Well I checked it on a hot muggy terrible day. I was looking forward to go in the pool and go swimming, to cool off. When I checked into my room I was like 90°. I nearly turned on the air conditioner I was waiting for it to cool down. I didn't know the air conditioner was broken and waited 3 hours to see if the room was cool down. The pool hasn't been used in years it was all covered up the whole property is falling apart. Looks like a crack hotel you would bring a prostitute, do your business and leave. My whole room needs repair. No walls especially around the doorway we're all exposed drywall the radiator falling apart the whole room needs to be painted. The closet had no closet railing for the coat hangers. The floor was all rotted up from the bathroom going into the bedroom about 5 ft 6 ft where you couldn't walk barefooted in your room because of the fake wood flooring was all deteriorated and sharp. There's only one light in the room and that was built into the wall. They had the lamps they had no art or decor they had no chairs, to sit in. So just two beds one plastic table and one end table all old beat up I need to be thrown away. The bathroom faucet was broken My guess who came fixed it so he could wash our hands. So without the use of the pool without having an air conditioner NOT work my guest decided to leave. I'd ask management for change rooms they would not let me or give refund, management was no help. This should be delisted from hotels.com, for its fraud.

I booked a room with two beds, and the table in between the two beds was very dirty. It takes a while to check in, and the hotel keys are labeled incorrectly. My neighbor, who lived next to mine, was quite loud. Without telling me, the staff would go inside my room and clean when I'm outside. CONTEXT: When I booked this hotel, the website did NOT state there were cleaning services in the morning. The bathroom sink was barely flowing water, and it was mostly just hot water, which did not help since it was quite hot during the summer. There was AC in my room, BUT it was in a very bad condition. I also had bed bug bites after staying in this hotel.

Literally the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. shower was so gross i wouldn’t use it. toilet would wobble when you sat on it. missing smoke detector. broken fridge with rust on top and door falling off. no deadbolt or chain lock on main door of room. pool was closed which is a blessing because the water looked worse than a sewage treatment plant. for the security deposit they charge 20 cash. no cards allowed for it. had to walk 8 blocks to the bank to get the cash out. dresser with missing knobs. dirty carpet and smelly rooms. paint is bubbling off the wall. Honestly it was super cheap and that’s the only nice thing i can say about it. i wouldn’t leave anything of value in the room unless you want it stolen. every review over one star is clearly done by hotel staff and owners

Listen, the people who work at this property are kind, helpful, and nice. My room was clean, but the smoke detector was open with the batteries clearly missing and there were open sockets. I'm sensitive to dust and many of the vents were in need of cleaning. The pool was filthy. No way around that.
