As first time travellers to Dubai, we picked this place with no real insight on location and proximity to downtown. If you want to be in the middle of the city, this isn’t the place but we thoroughly appreciated its distance from the activity of the city. It is a quick walk to the metro and we used public transportation for our entire trip. We always felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evenings after getting off the metro. Our room and the hotel were clean, well-maintained, and all interactions with staff were pleasant. The staff were informative, always happy, and greeted us at every opportunity. Our room steward Karan was wonderful and quickly picked up on our needs and requirements without us having to ask. We enjoyed the pool a few times, it is rooftop and shade is provided! As an animal lover I was also very happy with the “outdoor resident cat” who was always willing to let you give him a head rub and tell him he’s a good boy! We would most definitely return.

Has a good stay. Great staff. Especially the team at the bar which I spent some time at on my last evening. The Filipino guy behind the bar was particularly nice and attentive. In fact all the staff I interacted with during my stay were great. Issue is it’s so far from anywhere on the metro. The hotel itself is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. The issue is that it takes at least an hour and a half to get to town. Hotel pool nice as are all the facilities at the hotel.

Another great stay and my business trips always made to feel like pleasure trips by the complete team throughout . Too many to name individually but every member of staff always welcoming , genuinely friendly and always helpful if required . Love the restaurant and bar team and when ever I return it really is great to see friends again. As an extensive business traveller such customer service combined with a genuine personal feel is genuinely a rarity that many larger and higher rated hotels do not come close to.

An amazing stay at this hotel! Phenomenal staff at the front desk (Joy, Alex, Chaminda, Chance, Rahul, Tricia) to begin with! They are courteous, dedicated, professional and transcend to ensure that you have a wonderful experience from arrival to your overall stay. Kudos to the housekeepers/maintenance staff for their undivided attention to the rooms & impeccable service with a smile. Largely, I must say without reservation that the whole team (the security, Costa, Toad’s kitchen/pub) was incredible, & went above and beyond with hospitality to make every guest feel valued, respected and have a pleasant stay. As the saying goes, “It is not the property but the staff that makes a hotel’s stay great”. In short, the hotel was an absolute gem for me 😊.

Excellent hotel with great transport links. Metro station a 3 min walk away that can take you into the centre of Dubai in around 25 mins. Loads of free car parking spaces around the back. Hotel was very clean and had eveything we needed as we were out all day. Rooftop pool open 8am to 8pm is included along with 24 hour gym. Staff were great and check in took 5 mins. Would definitely return!

We were in a room and they were taking off tiles off from the bathroom next door. They move us to another room. However, it seems some guest were smoking in it before… however, staff were lovely and friendly.

メトロの駅から見えます。徒歩3分くらいです。フロントスタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。お部屋は広くて綺麗でした。アメニティは最小です。シャンプーだけはありました。ティッシュはありませんでした。ドバイモールまではメトロで50分位です。周りは高い建物はないので、空気もよくてのどかです。隣の駅のexpo2020はのんびり出来て、カフェや公園もあって良かったです。

Staff incredibly attentive to point of remembering me from previous trips which is a great touch of detail. Room was changed at request due to construction noise outside very efficiently and also apologetically from the great team .

The main issue for us was that the hotel was further away from the city than we expected, so a slight inconvenience. Breakfast was good for a 3-star and had something for everyone even if it's not delicious. We had one night where we were woken by a buzzing noise in the middle of the night but it was only one night and the staff were very kind to investigated it. Staff was top class.

Everything you’d expect from a premier inn. Nice room at a pretty reasonable price. Only downside is the distance to the main areas (30-40 mins on the metro) but that is no fault of the hotel and it is conveniently placed right next to a metro station so it’s not too bad. Would stay again and would recommend.

Hôtel récent et propre. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare et toujours prêt à aider les clients. Le métro est juste à côté de l’hôtel mais il n’y a quasiment rien autour, c’est vraiment dommage. Le météo est pratique mais l’hôtel est situé au bout de Dubaï donc les trajets en transports peuvent vite augmenter le budget vacances. C’est selon moi le seul point négatif : la localisation.

The whole entire stay was great. The room is comfortable and it’s close to the metro. The only issue I had was eating at the hotel restaurant. There was a menu that was given for a lunch menu but when I went to the restaurant they wouldn’t honor the price of that menu. They said it was not supposed to be there. They should have honored the price. Other than that everything is fantastic.

I liked the courteous and friendly helpful staff as well as the warm atmosphere. I have stayed in many hotels in many countries and some have a sterile atmosphere in spite of the decor. The staff in the restaurant as well as reception were very friendly and polite but remained professional. I would be happy to return.
