In the downtown Dubai area and close to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle to the mall, Marina, Soukes, etc. Refer to the hotel staff for schedule information. There is onsite Starbucks and the daily breakfast was more than sufficient for Western and middle eastern palettes. I took a room that came with kitchen facilities which was more than sufficient. The 1 Bedroom downtown city view room came with a washing machine. living room and large bedroom. There's separate rain shower and bathtub facilities. Overall, ideal place to stay when visiting downtown area.

Fabulous all around. Location is fantastic- 15-20 walk from Dubai mall if you’re up to it or a quick $5 ish cab ride. Grocery next door. Staff were amazing and helpful (after issue with our payment as card on file was cancelled so they could not bill us the day before arrival). Staff arranged transportation and shuttle service to mall or beach was great. Laundry in room was also nice but note you need to bring your own soap. Space was super large with living area, large bathroom and bedroom with plenty of closets. Was a great hotel.

We checked in at 2am after a long day travelling and received an excellent welcome and service. It was our first ever visit to Dubai and we were treated to a free upgrade from a studio room to a 23rd floor one bedroom apartment, with a balcony overlooking Dubai fountains. The room had been newly refurbished and had fabulous space and amenities. Full kitchen with cooking facilities, washing machine and full size fridge freezer to keep our drinks icy cold. On our first night we ordered room service, and ate whilst watching the fountain show. Room service menu was reasonably priced and portions were plentiful. We enjoyed breakfast, with lots of options available. The pool was a welcome amenity to cool off in the afternoons and had safety gates to keep children safe, and there is also lifeguard supervision. Staff in the hotel foyer were very helpful with directions and helping with excursion tickets, transport etc. There is a free shuttle to beach etc, which we didn’t use as we only had 2 full days and chose to stay nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Dubai and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Location is great for the mall, Burj Kailifa, Metro and the pool was a great addition (never too busy). The hotel however, is pretty tired and the rooms not completely clean (hairs over the floors etc.). We went bed and breakfast, stayed 9 nights expecting to be able to cook for ourselves at times but the kitchen was woefully inadequate - only 2 mugs, tiny cereal bowls, 3 pieces each of cutlery, no chopping board, no colander, no oven gloves (had to use a bathroom towel!), no toaster, or washing up items of any kind unless you paid, no mixing bowls, scissors or grater - not on given we paid extra for a room with this facility. In addition, they did not provide a bed for my young son, he had to sleep on the sofa the whole trip and there were no bed sheets, just a woolly musty blanket. I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s fine for a place to crash, a one night stop on business, but not suitable for a family vacation where you may want to cook for the kids or make lunch for a day trip out.

We booked this hotel because of the views of the dubai fountain, which were indeed nice but not really worth it because there are plenty of other vantage points to view the show. During check in they didn't provide us with extra bed and fix it next day after a complain on internet. Last two days it was stink in the room and hall because of some painting on the floor which I find unexceptionable especially during human stay in hotel. We also had strange noises at night from bathroom l. Another very serious thing what I want to mention about it is a shower door which opent to inside and can be dangerous if a person fainted out preventing from him to easily get out.

This was my first visit to Dubai, and I wasn't sure where to stay. Based on online information, downtown seemed the best option for a first-timer. After researching various hotels, I narrowed it down to two options, with Ramada by Wyndham Downtown being one of them. I am so glad I chose Ramada! Upon arrival, Akbar greeted me, and Maduka checked me in at the front desk. He was very pleasant and attentive. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of downtown. Thank you, Maduka, for selecting the perfect room for me! The staff was very helpful throughout my stay, constantly asking if everything was okay and if I needed anything. I have never experienced such great customer service before. When I was leaving, Hawazen checked me out, and she was great too. I requested a taxi to the airport, and Mukhtar hailed one for me. Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai has exceeded my expectations! I will definitely return.
