Splash Canyon Hotel

Breakfast started at 6:30 and we came in to eat about 6:45 and food was cold. The eggs were cold, the sausage links were cold. We also couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub as it was overrun by birthday parties which I would have to assume the property was renting out their pool.

Always a great stay! We enjoy this hotel!

The cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However the hotel was very noisy, traffic noise, talking from other rooms and walking in the room above us all contributed to the noise. But the biggest source were the unsupervised kids running amok in the halls first thing in the morning. Then came the pitafible breakfast. Half of the items were unavailable as they were out. There were 3 liquid dispensers, two were empty or close to it that I could not identify. I think it was milk in the third one. There was no bacon or sausage, empty. The fruit was empty except for a couple apples. And then, the individual who apparently was trying to take care of the breakfast area, comes slowly walking in carrying a bucket of ice, when so many food items needed replacement, I left without any breakfast.

The hotel was great and the grandkids and grandpa had a blast at the pool, slides and splash pad! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and stay again.

From the front desk, to the pool, breakfast, etc, everything was well thought of and done well! The young lady at the front desk was SO nice and helpful including grabbing us extra towels when the pool was out. The pool was HUGE and honestly pretty crazy but it made this my kids’ new favorite place to stay when we are in the area.
