location is horrible. Slamming doors all night, fights, arguements between prople and then even arrests. Would not recommend.

I've stayed in Super 8's in Montana and Wyoming which were impeccable compared to this one. I was hoping for the same consistency and quality. However, I was very disappointed with what we had...The bed's were ROCK HARD! I did not get a wink of sleep. I could hear EVERYONE in the lobby above my room which kept me up all night and morning as well. The bathroom was not clean, there was a couple hairs and gross stains on the counter. The hair dryer also did not work. I'm very displeased witht his hotel and will not be staying here again.

The room was clean. Bed was horrible. Springs were so loud every time you moved. There was only 2 flat pillows on the bed and we had to ask for more. They dont allow you to take breakfast back to your room. It has to stay in the kitchen area. You pay a pretty penny for very few frills.

I checked in. Went to room 207. It smell like mildew as soon as I entered. I asked the house keeper to come in and verify the odor and she said it did smell musty and got me another room 217. It was better. The tv didn’t work the wifi failed, the hvac failed and this am someone set off the fire alarm. If I was in Mexico, I would expect this dysfunction.

No batteries in the remote control. Cigarette holes in the blankets. Internet connection wasn’t good. Hot was cold and cold was hot in the shower. Let’s just say in the morning my kids were ready to go home. I wasn’t pleased with this stay what so ever wouldn’t come back again .

I paid more for Super 8 with breakfast. The breakfast is lacking in options. The waffle batter was not working, when I tell the front desk staff he was not happy or apologetic. The breakfast counter was dirty with food scrap and syrup. Never going back.

The check in desk person had zero customer service skills. Barely grunted out any sentences at all. If you are going to work a front desk, try be like a lead singer in a band, happy and there for the people paying them. That guy.... The room was stuffy at check in and Smokey. Not from someone smoking, but from the fires burning outside nearby. Perhaps leaving the window closed would be a great idea during times when fires are nearby. The hotel was noisy with people slamming their doors constantly. No repeat business from me.

Checking-in was way too long. Clerk had her kids there, so they were a distraction. First night, 1:07 am some male came to our door and woke us up. He said we had to go pay $20 for our dog and he was barking and disturbing guests on 1st floor. First, I DID tell the clerk that I had my SERVICE DOG. I ALWAYS do this. Second, my dog WAS NOT barking. I know because he was sleeping between my wife and I until the knock came, and even then he only barked maybe 2 times. Again, he is a service dog, trained, plus if he was barking, we wouldn't have been sleeping. He is a German shepherd mix, his barks are very loud, and he isn't a barking dog.

I travel as a solo woman for work, and i got into the hotel after 11pm. The clerk announced my room number to me in front of other guests which didn't make me feel safe. When i got to my room i saw it was the type that had the adjoining room doors. On the other side of those doors the room was filled with what sounded like very drunk men laughing. I figured they'd calm down soon since it was late, and fell asleep. I was awoken by them being even more rowdy to the point of bashing into the wall and moving my bed. Based on what i heard from their fighting/laughing that had gone on at least from 11pm-230am, I felt that asking them to stop would have endangered my safety. The clerk said there was really nothing they could do but issue a noise complaint that really didn't come with consequences. The bathroom in my room didn't seem like it had really been cleaned, just staged (hair on the toilet seat) and the microwave had a strong food smell and a broken handle. The tv wasn't connected to the cable box so it just flashed "not connected." I left the property at 230am and drove home until 6am on the adrenaline that i had from staying here.

There were a lot of people hanging around in the car park throughout the evening/night, including someone smoking out of a pipe. There was a faint tobacco smell in a lot of areas, and someone asleep on the lobby couch when we were checking in.

Pretty nice super 8 as someone who’s stayed at many motel 6 and super 8s around the country. Fairly priced, room was clean, pretty straight forward would stay again. Dennys next door was pretty nice too. If you’re consciously aware you are in Bremerton - then you are fine.

The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and something else. The shower was very disappointing, but the bed was comfortable. Obviously a very old hotel. The hotel listing said that breakfast was included, but they didn't have any breakfast available.

I liked the breakfast room very much. It was spacious and comfortable. There were nice choices of food and drink. I particularly liked the waffle making option, real butter, and boiled eggs. People in the office were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable.

For a budget place this is great, clean and convenient to town and the freeway. We drive to downtown and park and take the ferry to Seattle for the day. Breakfast is very basic but does the job. Coffee in lobby was a nice touch. Staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back again, thanks for a great stay.
